Having had 2 children attend the nursery over the last 4 years, unfortunately, standards have slipped considerably over that time to the point where we recently moved our younger child to a pre-school (our elder child is now at school). While there are a core number of staff who strive to provide a
fantastic environment and experience, the extremely high level of staff turnover meant a lack of continuity and also when concerns were raised these seemed to be brushed under the carpet or ignored by the owners, who seemed increasingly distant in giving positive support to staff and management. Despite the issues faced, fees rose each year while standards reduced to the point where issues raised in the recent Ofsted report confirmed the feelings of numerous parents and the downgrading is a very fair and accurate reflection of the current situation.

There is an abundance of nurseries to choose from in Fleet/Church Crookham. We chose this but had no end of problems with them and eventually decided to remove our daughter from the nursery. One incident that occurred we really should have contacted Ofsted but I don't like to complain. After several
further less serious issues, coupled with the fact that our daughter used to scream and shake at even going into the nursery in the mornings, we decided to move her to another local nursery (which I will add that she now really enjoys). During our two years at Wentwood House, the staff changes were ridiculous, higher than I would have expected and know of in other nurseries.

I am so happy with my son's progress since he has been at Wentwood. The staff are so caring, flexible and friendly.
The activities that are arranged for my child are first rate and I am confident he is getting a great education.
The management team are extremely effective and understanding.
I
always feel I can talk to them about my child's development.
Really happy with the nursery.

My daughter loves this nursery and always comes home full of smiles and tales of what she's been up to during the day. As a parent I've been very happy with the nursery and would highly recommend it to any friends and family.


The food menu always looks great and my daughter definitely likes it,

it's a rare occurrence for her to leave any food!


My daughter grows in confidence every day and I personally feel the nursery can take a large amount of the credit for this.


The staff are always happy to take time out to share events of the day and nothing seems too much trouble.
