I started my daughter here back in September 2022. It was a late minute switch from the childminder's she was at due to needing longer hours and since changing her the nursery has been amazing! The staff couldn't be nicer more understanding and reliable. My daughter has come on so much and they have helped me in so many ways I cannot complain. She never has a quiet day and is always so busy. I am kept up to date with all information needed from them. Highly Recommend to anyone.

Teachers are absolutely professional, my child enjoys going to the nursery every day. She has a balanced diet with activities every day. She learns how to express herself and tells me back what she has done. I am very pleased with the service at Kids Planet.

Really happy with Kids Planet Sale. The staff are what makes the nursery. They have ensured our daughter has flourished and really come out of her shell. They provide informed updates using the app and give detailed handovers at the end of the day. They helped us throughout our daughter's potty training and ensured that she felt confident. They always provide support and go above and beyond to ensure the nursery runs as smoothly as possible. We are very happy with the entire service.

Brilliant nursery which provides a wonderful learning environment. Great resources are available and thoughtful activities are planned each day to develop skills and have fun. Really friendly staff who have built a lovely rapport with our little boy, he loves it!

Kids Planet is a brilliant nursery! The staff and management are excellent and really committed to the children's learning and development. My daughter has been there since 9 months and has now left for school a very able and confident little girl. My second is starting next week. There have been no issues and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Preschool swimming lessons once a week, which saves a job for mummy and daddy, will hopefully start up again after a break over covid.

My son had his settling in session here in December. Although I had already paid the registration fee I received no further information from staff. I had to arrange the settling in sessions myself and received no reply from the manager in emails so had to chase them via telephone. When I arrived the manager told me she didn’t normally work at that nursery which didn’t fill me with confidence. Also, the staff in the baby room weren’t aware that my son was even having a settling in session so again it felt unorganised. There were 10+ children in the room but most were walking so I felt my non-mobile 8-month-old son seemed a bit lost in a room with that many children. I didn’t feel some of the staff were particularly engaging with the children. In the end, I moved my son to an alternative nursery where there were only 6 babies in the room and the staff were generally much more nurturing and engaging.

Really great staff and facilities. My child is happy and engaged going to the nursery and has made some good friends with the other children and staff. He’s always excited telling us about all the activities he’s done and the food he’s enjoyed.

The staff at nursery are fantastic. Very patient with the children and always happy to share with us how the day has gone and what the children have been doing each day. The activities are great and varied and our daughter really enjoys her days there.

My daughter has been attending since she turned 3 in Aug 2019 and has absolutely loved her time there. The team are so friendly and helpful and helped her settle in so quickly. She has grown and the team have helped develop her ready for school.

I am very happy with this nursery. My son has been attending since he turned 10 months old. They keep you updated on the day, they will inform you of any concerns and help find a solution to aid the concerns they may have. It is a happy place and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and open to answer any questions you may have, big or small. The staff are also very understanding and flexible. Great nursery and would definitely recommend!

Great nursery and friendly staff. Our son has settled quickly, and he now loves his days - filled with activities. He’s really bonded with the staff in the baby room and is always happy when we come to pick him up.

First of June my second child born 2 weeks earlier so really struggling with first one’s childcare. Kids Planet Sale helped us with keeping her without booking and any time we asked them they were flexible. It was very stressful first days after lockdown but they made it easy for us. The nursery did everything they could to help our two children settle in and build positive relationships with the staff. We are kept up-to-date on our children and they are always kept busy in engaging activities that challenge them.

After reviewing 6 day nurseries in my local area back in June last year I was feeling dissatisfied and disheartened that I was going to find a great childcare provider for my newborn baby who was going to attend from 6 months of age. Kids Planet in Sale was the last on my list to visit. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed by a fantastic team of individuals who took pride in their nursery. The children that attended looked really happy and comfortable and busy with varied activities and it was clear to me that the staff were fully engaged with children. The visit was so positive, that I knew I had found the right setting for my little one. My child has been in nursery for almost a year, she loves going the staff are brilliant and she is developing so well. The nursery is fantastic at communicating to parents in person, by email and via the app. I feel like my child has another family when I’m at work which is the best gift a parent can hope for. A fantastic nursery with great staff. Caring and kind, really get to know your child. I love the app which gives updates on what your child has been doing. They give helpful tips on how to progress learning and key stages of development.

I’ve had two children attend this nursery and they’ve both been really happy here. There are some absolutely outstanding staff, good facilities and the team are responsive.
