Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham

There was a gas leak in the nursery in December and all children were sent home before midday. Rightly, safety of children and staff is most important. However on the other hand it caused great inconvenience to many parents including myself and it turns out the higher management is reluctant to reimburse the fees for that half-day. From my perspective, they did not provide the service and I find it very disappointing that they think it is OK. It makes me feel it only shows that for them it is about business.

Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham has been the nursery that both my children have attended, one of them being nine years old who is profoundly deaf and my son who still attends and is now in preschool, he started from eighteen months. This nursery is honestly the best place for children. One of the management staff is the most lovely, caring and understanding manager you could meet. She always welcomes you with a smile. The team in preschool are fabulous everyday, my son comes home learning something new. One member of staff in the toddler room really went above and beyond for my son who is a very typical mummy’s boy, he cried most mornings as he didn’t want to leave me but always has the best days and comes home happy. I’m so happy with my choice to send both my children to this nursery and no member of staff gets frustrated with the children. My son adores his key worker and the other members of staff in preschool. I would also like to add that the curriculum and lessons for these babies are amazing.

My son has been at Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham for three months and he really loves it. The settling procedure was smooth and he adapted very quickly. The ladies in the doves room and baby room really look after him and are so kind. He is always excited about going there. The activities are really fun and we love receiving photo updates online. Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham has accelerated his development and we’re impressed by what he learns there every day. Highly recommend.

My son has attended Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham for a couple of years now and has received excellent care in all three rooms. He is now in the owls room and loves going to nursery to see his friends and play. The nursery provides him with lots of fun activities and he is having a great time.

From the first day the staff have been great and caring. I am happy with the way my son progressed. The only issue is the menu they are offering with food, my little one doesn’t like it so at times he’s having no lunch.

My daughter has been attending Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham since she was five months and she is about to turn four. We have been really happy, especially with her key workers. She is always so happy to go there and that is the most important thing for us. Our little boy who is eleven months is also enjoying it a lot and has been for over five months now. It feels like a family, we know the staff and they know you. You can partner with them for some specific issues such as potty training and dummies. As parents, there will always be a few things you want to improve but overall it is a very good nursery where our kids are making really good memories.

All the staff and managers are super fantastic, I cannot thank them all enough. My son has settled in so well and is so happy. All the staff make you feel welcomed and are so friendly. Keep up the great work.

The Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham staff are truly amazing and I'm so happy with the wonderful relationship they have built with my daughter. She settled surprisingly quickly, which I put down to the caring and gentle atmosphere at Little Elms Daycare Nursery Sydenham. Now she absolutely loves going to nursery, she stands by the door of a morning, wanting to leave as soon as possible! The nursery are also great with communications and keeping parents posted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very professional staff, the new manager is exceptional and I am very pleased with the overall setting. I would happily send my child here knowing they are safe and well looked after. Children seem to always be engaged and have new activities every day. I would highly recommend!

It is a fantastic place that my daughter loves spending her day in. She calls all the staff her ‘friends’. It is a joy seeing my child being happy when walking in the morning towards the premises of the childcare provider. She is developing very well, knows all the letters and started to show her interest in writing them. She enjoys all the creative activities, especially dance classes.

I couldn't be happier with my son's care at Little Elms Sydenham nursery. From the management to the entire Dove Room team. He's developed so much since starting to go there when he was 10 months. It is very reassuring when I drop him off that he now runs over to one of the girls and always has a big smile on his face. They are always easy to communicate with and always take the time out to speak to me if I have any concerns about his day. It is a great weight off this first time mother's shoulders to know that I don't have to worry during the day whilst I'm at work about my child. The entire facility seems very close and tight knit with even the other room's worker's knowing my son by name. I would highly recommend this nursery to any new mother's who foresee that they will have to have child care.

I am a huge fan of Little Elms Sydenham, my daughter loves it and is growing so much there. Everyone is lovely, the kids are really well looked after and I'd stay for meals if they let me! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Such a lovely little nursery. My son is very happy and his development has come on so much since being here. I can not fault this nursery in the slightest. The staff are always welcoming they made it very easy for me to leave my child. Best nursery I have viewed.
