Kids Planet Higher Broughton

This is our fourth child, but first time in Kids Planet. We both agree that we've had the most experience over the last 6 months. Our daughter has come on a lot through all the different activities the staff have put on for her. She enters the nursery every morning with a huge smile on her face, she's so willing to go into their arms.

My son has benefited greatly thanks to the superb staff in the baby and toddler room. With such great activities and a great food menu. He certainly enjoys his days spent there. A special mention must go to the manager. She is so passionate about her role and the nursery, nothing is too much trouble and she is so engaging. I really enjoy our chats about my son! From what I can see the manager is a credit to the company.

Totally recommend the nursery, it's a good place for learning and children's care. Friendly team and also have parent zone app to check on your child and get observations/assessments. Great nursery, super staff.

My son has been at Kids Planet and has been in all four rooms. He is always happy at collection and goes in with ease at drop off. The staff are great and friendly. Knowing most of the staff the ones from previous rooms still interact and are happy to see both myself and my son. He talks about the staff at home and always asks to go in on his days off. The manager has been brilliant at keeping us up to date with all the changes throughout the challenging year with emails, notices and signs, I know she is doing everything she can to keep everyone safe, the staff have been brilliant and adapted well to keep children as happy and having an as 'normal' time as they can.

Really happy with the nursery all staff are so caring and supportive. Can't live without the nursery, cater for all my needs to be able to work but also all of my child's needs, they go above and beyond. The team/manager are all superheroes to myself as a single mum, can't thank them enough for their hard work.

My grandson has attended this nursery since he was 8 months old. I cannot express how incredible the nursery is, the manager is kind, caring and very informative. She has also helped keep all the staff and children safe throughout this testing year. The staff are always warm and friendly, always welcoming and happy to see him at drop off and always informative when I pick him up.

We were recommended by my friend for my child, really happy and pleased. The manager was lovely and really helpful staff are amazing and helpful. My child settled, he's so happy at the nursery.

The parent zone app is an amazing tool, I can see everything about my baby. The staff are amazing and are really helpful and meet my baby's needs all the time. I am happy I chose this nursery and have recommended it to my friends as well.

I was worried about Covid-19 but everything is so organised and clean which has given me a lot of reassurance. I'm really happy. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

The children enjoy coming to nursery and the one whos left for school still asks about the room staff and manager. Great nursery and fantastic staff. Really good environment for learning and staff give great home advice.

Can not recommend enough, I have had 3 children at this setting and on my last child now. The team/manager can't thank them enough for their hard work and support over the years. Amazing learning provided and care is the best I have seen, the community recommended the nursery and forever grateful.

Our child is very happy at this nursery, always telling us what he has done and would love all the staff to live with us. The nursery is so diverse, I love it! Environment is so welcoming and very clean.

Very supportive nursery team, did an outstanding job over Covid lockdown and kept my child safe. The care is excellent and such lovely staff. My child's learning is very good.

My child is very happy, started really great, did settles and started in the toddler room, staff so lovely and kind. Managers are very helpful and put my mind at ease and keeping me up to date. Parentzone app is great, staff update me throughout the day about my child's care.

I have my child at the nursery and also my niece. Both really enjoy going and the team is so good and I fully trust them to do the best for my child. Over Covid and all 3 lockdowns the nursery/company have done a sterling job and provided top standards of care but also positive with everything at this scary time. Great team and amazing manager. A lovely nursery, very spacious rooms and outdoor areas. My first child came to this nursery in 2015 and started in the baby room and moved in to all the age groups and graduated in preschool. The whole staff team are very good and this shines from the way they are with the children and parents. My second child started in 2020 and again, is having a great experience and I am so happy with the care at the setting. The management team and the company are so lovely, whenever I need anything or have a query it is sorted straight away. Originally this nursery was recommended by my friend and now I would recommend to all. I want to say a big thank you. During this pandemic, the nursery staff have not been recognised enough but they are amazing and thank you to Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Higher Broughton.

Very good nursery, nice team and lovely manager who looks after everyone. They have good activities and a great planning system. Parentzone is a great app for parents to see daily feedback. Over COVID the nursery has done an amazing job keeping everyone safe. Thank you, team.

A great nursery for kids, a safe environment and a loving staff team. Parentzone app is so good to keep track of your child development and communicate to staff during the day. The manager is so lovely and of great support (a great listener to a very over the top parent like me). I have had piece of mind over this last year to date as it has been managed so well.
