Cybertots at GWQ

I have two children in this school and for the last one and a half years they have looked after them well. I am always aware of where they are. The school’s particular awareness and attention to detail in regards to my children’s needs that has made them positively grow progressively and bloom is what has made me give them this amazing review. Thank you Cybertots at GWQ.

My daughter had an amazing experience at the nursery. She loved going in and seeing all her friends. She also loved every staff she came in contact with, I can’t stress enough how lovely all the ladies working there were to us. Caring and loving towards the children and very respectful and considerate to us the parents.

My son started Cybertots at the age of 2 in the toddler room. This was our first time we had to leave him with people other than family, so naturally we were very anxious and worried with how he'd settle in. He managed to settle in super quickly and by day three he was pointing at the door and telling me to leave! This was purely down to how all of the staff in the toddler room made him feel - super loving and welcome. He's had a fantastic time in the toddler room and is now in the pre-school, in which he's also flourishing. Our second child started Cybertots at the age of 14 months (younger than our son) in the baby room. She's also settled in super quick and loves the time she spends there. Overall - the staff, up to management, are great. Any issues, you can talk with them in order to find a resolution. Both of our children are flourishing at Cybertots, as are many others. Highly recommend any child at age to start this nursery. The newly refurbished garden has been great for all the kids this summer.

I owe a lot of my daughter's good behaviours and traits to Cybertots. I know I can trust my daughter with them 100%. There is a lot of space both inside and out for the kids to run around. There is also plenty of messy play, dancing, music, arts and crafts for the kids to do. Food is made on sight and the food choices are absolutely amazing (to be honest, I would like to have their menu for myself each day). I know I can email management anything and they will accommodate and are absolutely lovely. I feel like I have been given the golden ticket with Cybertots, so thank you to you all.

In conclusion, I would happily recommend this nursery to parents seeking a nurturing, engaging, and secure environment for their children. It's a place where children can thrive and have fun!

My son has been attending Cybertots for over 6 months now and is very happy. The staff across the whole nursery are very warm and friendly, we receive lots of feedback on a daily basis and enjoy seeing the amazing activities that are posted on the app. I know my son is left in great hands and I would highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter really liked Cybertots. She really liked spending time there and met wonderful friends there. The girls who work there were very helpful, they reported every day how the child spent their day. They were nice, polite and cared about every child. It was hard to say goodbye to Cybertots. We highly recommend it!

Our baby started not long ago and we are very pleased with the setting. The team helped with everything we needed to make sure she settles easily. They are very responsive and attentive to anything we have raised or asked as first-time parents. The whole team is very kind and knowledgeable and they made us feel really welcomed and comforted that our baby is in good hands. They have lots of resources and do amazing activities during the day, which we see from their online updates. We were really surprised by how big and amazing their garden is! They have extra classes as well, even for the baby room which we loved as it seems to be quite rare. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone as they really try everything to cater for all the needs and requests.

My twin girls have been attending Cybertots for a while now and they were upset in the beginning as it was a new environment for them, but now they are very happy and have made new friends they love the staff there also. They talk about their teachers and friends at home so I know they enjoy being there, which makes me happy.

They provide lots of fun activities throughout the day like sensory play, art activities or cooking. At the end of the day, staff takes the time to provide a very detailed feedback of how my son was during the day and what he did. My wife and I highly recommend it!

I have had such a great experience with Cybertots at GWQ. My son was there for 3 years and now my 2 year old is also attending. The staff are so attentive and friendly and both my kids bonded with their key workers so well. I chose the nursery as I had an active 2 years and was so impressed by the size of the nursery and play area which is unusual in this part of London! The food is also great and my normally fussy children eat better at nursery than at home. I recommend it highly. I will be sad when my daughter leaves for school as it feels like an extension of our family!

My daughter attends Cybertots at GWQ and she loves going there. She is now 3 and attends the pre-school room. The staff are warm and friendly and very engaging with the children. The curriculum is very wide and interesting. She is learning Spanish and a specialist Music and Dance teacher comes in weekly. She has grown in confidence since going to the nursery and I have noticed the development of her social skills and emotional intelligence. The premises is very large with ample outside playing space. The food is freshly prepared and she really enjoys it. Management and safeguarding is of a very high standard and communication with parents is frequent through emails. We often receive video clips and written descriptions of what she has been up to emailed to us from her keyworker and the typed up reports provided are very comprehensive. I would heartily recommend sending your child to Cybertots at GWQ.

My grandson has been attending Cybertots for a few months now. The staff have been amazing, and when I collect him from the nursery they give me lots of feedback. They have been very kind and supported me getting him ready as I can sometimes find it hard. I would highly recommend Cybertots as a nursery.

My daughter loves going to nursery every day. Even on the weekend she asks to go to nursery. The staff members are friendly and accommodating for my child’s specific needs. She enjoys the food and learning new things. It’s fantastic to get instant notifications of my child’s day, as well as detailed feedback when I collect her. Incredible nursery! Our daughter started here just before her second birthday and settled in so well thanks to the patience and caring of the staff in toddler room and her keyworker, who would spend all day giving her cuddles until she felt confident enough to interact with the other children. She absolutely loved nursery and would skip in every morning and her confidence grew so much over the eighteen months that she was at Cybertots at GWQ. Preschool was also amazing and she would tell us every day about the fun she had in the ‘square’. We had to change nursery in February due to moving far away but our daughter still talks about Cybertots at GWQ all the time. Would highly recommend to anyone in the West London area.

Our son is excited to go to Cybertots at GWQ every morning. He's made friendships with some of the children and formed a great relationship with his key person as well as other team members. We are so happy he feels safe and is thriving in the environment. The team is always positive and enthusiastic, showing they're happy to be there. Our son has been going to Cybertots at GWQ since August 2020 and is just transitioning from baby room to toddler room, it has been a breeze which is a relief. In these uncertain times, we trust our son is in a safe place where his needs and safety to him and others are at the forefront. We have managed to go through this pandemic with little upheaval of routine and that's thanks to all the staff. They have managed this whole pandemic situation seamlessly. We are and will always be eternally grateful. Our son really enjoys the garden and the play area facilities along with seeing his friends and staff. Lots of activities and fun for him. We have been extremely happy with the care and education that our daughter has received at Cybertots at GWQ. She has had consistently excellent key workers and teachers, who have enabled her to thrive from baby room, toddler room, preschool and to school readiness. We have been absolutely astonished by our daughter's progress. She has been counting to one hundred, counting in two's, fives and tens and is able to read small books on her own. I attribute her success to the learning that is nurtured by the team at Cybertots at GWQ, admittedly we haven't done much at home! The staff really know the children that they teach. Her key worker has been able to identify our daughter's particular quirks and really seemed to understand the areas that she needs to develop and give helpful guidance about this. Additionally he really seems to enjoy his work and his enthusiasm for teaching reflects very positively in our child.

Lovely setting and friendly staff. The facilities are great and my daughter always leaves happy. I like that she tries a variety of foods here and is open to such different options. I think the general variety aids her growth and development in several ways.

A brilliant nursery with interesting activities, good outdoor space and amazing practitioners. There are also a great range of toys and outdoor space. The activities include crafts, baking, Italian, Portuguese, dancing, stories, taking about animals and chicks. My daughter loves going.
