Kids Planet Salford

My daughter loves going to nursery and is constantly talking positively about her minders and how much fun she has with her friends.

I would highly recommend Salford Kids Planet. Both my children have been well cared for by the same staff over the years and I never worry about their care whilst I am away from them. The nursery has a homely feel and is well run by the team of staff. They always provide well-balanced meals and great activities for the children.

My little boy started at Kids Planet when we first moved to the area back in March. He has moved from toddlers to preschool recently and at first, he really struggled to deal with the change. The nursery were really good in making sure that he had a plan in place to ensure the transition was smooth. Now he has been there a few weeks he absolutely loves it and his development is incredible. We get a written report daily and updates through the app about what he has been up too and what he has for dinner! I’m very pleased with the management and senior key workers.

My son has special needs and they have accommodated him with arms wide open. I was afraid to leave him but I feel so assured that he is in the best hands. He seems to love one lady in particular and she is a beaut with him. Couldn't recommend this place enough and my son's new bestie.

My husband and I have already strongly recommended this nursery to various friends with babies possibly starting in 2020. Our son has a brilliant relationship with his key worker and we could not be happier with how he has settled in. Friendly staff and a welcoming and safe environment.

My daughter has been attending for about a month now, at first I was reluctant to take her as she is always with me but, she has settled in really fast with only a few tears when I first leave her. The staff are great and have given me so much confidence and reassurance that my child isn’t upset and is actually having fun. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our son has been coming to this nursery since he was 6 months old and he loved it from day one. All the staff in the babies room are fantastic, gave us a thorough update at the end of each day, smooth transition from babies to tots, my son has developed and learnt so much in this room he is advanced for his age. The staff in this room are simply amazing and very good at their jobs. Dad and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Every single staff member goes above and beyond every day to make our child's day fun, exciting and educational. Great healthy balanced diet with a variety of foods and fruit when ever he wants it.

My child goes in and comes out happy every time he does a session. He has been going since about seven months old and has just entered preschool. The staff are always helpful and willing to offer advice/support on whatever the query may be. The menu is varied and my son has no problems finishing his plate - in fact, more often than not he gets a second one! I have recommended the nursery to a friend whose son is due to start in the babies room in the next few months. So the question of whether I would recommend this nursery is obviously a yes - because I already have.

My daughter attends this nursery following in her brother’s footsteps. It’s an amazing place and we didn’t hesitate to take her there because of the amazing experience we had when her brother was attending the setting. The staff are very friendly, the play area is very big and there is an outdoor play area for the kids which is good for fresh air. My daughter settled in quickly and she looks forward to going there every morning.

Both my boys attend Kids Planet, Salford. One is in the baby room and the other is in preschool. My eldest has attended since he was one year old. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and amazing with the children. My youngest has a lot of food allergies and bad eczema and the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Kids Planet, Salford to my friends and family. I would also like to add that the management team in the office are always friendly and easy to approach and always make you feel welcome. My eldest loves the staff in the office and without fail in the morning and evening has to go in for a chat and tell them about his day.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was nine months old. He is turning four next week. Never in all this time have I had any concern regarding the care he has received at the nursery. He is loved and cared for by the staff as if he was their own and I feel safe in this knowledge. My little boy struggles with change and being aware of this, the staff have always gone the extra mile to support him through periods of this in his life. His speech, number and letter recognition has come on leaps and bounds whilst in nursery. He always comes home a very happy little boy and has made lots of friends in a fun but educational environment.

My daughter went to this nursery for nearly 2 years and I have been extremely happy with how much she has progressed and the staff are very friendly and supportive.

My son is really happy when he is in the nursery. He learns new words every day. He is starting to eat everything. When I collect him always somebody has time to tell me what he was doing during the day. He asks more about a member of staff than me so that says everything.

The overall care and activities seem to be satisfactory to my child when attending. However, just recently I am feeling that hand over when picking my child up is very vague. I am unaware of what they have done in the day or the learning plan. It seems they just want to tell you what they have eaten and that's it then. Although my child is happy and enjoys playing with her friends, I am concerned now that she needs to be on a learning plan and at the moment I am unaware of this. The menu at the nursery is great it is well rotated and updated sometimes they eat better than we do at home.

I have every confidence in Kids Planet Nursery. My child is very happy, healthy and enjoys going. My child has made lots of friends and has gained confidence since starting and loves getting involved with the activities.

The staff are very friendly, professional, hard working and approachable if you have any concerns or questions.

My little boy is 10 months and has been coming here for just over two weeks. He loves coming and doesn't even notice that we are going when we drop him off. He has settled in really well and has come on lots in such a short time. The staff are very lovely and nothing seems too much to ask. I like the email updates about what is going on each month. I am very confident we made the right choice in picking here.

The magnificent team - I pay for quality in all fields which is the most important. My kids love Kids Planet Day Nurseries - Salford and I will recommend to anyone that asks. The overall is excellent from the manger to room leader and from room leaders to NVQ staff. The most amazing thing is that they have a preschool qualified EYE teacher.
