Footprints Day Nursery Bollington

I would recommend Footprints Nursery in Bollington without hesitation. The staff are all great and provide a fantastic range of educational experiences alongside developing the personal and social skills of the children in their care. The management team set high expectations which are clearly met by everyone. Every member of staff knows the children individually and can share the activities they have enjoyed during the day. Detailed written reports provide daily information to parents regarding personal care. The online learning book also provides an excellent opportunity to see what the children have experienced in nursery alongside assessments to show their progress. Most importantly, our children love spending their days at Footprints, they are extremely happy and settled which is down to the excellent standard of care they receive.

Activities are varied both mentally and physically. It's a great environment.

A lovely welcoming nursery which feels like a home from home. My youngest daughter is in preschool and loves going. My older daughter comes with me to pick up and still remembers all the fantastic staff there, she will sit down and have a chat and a sing with them too sometimes. love it and are always happy to attend a lovely welcoming nursery which feels like a home from home. My children love it and are always happy to attend. All feedback is taken on board and openly discussed which is a greatly valued. Each child is treated with the utmost care and attention. My son attends Footprints in Bollington and absolutely loves going in. The girls are so friendly and make both him and myself feel welcome and he has learnt so much whilst attending the past year. I would recommend this nursery to anyone considering it as it has been the perfect childcare/preschool for my son and I felt comfortable leaving him there for his very first day. My son often talks highly about all the members of staff at the nursery and nothing is too much trouble for them at all. I am expecting another boy and have already put his down for next year to ensure he has a place here too!

Very welcoming and everyone knows everyone, they are very polite and kind. My son started properly in January and all the staff in the baby room have made him feel so comfortable and at ease with all the members of staff.

My little girl loves going to nursery and my little boy, who is now at school did too. When your child runs down the path to get there quicker it gives you confidence that they enjoy being there. The management and staff have become more like friends and I feel that they genuinely love my little ones.

Our daughters have such a wonderful time with you at Footprints. Our daughters are always (every single day) excited to go to your nursery and are clearly thriving. The curriculum and activities that you provide are clearly enjoyed very much and provide plenty of diversity. Perhaps, most of all, the way the Footprints staff are talked about at home and clearly loved very much is the greatest reassurance that we as parents can have that our children receive the best possible care. This nursery has great staff and lovely environment - my kids couldn't be happier there. Staff are patient, kind, forgiving and very friendly.

I am very happy with our choice of nursery. My son has only been there a few weeks but is settling well thanks to the friendly staff. The people that work there all make a real effort to be welcoming and to treat each child as an individual. My son is not used to a nursery environment - staff have made sure to greet him when he arrives and to find toys/activities they know he likes which engage him straight away. This helps him to settle into the session easily and means he is happy to be left there. Lovely setting with lots of outdoor spaces for the children to use. Great food- my son eats loads of it and always talks about it when he comes home!

Can't speak highly enough of the nursery. They did wonders with my first child and are already showing similar signs with our second. What a great start they have given my children, teaching them lessons and giving them experiences they can take with them through their early years in education.

I cannot praise Footprints enough. From the very first introductory meeting to the administration of our session requirements and the ongoing day to day interactions with the staff (who are all sensitive to our particular circumstances). We couldn't be happier with how everything has worked out.

Footprints in Bollington is brilliant. The staff quickly form a good bond with the children making the little ones feel safe and secure while reassuring parents. They do a great variety of activities and spend lots of time in their excellent outdoor space. My son loves it.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 11 months old (he is now 3 years old) and I have been extremely happy with our choice throughout all the classes he has been in. All the staff have been fantastic, knowing all their children and creating a wonderful, friendly and nurturing environment. This includes the kitchen staff and cleaners, who my son knows too. All the meals are cooked fresh every day. I love that they ensure the children are outside every day too and right from babies, they went on regular walks, visiting the library, shops, play park or fields with animals in. He comes home every night telling me all the things that he has done and learnt, (recently all about China and the Chinese New Year). As well as a great learning environment the location is lovely too, with the trees behind, school playing field in front (that they can use) a fire-station in front (every toddler loves a fire-engine), and a nicely laid out modern building.

I currently have three grandchildren at Footprints, the fourth now being at school. There is always a warm welcome from all staff to visitors and children and rapid recognition of each child and their various carers - there are six possibles in our case! The initial reluctance of one grandchild to be left was rapidly overcome with patience and attention from the staff and all three now actively look forward to going to nursery.

My daughter who is now at school always talks about Footprints, she would love to go back She takes every opportunity to go back and say hello to her friends, the staff! My Son has been a more challenging customer as he has more difficulty settling into the nursery routine but the staff have been absolutely incredible with him and in putting my mind at rest that he is happy as soon as I leave. One thing I love at Footprints is that everyone says hello, even the staff from other rooms always have a smile for everyone. The variety of play and learning is vast at Footprints. My son comes home with a list of new things he has accomplished every time he is there but more importantly than that all the staff in his room have little stories about his day and the funny things he has gurgled or done - this shows me that they really are genuinely spending time with him and getting to know him. I know he has friends all day in nursery and that's what makes Footprints outstanding in my book.

Excellent nursery with fantastic, caring and dedicated staff amongst a great environment. It is hard leaving my son when at work but knowing how well he is cared for makes it so much easier. I had no hesitation in my youngest son going to Footprints Bollington after the experience we had will my eldest son. Highly recommended.

Our child has been made to feel like part of an extended family. He loves attending and seeing his friends and staff members. Staff are welcoming and caring to all and greet him by name when they see him.

I particularly like the nurseries attitude to being outside whenever possible and allowing the children to get mucky!

As a loving mother I wanted a safe, educational and fun experience for my son's early years and with Footprints Bollington I certainly get this. My son skips into nursery with a huge smile on his face and talks highly of staff and children. What more could I ask for?
