The Staff are extremely professional and friendly. My daughter has got settling issues since the time she joined the nursery. But, thanks to the staff who were really helpful in playing a vital role and helping my daughter with her stranger anxiety and settling issues.

I support a foster child with a severe learning disability to attend Hillcity Nursery every day and I find every one of the staff to have 100% commitment to the children who attend nursery. The nursery has a very happy vibe and all the staff are always cheerful and chatty and keep me up to date every
day on my foster child's experience that day and on what she has or has not eaten that day as well.

I am satisfied with the services of childcare provided for my son. Any problems I have are sorted out quickly and to my satisfaction. All of my needs are listened to and met. My child is happy. The staff, especially the management are very excellent! :)
