Footprints Day Nursery Bollington

Our daughter absolutely loves Footprints. All of the staff are amazing, friendly and embrace the childrens' own individual personalities, unique strengths and skills. Footprints are flexible - they ask you about nap times, milk types and how they prefer to be fed. Nothing is too much to ask. The baby's/child's needs always come above convenience. Footprints give us daily written reports, regular photo and video updates and parents' evenings to let us know how she is doing. The activities for the kids are always well-organised, educational, stimulating and engaging. They teach children about nature in a safe environment and I don't think there has been a day when she hasn't played outside. The nursery organises events such as the Jubilee BBQ and the Christmas fayre, which are so nice. Footprints teach the children about culture and diversity from a young age. Our daughter has dietary requirements and the nursery has provided her, healthy and varied meals. So glad we chose you!

The food provided is good, very varied and gives the children the opportunity to try new things. They all sit together to eat and are helped to develop table manners and sharing.

I would not hesitate in recommending Footprints to other parents. Our little boy was not used to being left in the company of others before starting at nursery and was initially quite shy and hesitant. However, with the nurturing approach of all of the staff at the nursery he quickly became very attached to his carers and became extremely comfortable and confident.

My training is in Childcare and I was set on a nursery for my child, however, whilst pregnant we visited a selection of nurseries to provide my partner with an understanding of what is available for our son and what nurseries can offer, we both fell immediately in love with Footprints Bollington, the manager delivered an excellent 'show around' and the members of staff in each room were warm, loving, knowledgeable and all the children looked extremely happy. I particularly love the amount of time the children spend outside, even the babies, my son loves the 'big red fun bus' (a large pram) which seats 6 babies who are safely secured and kept cosy in the cold or covered from the sun on hotter days. I provide 'at home' photos through the 'my learning book' app and these are quickly linked to the EYFS and included in his learning journey. I am safe in the knowledge that he is well cared for whilst I am work, he's learning and having fun!

From the moment you walk into Footprints, everyone makes you feel welcome and part of the Footprints family. Our daughter enjoys going and has settled well. She is always learning and has become a confident individual.

I would not hesitate to recommend and indeed we have.

Footprints is a friendly, happy and loving environment for our son. Everything from the setting, to the activities carried out, to the caring and inviting manner of the staff, makes it feel more like an extension of our family than a nursery. We were picky about which nursery we wanted our son to go to, as we wanted to feel confident and reassured that he was having a good time and would feel secure, stimulated and happy. Footprints has excelled at this. It is clear that each child is treated as an individual and the staff know their different personalities and needs very well. Our boy goes into nursery with a smile on his face and gives hugs and kisses as he leaves at the end of the day. He seems as happy as we are with Footprints and we would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent! Thank you Footprints!

My grandson loves Footprints! He always comes away with a smile on his face. The staff are very supportive and encourage parents, grandparents and other family members to stay and plays as often as possible - which we love! It really is a home from home.

The nursery and staff are really welcoming and friendly. My little boy loves his days at nursery, he does so many fantastic activities, eats everything they give him and is wonderfully looked after, couldn't ask for more!

My son settled in straight away and the staff are great. They are always happy to spend a bit of time in the morning chatting with you and making sure they change their routine around the children.

They also use LearningBook, which allows me to see what he has been up to during his day at nursery.

It's good value for money and nice to have a nursery that children look forward to attending, not just a necessity while parents work.

After being very nervous about my son starting nursery, the team made me feel much better as I could see how well they cared for the children. Everyone is very friendly and kind and always shave time to talk to parents. They seem very up to date with training and knowledge about childcare. I have recommended Footprints to many people and will continue to do so. I don't worry about him (as much as I could do!) in the day, which is great.

Our little boy went to pre-school at Footprints Day Nursery (Bollington) until he started school this year. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.

So when our little girl (aged 1 at the time) started in the baby room in July this year, we were hopeful and pretty confident it would be just as good, and it really has been.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff at Footprints Day Nursery (Bollington), everyone from the manager to the newest members of the team is so welcoming, so committed and there is a real family atmosphere. Staff appear happy and confident and take an active interest in all the children, not just those under their own direct care.

Our daughter is visibly happy to arrive each morning and excited to see her keyworker and everyone else she recognises. It makes us so happy to know she's genuinely cared for and enjoying her days.

I would recommend Footprints very highly. The staff are really caring and have a passion for children. The manager is always available and if you do need to raise any issue, it is always dealt with professionally and acted on immediately.

Our three children have attended since September. Cannot fault Footprints Nursery and the children love to attend. Staff are very professional, friendly and caring and show a genuine interest in the children's well-being. 10/10.

My eldest is now in Pre-school which she adores, she feels so grown up! She is always telling us about the girls in her room, all her friends and what they've been up to. I think nursery has been an essential part of their development, we can see how much they've come on and love hearing about what they've learnt each week, especially when our eldest speaks Spanish to us! They have fun, are happy and we know safety is a top priority for the staff too so what more could a parent want!
