The staff in the bouncing bears from the very beginning have made us feel welcome within the nursery everyone always says good morning when I drop my little one off and nothing is ever too much trouble. I've seen such great development from my son in the short time he has been at this nursery and I
wouldn't ever have him anywhere else.

My daughter attends this nursery, and loves it! Staff are very helpful and very enthusiastic. And there care for the children is brilliant, I'm very impressed with meal times food is made fresh every day and a very good range of food on offer. Always get feedback on social skills and how she is developing,
so happy in fact that I've already enrolled my son there

My child has been attending this nursery since May 2016. He had to leave his previous nursery due to a new job and was obviously anxious. The staff made him feel welcome and at ease and by day it's was like he'd always been there.
The staff are fantastic with him and myself, helping out in any situation
they can.
He has come along with his speech and learning, something I wasn't sure he could but they never give up. Getting him prepared for "big school"
Ossett Day Nursery has become like a second family and I will be devastated when he has to leave in September.

My child has been attending this setting since around 9months old and from day one I have been completely satisfied with the staff team, setting and communication between myself and them on a daily basis.
I am overwhelmed by the progress the staff has helped my child achieve and I can't thank them
enough, Daily communication and online learning journeys help me see what my child has been doing during his time at nursery and how stimulated and content he is to be there.
I would definitely recommend this setting to other friends and family.

The girls at the nursery are fantastic with my little boy it has brought him on so much he talks lots and is more than happy to play with other children now he can also count to 3 at only 17 months old they have totally brought my son out of his shell very thankful for all they do x

My little girl is now 3 and been attending since newborn.. she absolutely loves the nursery and all the staff. They have cared for her so much helped her develop in every way possible. We are kept up to date on a daily basis which is fantastic because I love to know what she has been learning. Don't
want her to leave it's going to be so hard.

My daughter (now 2 years old) has been going to Ossett Childcare & Pre-School since she was 10 months old and she absolutely loves it. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and have really helped my daughter's development. I appreciate the updates provided at the end of each day and the learning
book (online) is a great way to keep track of what she's been doing.

All the staff are polite and great with the children. The environment is relaxed and clean.
Information and important dates are on the notice board, easy to access.
You can talk to anyone with regards to any problems and they will act in confidence.
My child has grown in confidence and speech
since attending this nursery.

My children have been attending this nursery since December 2015 and they settled in extremely quickly. I was drawn to the nursery after visiting with my children. The nursery operates an open door policy which, in my opinion, is a fabulous way to showcase what actually happens instead of staging activities
in readiness for a visit.
The nursery is well equipped with modern décor and has a fabulous array of toys. There are always lots of different activities taking place and children are encouraged to join in. The outdoor area has recently been modernised and has different areas for the children to explore.
The staff are more than nursery practitioners, they care about the children and it shows. My children have lovely relationships with both their key workers and other members of staff.
Each member of staff takes the time to get to know your child ensuring whenever they attend they are happy. The management run the nursery professionally and constantly introduce new facilities to enhance the setting.

My little boy has been going here full time since he was 10 months old. After looking around various nurseries, this was the only one that had a homely feel to it. All the staff are brilliant and go the extra mile to make sure all the children are happy. Their recently extended outdoor area is a big
hit with all the children. Their facilities couldn't be any better and a lot of time and thought goes into investing money back into the nursery.

I honestly can't put into words how fantastic this nursery is! My daughter loves coming. ALL the staff are fantastic, you can 100% tell they all love their job. The facilities and resources are brilliant. The have high standards of care. When I leave my daughter at nursery, I am 100% confident she is
safe and being cared for. The relationships my daughter has formed with some of the staff shows this. The only bad thing I could say is one day my daughter will be too old to go and when that happens, me and my daughter will really miss that place.
