Tiddlywinks' 4th Nursery in Manchester is located at Clayton Sure Start Children’s Centre and is carrying on the tradition of providing high-quality, child centred day care for children aged from four months up to school age.

The nursery provide 15 hours free early education for two and three-year-olds through Government funding and these sessions enable children to develop their language, build relationships with their peers and provide the children with a foundation of learning within the EYFS to prepare them for school and life.

A key-carer system enables the nursery to ensure a planned curriculum is tailored to the needs of an individual child. Key-carers ensure that each individual child is supported on a day to day basis and aims to develop a bond with the child and help them to feel safe, protected and cherished while they are away from home.

Nursery environments are designed to be stimulating, encourage the children to explore, take calculated risks and provide them with time and space to consolidate their learning.

Tiddlywinks recognise parents as the first educators for their children and work alongside them to support their child’s learning. Staff are always available to speak to parents/carers who may need advice, guidance or have any concerns with regards to their children.

The staff are brilliant and treat my son like a king. The nursery always looks amazing at Halloween and Christmas time, as well as being clean and tidy. My son has progressed in so many areas in his learning and development and now loves coming to nursery. The menu is great and I am very happy bringing
my son here. I would recommend it to everyone.

My son loved the nursery from the beginning. I can see how much he has progressed in regards to activities, language and self-care. He is attached to all the staff and this is giving us peace of mind.

When my son first started here, he really struggled to settle in but the staff were really reassuring and within a few weeks, my son loved being here and has done since. He always has a smile on his face and I love the updates I get, whilst he's here. I could not recommend it enough.

My daughter enjoys a range of activities at nursery, which are age-appropriate and exciting for her. She enjoys coming to nursery and her teachers are very loving and caring to her. She has a variety of nutritious food which is catered to her dietary requirements.

Our experience at nursery so far has been great. Both of my children have attended Tiddlywinks, Clayton and always have lots of fun here and learn so much. I feel that my children are very safe and content here and always thriving within their learning.

My son really enjoys coming in and always has a smile on his face whenseeing the gates. His development has come along so well. I've seen such a big change from this time last year. I do feel very happy to leave my son with the staff, they make you feel very comfortable.

Tiddlywinks Day Nursery are amazing! My son naturally thrives there and the facilities they have to offer are second to none and encourage learning to the maximum potential possible. The staff are incredibly kind and understanding and actively make time to discuss your child's day, progress and next
steps with you personally face-to-face or via the app or telephone. Management are always on hand to provide support too. Most importantly my son is safe, happy, engaged and cared for to the highest degree. He loves his time at nursery and the wide range of activities they do day to day. I'm incredibly impressed with his nursery and Tiddlywinks, as well as all their staff, are definitely deserving of the outstanding rating!

Very efficient and organised pickup. Phoned to let them know I was coming to pick up my child. Then he was coming to reception when I got there. All Covid rules in place. Couldn't fault them at all. Very precise handover about what had happened during the day. Always happy to go in the next day

My daughter is 13 months old and has just started her gradual admission this week at the nursery, her key worker is amazing. My daughter is bonding with her already, very friendly and welcoming each day for drop-offs and pickups, she informs me on what they've been doing through the day, what she's
had to eat and when she has slept. She is fabulous, as a working mum, it's hard to be leaving your child each day and missing out on things but her keyworker keeps me updated with lovely smiling photos throughout the day. Wouldn't want her anywhere else.

The nursery is the best decision we have ever made. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Her speech has developed so quickly, she loves to read which makes me so happy. The service we receive is of such a high standard. Security is thorough, the team know me, my husband and my daughter well. I
feel when she is at nursery she is so well cared for and loved. We are kept up to date through parent zone it makes every day amazing seeing what she's up to. Best nursery ever.

We have recently started our little girl at the nursery and after only a few days we had seen a huge difference in her confidence. I love how much detail staff go into when telling you how your child has been that day. It is clear that all the staff care so much about the children just from the interaction
at drop off and pick up. I am also really happy with their Covid polices and how safe they made the nursery at all times.

My daughter has attended Tiddltwinks for over two years. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, care, support and communication provided by all staff and management at Tiddlywinks. My daughter loves attending, skipping through the door on the way into sessions. This provides me with the
reassurance and knowledge that the nursery was undoubtedly the best choice. I would recommend the nursery to any parent struggling to make the decision on which nursery to send their child to.
