A positive atmosphere at the meeting with the staff. I enjoyed the tour of the classrooms, where my sister spends her time.

The nursery is the best decision we have ever made. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Her speech has developed so quickly, she loves to read which makes me so happy. The service we receive is of such a high standard. Security is thorough, the team know me, my husband and my daughter well. I feel when she is at nursery she is so well cared for and loved. We are kept up to date through parent zone it makes every day amazing seeing what she's up to. Best nursery ever.

We have recently started our little girl at the nursery and after only a few days we had seen a huge difference in her confidence. I love how much detail staff go into when telling you how your child has been that day. It is clear that all the staff care so much about the children just from the interaction at drop off and pick up. I am also really happy with their Covid polices and how safe they made the nursery at all times.

My daughter has attended Tiddltwinks for over two years. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, care, support and communication provided by all staff and management at Tiddlywinks. My daughter loves attending, skipping through the door on the way into sessions. This provides me with the reassurance and knowledge that the nursery was undoubtedly the best choice. I would recommend the nursery to any parent struggling to make the decision on which nursery to send their child to.

My granddaughter has settled extremely well in the nursery and is receiving excellent care from all the staff. They are always happy and welcoming, which makes a very pleasant environment, and I always feel comfortable when dropping off or picking up my granddaughter.

I have had 2 children attend this nursery over the last year, both in separate rooms but both receiving outstanding care. I feel as though my children's key workers really try to understand them and their individual needs. (They're two very different girls, and get treated as such.) The nursery is such a kind and welcoming place for parents and children. You can tell they all take pride in their job roles as it shines through to the little details they put into your child's day. I feel as though the nursery has done an outstanding job in dealing with the effects of the current pandemic and I can't thank everyone enough for making the nursery feel like a safe place for our daughters.

The toilets every so often are smelly, not clean, and kids haven't got paper towels very often.

Sometimes, would be great if somebody checked her after she uses the toilet. We have had quite a lot of issues with that.

I have no issues in this nursery. My daughter enjoys coming to learn and play.

All staff approachable and friendly.

My experience with this nursery is that it is very very good. My daughter started here a few months ago and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I feel like it is bringing my daughter on a lot in her development and glad I chose this one.

I love this nursery and since my son started when he was one I was nervous. My worries were soon cleared up. This is because of the wonderful staff and care that is given to the children. All staff have been very kind and have helped my child settle into the nursery. The daily updates are great. It is always nice to see what they have been doing during the day. There is good communication between home and nursery and feedback is very useful. I am very grateful to all staff who have been amazing. Thank you!

Always been made to feel very welcome from day one, the staff in the baby room are fantastic as are management. My son initially struggled with the new routine of nursery life but now he loves it and is always happy when I pick him up. Very happy that I picked this nursery.
