The staff at Westside Pre-School are extremely helpful, my daughter has blossomed over the past 2 and half years helping her with all aspects of learning. I would definitely recommend this pre-school to any parents.

This nursery has made my little boy so happy. He is excited every morning he goes and always tells me what he has done there. The staff are all friendly and amazing with the children. Never had any issues. Highly recommend this nursery.

The staff at Westside Pre-School are outstanding - they go above and beyond for all the children in their care. They remained open throughout the pandemic, delivering activity parcels to the children that could not attend due to government guidelines and did it all with a spring in their step. All the staff are helpful, friendly and approachable. The management team are amazing, they are highly knowledgeable, professional and can always offer good advice and point you in the right direction when needed. It is lovely to see management participating in the activities with the children and really getting to know each child (we all know most management teams are solely office-based these days). The opportunities they provide for the children are amazing, they go out and about and regularly visit the Gunpowder Works and local amenities. The children enjoy heaps of unique learning experiences and activities. Overall, I love the service they provide and recommend them to everyone.

The staff are wonderful and do so much with the children and I’m so glad we made the decision to send our daughter there.

My words can't express the gratitude towards the staff. The manager and her team are absolutely amazing. One member of staff made my daughter feel welcomed and part of their big family. They helped her with her insecurities and I can see the excitement on my daughter's face when she is telling me about the nursery. I think every parent wants to know that their children are safe and loved.

Would highly recommend this nursery to all family and friends. I cannot fault this nursery, they remained open throughout Covid-19 and I am entirely grateful for their services. The staff are not only highly professional but are fantastic and go well and beyond with caring for children. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and the children are always pleased to see them and walk straight in with ease. The centre is fully equipped with various toys and education materials as well as an outdoor area for exercise and fun activities. The staff always bring a high level of fun and entertainment, whilst the children are learning as well. It is worth mentioning that there are numerous excursions that are fantastic and all children will enjoy. From a parents perspective, you are provided with sufficient information around the agenda which provides comfort, knowing your child is going to have a fun-filled day. Best Nursery around by far.

Totally recommend this Pre-school. The staff are amazing, children treated as if they are one big family. My daughter loves it, she can't wait to get there and does not want her time at Pre-school to stop. She loves the little outings to the duck pond and park and does not stop talking about her teachers and that she's going to miss them when she goes to big school. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending this school. I couldn't be any happier with the school.

Westside preschool was a great choice for my daughter and I find that the nursery is run very well. The entire team are dedicated to the welfare and learning experience of the children and they have been really lovely and easy to work with over this last year period. Could not recommend more.

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery and can’t wait to go. All the staff are very welcoming and always go above and beyond, especially in the pandemic sending home packages out to the children was a special touch. We are going to miss everyone so much when she starts school. Thank you Westside for all the care and effort you put into making my little girl's learning fun and exciting.

My child has been attending Westside preschool since the age of two. We have been very pleased with the care they have provided for my son ever since his settling in sessions. He is always excited for preschool days and keen to tell us on pick up, what activities he has been doing that morning. This has led to us increasing his days there as we are confident in the happy and safe environment the preschool team have created. The team are very friendly and have a keen eye for picking up on the individual child’s needs. This is often reported back daily on pick up but also weekly on the parent portal and with assessments in a termly report. Our son's social, communication and language skills have improved leaps and bounds since he started at Westside. We are very grateful to the preschool for continuing to provide a fun, enjoyable, safe place for our child in what has been an unusual year of lockdowns and uncertainties. Thank you.

The owners manage a professional, caring pre-school with highly trained motivated staff. The children are warmly welcomed, cared for and educated through play and topics aimed at stimulating individual interests that are harnessed into daily activities to promote growth and development. Approachable and friendly, the team are genuine and motivated, they are a leading example of an outstanding pre-school.

I would thoroughly recommend Westside nursery, my daughter has attended for two years and has had a wonderful time. The staff are all so caring and friendly and go above and beyond for the children and parents. We really will miss everyone at Westside.

Westside Pre-school is nothing but amazing. We have been attending there for last five years with our two children. The staff are all fantastic and go above and beyond with caring for children. Westside certainly deserve more credit than they get. During lockdown they have kept contact every week, set interesting challenges to do at home as a family, always thinking of different ways to entertain children. By using Interactive Learning Journey, you can keep up to date with what your children are doing and also sharing home life with them. When our child didn’t want to leave us, they would offer reassurance and send a WhatsApp within minutes to let you know all calm. They show interest in all the family and generally are a caring team. We cannot thank them enough.

Everyone has been amazing who works here. Very grateful for the help with my child who was referred for speech therapy through the nursery and he has really improved over the 2 years he has been there, always lovely staff.

I am always amazed just how far the manager and all of her staff go for the children of Westside Pre-School nothing is too much to ask and if there is an issue they are all approachable and the situation is always resolved, even in the current situation the staff are seeing that no child is left behind with regular homework activities and tasks to complete and share virtually for those students that are not attending. My son loves going to 'school' in his words and he is treated as one of their own children quite honestly and the things he does learn at school amazes me quite frankly. Would absolutely recommend this preschool and my daughter will also be attending when her time comes.

Westside Pre-School is the best nursery by far in Faversham. I recommend Westside Pre-School to every parent I talk to. My daughter loves the nursery and looks forward to going every day. The staff are lovely and can talk to them with anything you need. My daughter has a brilliant relationship with the nursery worker. My daughter is always excited to see what today's adventure will be.
