This nursery is amazing my older 2 went there now my 3rd child is attending the same nursery i wouldn't imagine her going anywhere else. I have already recommend this nursery to some other parents too.

I am overall really happy with the nursery. The team is always engaged, caring, and clearly dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. My child enjoys their time here, and I appreciate the warm, welcoming atmosphere the staff creates every day. They seem to be a really tight-knit team.

However, I have two points of feedback-one not specific to this branch. First, the breakfast options are quite limited, with cereals (containing added sugars) being the main choice. I would love to see a wider variety of healthier alternatives, such as porridge, wholegrain sandwiches, fresh vegetables, pancakes, etc.

Secondly, the CCTV in the reception area used by parents has been out of service for quite some time, and no updates have been provided regarding when it will be fixed.

Aside from these points, I feel the nursery does a wonderful job in many other areas, and I am grateful for the care and attention my child receives here. Thank you!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 1 year old, and now at 3, she absolutely loves it! The staff are so caring, patient, and dedicated - they really make every child feel safe and valued. The activities are fun, creative, and perfectly designed to help the children learn and grow. I've noticed such a positive difference in her confidence, social skills, and independence. It's a wonderful environment where she is always happy and excited to go in every morning. I couldn't ask for a better start to her learning journey - truly an outstanding nursery!

My child has attended this nursery since he was 1 and has loved his time here! All of the room managers have been great and the other members of staff are so welcoming and fantastic practitioners. If I've ever had any concerns of queries the managers have been very professional and accommodating. I feel confident in the staff that they are supporting the early development of my child and have seen lots of progress in his time there. I would highly recommend this nursery!

We've had a wonderful experience Kid Planet Higher Broughton. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely care about each child. Since starting, our child has thrived-gaining confidence, making friends, and learning so much in a supportive environment. The nursery offers a great balance of structured and free play, helping children grow socially, and emotionally,. We especially appreciate the friendly and diverse atmosphere, which has helped our child feel included and valued. Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates, feedback, and opportunities to get involved. We always feel welcome and informed. Kidsplanet higher broughton has always been caring towards my daughter and her needs are always met. Staff are attentive and support of my daughter and myself and my wife helping her hit different milestones we could not be happier with how shes look after

We are so happy we chose this nursery for our son. The staff are kind, caring, and always make my son feel welcome and safe especially the staff member in the babies room. He has grown in confidence since starting and is learning so much through the fun activities they provide. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's lovely to see how much thought goes into his care and development. We also appreciate the variety of different food provided which has helped our son to become a confident eater who loves his food. Thank you and we can't wait to see how he will continue to develop.

My son has been attending Kids Planet Higher Broughton for the past 2 years and loves it. He feels very at ease with all of the staff and they all make an effort to know the kids, not just staff in the rooms but the catering and cleaning staff too. He has flourished into a cheeky 4 year old here and I'm sure will miss it immensely when he starts school. The staff are all so knowledgeable and approachable, you can chat with them about the child's day but also go to them for advise on how to approach potty training and weaning and school readiness and everything in between. The children are able to spend a lot of time outdoors and have the opportunity to take part in so many different activities and trips we'd not be able to always do ourselves so I really feel the staff are providing a great starting point for learning and life to come. Our baby has recently also just started and we feel reassured that he will feel just as content and supported in his years to come.

I have been to many nurseries but this branch of KP Higher Broughton has been amazing. The manager is very professional, very well organised and makes us feel safe and happy. The preschool room have been so brilliant at comforting and settling in my daughter so well. The graduation was so perfect, the effort the staff put in was above and beyond. My daughter was only here for a few months, but we have made so many memories.

The nursery is absolutely amazing. The staff is really nice and caring. My child has been attending this nursery for nearly 2 years and I have never had any issues or reasons to complain. My child always looks forward to coming to nursery and she loves spending her time there. Huge thank you to all staff members!

I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed myself and my partner are with the exceptional care provided each day. The staff working with my child are always suggesting and implementing new strategies to support my child with any challenges they face. One room leader in particular, is extremely passionate for the children in her care. The activities planned are fun and engaging and my child loves their time there. We believe it is the best nursery in the area and we feel incredibly fortunate to have our child surrounded by such caring professionals.

Brillaint nursery with amazing staff that really care about the children, my daughter has a hard time transitioning and they were really patient and caring. She now loves going and has really come on with her development which I think is definatly down to the activities and attention the staff put into each day. The food servered is healthy and lots of variety so the children get to try abit of everything really happy with the nursery and feel at ease leaving my daughter there.

Both of my children have had a wonderful experience at Kids Planet. All the staff ranging from the baby room to preschool go above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of the children is paramount. The learning journey provides excellent opportunities for children to explore and immerse themselves fully. I have always felt extremely confident that my children are receiving the best care in a safe and positive environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kids Planet to anyone! Thank you.

The facilities are great! The carers are friendly and very approachable, activities are great and get feedback on his day.

The staff at KP are very welcoming and approachable. The nursery is very good. Since my daughter has attended she has come on so much! I love how all staff are so loving to all children and make them feel safe and loved. All staff have amazing bonds with all children, it's lovely to see! Overall it's an amazing setting and I wouldn't put my child anywhere else!

My daughter and son have both attended Kids Planet Higher Broughton Nursery from baby room up to preschool. Both of my children have absolutely loved nursery. The staff are so loving and caring but most importantly fun. They make each day a new adventure, couldn't this nursery enough.

Since my son joined the nursery, the staff have been very supportive and although I was a nervous parent the staff sent me pictures through the app which made the process so much easier! I'd like to thank everyone in the toddler room, it's lovely my son is now excited for his nursery days.
