Busy Bees East Keswick

Both of my boys have had a very happy and nurturing experience at Kindercare. The facilities are excellent - outdoors there is a separate play space for all age groups and indoors every group has separate eating areas and play spaces. The boys are always happy and excited to attend and have some great relationships with the staff who are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kindercare to other parents.

Our daughter was always a very clingy baby so we knew that sending her to nursery was going to be a challenging experience for all of us at first. She started at 13 months and despite a few difficult weeks being away from me she soon began to love it. I’m so pleased we persevered. I can’t thank the girls enough for helping her settle in, she’s formed a strong bond with her key worker, who is brilliant and I can see how much she feels comfortable with the other staff also. The main positive we have noticed since her starting is how she will happily go to family and friends now and be happy in doing so. Another positive we have both noticed is during mealtimes, she’s improved using her cutlery so much, she was never really interested in using a spoon or fork at home until she started at nursery. Overall it’s been hugely beneficial sending her to this nursery, we notice a continuous improvement in her development and It’s lovely to see her so excited and happy to see them all.

Fantastic nursery, helpful staff that care for the child and the family as a whole. Really helped my daughter settle in and come along in her development. Also, the staff have been really accommodating towards my daughter who is a fussy eater.

My two children love going to Kindercare. The staff are all excellent and very hard-working. The facilities and outdoor space are modern and well-used and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

I can’t recommend the nursery highly enough, and to see my daughter so happy to be there certainly makes life as a working parent a lot easier!

My child enjoys their time at nursery. Generally, the staff are supportive and take time out to encourage my child especially eating which can be a challenge. The staff seem to interact well with the children and provide lots of activities to help with development.

My only concern has been the changes in staff which I have raised previously with the nursery, however, my child has a key worker whom she is very happy with, shares things with and who I feel fully supports my child which I am grateful for.

My son has attended the nursery for well over a year now and thoroughly enjoys his time there. He started in the baby room and is now in Tweenies.

One thing that was really important to me was that the key workers from the team who had looked after my son in the baby room made the journey up to Tweenies to ensure continuity of care and a comfortable transition.

His personal development in terms of his verbal communication is exceptional and I credit that in part to his time with the Kindercare team.

The facilities are purpose built and provide an excellent, safe and engaging setting for learning and development.

The team is always smiling and welcoming and I can truly get the sense that they love children and have their very best interests at heart.

Our son has been attending Kindercare since he was 15 months old and we could not be happier with the standard of care provided. The staff are warm, welcoming, engaging and treat every child as an individual, taking their time to learn their likes/dislikes etc. Our son has come on leaps and bounds in his development since attending Kindercare - East Keswick and thoroughly enjoys his time there. He is happy, stimulated and content. He loves the staff and other children and often talks about them by name at home.

Very happy with the care my daughter receives at Kindercare Nursery. The staff are lovely and take a real interest in my daughter's needs and interests. I enjoy the current activities they do, for example, yoga and dough disco. I love the generous outdoor space which a lot of the other local nurseries don't have and appreciate how they take on board any concerns we have as parents. The security and safe guarding give me a huge peace of mind and I feel like my child has come on a lot since attending.

I looked at moving recently only due to a change in personal circumstances but after looking around another nursery it just didn't compare. I've had a very difficult year and the nursery has been so supportive, not just with my boy but take an equal interest in my well being and provide so much invaluable help and support. Nothing is ever too much to ask! I couldn't be more grateful! Keep up the good work team!

Our little boy has been attending this nursery for over a year now, he has a varied balance of care providers including a childminder and grandparents. He recognises and looks forward to his days here. The staff and management have been fantastic for me as a first time mum going through the process of going back to work, and with my son being away from me for the first time. They have been flexible with his days, adding days due to family illness when needed, which is very much appreciated. I looked around several nurseries before choosing this one and was impressed with the cleanliness, attitude and commitment of the staff. From the first time we looked around the site I knew this was the place for my little boy. Keep up the good work and a big thank you for all you do.

My grandchild has been attending Kindercare - East Keswick nursery for the past couple of months. She settled in very quickly as the staff had asked my son for information about likes and dislikes, which she likes stories so they always greeted us with a selection of books for her to chose a story which we left. Now that she has been attending for a while, my grand daughter is coming home with different kinds of art work and talking about the fun she has had outside. I always find the staff to be cheerful and helpful answering any questions that we have. The nursery itself is a lovely building and is clean and tidy.

Kindercare truly is outstanding. My son was worried about starting a new nursery after a tough start at another but thanks to the management and staff he settled in quickly (they were great with me too) and he adores coming to you. The manager is an asset to the team, she showed me around initially and clinched it for me with her happy approach, experience and professionalism. Thanks also to the deputy and staff for their kindness to my son. Kindercare not only provides an emotionally safe, secure place but the staff there genuinely care about the children. I also know that his key worker and management are committed to my son making him as prepared as possible for school when he starts next year. His key worker told me today how he's practising numbers and recognising his name. Thank you to the staff for always going above and beyond. I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough and have recommended you to many (even a lady at the doctor's who ended up bringing her twins to you). Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Our 16 mths old has just recently joined from a childminder environment, and what could have been quite stressful for all involved has been handled in a positive and assured manner. Hence our little chap is settling in well and the staff have been a big part of this, helping him adjust to his new environment.
