Our daughter started Fennies in Sept 21 and we have been incredibly taken aback by how excellent all the staff have been. Our daughter required some additional support when she started and this was identified immediately by the nursery manager and was dealt with to such a high standard. We will be forever
grateful for the support provided through those first few weeks that now means our daughter is happy and thriving, which we know will continue for the whole time she is there. We have told friends and family about the resources and “above and beyond” attention provided for our daughter and all have never heard of a nursery providing this type of amazing service. Our daughter’s key worker is absolutely wonderful and is so kind and loving with our daughter and gives us all of the information and support we could want. This nursery really is a unique find and I am so grateful to them for all they are doing.

My son started Fennies Nursery in May 2021. Coming from a house with multiple languages and cultural backgrounds, he had a bit of speech delay, but within the last few months, there has been a tremendous improvement in so many aspects of his development. The staff are very affectionate, loving, extremely
caring and very attentive to each child as an individual and I can see the bond he has formed with his teachers and his peers. Few of many things that I really appreciate about Fennies nursery is:
1. The quality and variety of food offered to the children which build their pallets for different kinds of foods in the dietary pyramid, and also providing a balanced diet.
2. The activities created for the littles ones to entertain and educate them on so many levels, where weekly you can notice big improvements in your child.
3. Ladies in Management have been so supportive towards me on various occasions, which at times really relieved a lot of daily pressure.

My son has started with Fennies since he was 6 months old in the Explorers room. He was really young and it was not easy for me as a first-time mum. When I first met the staff I felt welcomed and reassured. The staff responded to my fears and anxieties. In the baby room, the staff are passionate and
always enthusiastic. The activities that they provide in the room have added to my now one-year-old’s development, and experience of learning and exploring. I can tell that they have helped him to grow up so well by providing great activities. The staff know my son’s interests, they observe him and create a really good partnership with us as parents. My son is always happy to go and play in the room. Fennies also provides extra services that my partner and I really enjoy like zoom class or fresh and healthy food to order. The staff are really flexible and easy to talk to. Every day when I leave my child at Fennies, I know he is going to spend a great day with the explorers and I go to work really reassured!

Words cannot begin to describe how worried I have been in the upcoming months with having a baby growing up in the time of Covid. I had noticed that our son had been very confused and shy and timid as a result of his lack of interaction with children his age. Since coming to Fennies Bromley he is not
the same child! From the very first day I have been supported by the staff in ensuring that our son is settling and developing well. All my calls and queries have been answered and I am so confident that our son is being well looked after and enjoying his new environment.
I’d personally like to thank his key person for giving him the extra attention he needs and the manager and deputy manager for putting up with my constant emails and calls... and even the parents too for raising such lovely and welcoming children and all the staff at Fennies Bromley!

Fennies Bromley is a great place for our son to learn and develop. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the senior management are also very hands-on which means they understand the children at a very personal level.

We have been a part of this nursery family since my eldest started in the baby room in January 2016 at a year old and she loves to come back to pick up my youngest who has been there for two years now. We have always had a great interaction with the staff and the girls have always loved going to nursery
and have had fantastic relationships with their key workers. Having been here a while we have seen how the nursery has become more innovative and how the curriculum has become more varied, more inclusive and engaging for the children. I love how my youngest just disappears off with barely a backward glance and when she comes home she is so excited to tell me about her day. It will be a very sad day when our youngest leaves and we have to say goodbye for the last time.

Fennies is a safe, fun and encouraging setting for our daughter. She has really developed over the last few months, particularly in her speech and confidence amongst her peers. We are so pleased that we chose Fennies as the nursery goes above and beyond to ensure our child is comfortable as well as
ease the anxieties we had as first-time parents sending our child to the setting. Furthermore, the facilities and staff are first class; always a pleasure to see and speak to. They regularly keep you updated with your child’s progress and send pictures and videos to capture memorable moments. Our child has come on leaps and bounds, and her exposure to the offering provided by Fennies is most definitely a contributing factor that we are very pleased with.

My daughter has been at Fennies Bromley since she turned 1. From the day we first took a tour of the nursery (when she was 9 weeks old), we knew this was where we wanted her to go. From her very first day, all of the staff have been incredibly kind and nurturing, while making sure she hits developmental
milestones. The relationships that the key workers have with their children is especially lovely. The progression in my daughter's confidence, language, motor skills and comprehension has been wonderful to see - almost every day she comes home with a new word or skill. The activities are fun and well-organised, and the facilities are great - my daughter can't get enough of the wonderful garden - and we really appreciate the updates and photos we get on the app. We love that Fennies celebrates multi-cultural holidays with the children, and teaches languages from a young age. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely nursery to other parents.

The staff are all lovely! Management is great, they know exactly what is going on with every child, remember every child’s name and what room they are in. I feel they really care about their job, the parents and the children in their care. After an awful experience with a previous nursery, Fennies Bromley

Our daughter attended Fennies before she went to school in 2017. When we had our son in 2020 and I started to plan my return to work, our natural thought was to return to Fennies and I’m so glad we did. Whilst some staffing has naturally changed the team are amazing and have welcomed my son with open
arms. I don’t worry about anything when he is there and look forward to getting updates on his day and the food he has eaten (which is amazing thanks to the wonder that is the Chef). It’s a pleasure and a joy to deal with the nursery and I can’t thank them enough for their amazing care of my son.

My daughter has just settled into this nursery and naturally due to Covid and lockdowns she hadn't been away from my husband and I regularly. This made us apprehensive about her attending nursery. The Fennies staff did everything to make her transition a comfortable one. They were very accommodating
and attentive to my daughter's needs in such a challenging time. My daughter loves the nursery and in a short period of time is starting to feel totally at home. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I have been very happy with Fennies Bromley nursery. My son has been attending for almost 2 years and took no time at all to settle. The staff are always caring and share details about my son's day. They often approach me with information about his development and learning as well as future targets
and transition information. Most of the staff seem to be nurturing and positive in their approach to navigating tricky moments. The only challenge has been quite a high staff turnover. Having said that, my son is keen to go in every day and returns happy, safe and growing and learning. He has adjusted to all of the changes and Fennies staff, from management to room workers, to any adult who is there, are supportive and welcoming. Fennies are always adding extra resources and offering extra services (eg home learning, fresh food pick up, early starts) to go the extra mile in supporting working families.

My daughter has been at Fennies Bromley since she was under a year old and is now nearly four. She loves it there and has made lots of friends. The staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive with both my daughter and I. There was a point when my daughter was very shy and the staff really went
the extra mile to help her settle in and help her gain confidence. The activities are varied and the resources are excellent. The outdoor space is also excellent and big compared to other nurseries locally. I can happily say my daughter’s educational and emotional needs are without doubt met. The staff at Fennies Bromley go above and beyond. My daughter and I will be very sad to leave there when she starts school in September.

Since my son has joined Fennies I have noticed he has learnt so much and become so confident and extremely talkative! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and have made nursery life throughout COVID normal with procedures put in place to protect us all. My son leaves nursery talking about
things he has learnt and sometimes surprises me by telling me things I never knew he knew! Would definitely recommend it to other parents.

The staff and facilities at Fennies in Bromley are excellent. My son started in November of 2020 and considering it has been such a difficult time for all the team, they have been absolute stars. It has taken a while for my son to settle in but the time and effort taken by his teacher is much appreciated.
She is a credit to her profession. The activities provided are excellent and the facilities also look top-notch. We have also started receiving updates on what is planned for the next week. Activities the children will be doing and how that will help them develop are sent to us on the Tapestry account as are photos of what my son has been up to the previous week. A lovely place to send your little one.

Our daughter has been attending Fennies Bromley since the age of ten months. She is now nearly four years old and as such, has been a part of the nursery from the baby room right through to the preschool room. As first-time parents we were nervous about choosing the 'right' nursery. Will she make friends?
Will she have fun and learn? Will we be kept informed as to how she is getting on? As we near the end of our time at Fennies Bromley, we could not have chosen a better nursery. She's developed cognitively, emotionally and socially and much, if not all of that is due to the efforts of the attentive, caring and patient staff. Every staff member takes their time to talk with us at pick-up times, not just her key person. Whether it's planning activities at Christmas or when it's snowing or uploading content onto the app, it really feels to us that they care about our daughter's development and share in the same pride that we have for our daughter. We wouldn't change a thing.
