Welcome to Buttercups Teddington. This, their newest nursery is conveniently positioned on Teddington High Street and provides a cosy, home-from-home environment. It incorporates Wizard House, the new home for preschoolers, a fabulous self-contained Montessori hall, on the same site.

Buttercups Teddington has a Buttercups-themed Soft Play Room for the children to build their motor skills in a fun and safe environment. The Dance Studio is a fabulous space to get moving, with music and multi-coloured lighting whilst the Art Room is filled with materials to encourage creativity. There is also a large garden packed with toys and natural resources to explore.

In Wizard house, an authentic Montessori education is provided for preschoolers, that nurtures natural curiosity, independence, and love for learning. This dedicated Montessori hall has been specifically designed to meet the needs of their young wizards, with everything at their height, separate areas for different activities and flooded with natural light.

Qualified Montessori Teachers use focused Montessori sessions enabling children to be independent, confident and curious learners.

As with all Buttercups nurseries, the team encourage children to learn through play. This allows them to be led by their natural curiosity, promoting development, confidence and independence. The team adopt a variety of teaching approaches including Montessori and HighScope and they incorporate as much time as possible to engage with nature and the great outdoors.

Buttercups develop the skills and qualifications of the team through extensive in-house training programmes and external courses, allowing them to be the best they can be for all children.

The team at Buttercups, Teddington, have been like an extension of our family! They consistently go above and beyond to not only teach and nurture our two children at the nursery, but to make parents feel confident, in the loop and listened to. Introducing our 12-month-old to the nursery was the most
positive part of my return to work after maternity leave. She was so happy, felt secure and loved and has developed so much, that we have had complete confidence dropping her off each day. The management and staff have been very flexible, accommodating and welcoming too. We can't thank or praise them highly enough.

My son thrives at this nursery. It's just perfect. The staff all know him so well and understand his needs. He gets all the comfort he needs to build his confidence and try new things. He has been at the nursery since he was a baby and has just moved into the pre-school room. The transition has been
well handled, and my son was ready for it; they really know what they are doing.

Very happy with Buttercups at Teddington. The only x2 pieces of feedback I have are 1. For the sports time once per week surprised by the additional cost we have to pay. Surely this should already be included in the price. 2. Really enjoyed the Mother's Day event that was hosted for mothers and toddlers.
Now that lockdown has lifted please can we have more events planned like this so parents of children can meet.

My children moved to Buttercups in September, they both instantly felt happy and settled in the care and comfort of the team. My boys are happy going to nursery and always have so many learning opportunities for them to learn, explore and discover. They love all the outdoor facilties. Forest school
is so much fun for them! The menu is well nutritionally balanced, they eat it all!

We chose Buttercups at Teddington for our daughter as first-time parents who were perhaps a little apprehensive about sending her off to nursery full-time at a young age, with the additional worry of Covid-19. One of the things we love is the small size, the other nurseries we viewed seemed overwhelming
but Buttercups at Teddington feels more intimate, friendly and safe, especially important in the baby room. Although the staff members have changed a little during our time with the nursery, we've always felt able to communicate with the room leader and nursery manager about our daughter's needs and get good daily feedback in return. The daily newsletters provide a good overview of activities but the real treat is the Friday emails with photos of what the children have been up to that week. The activities seem well-matched to the children's age, abilities and our impression is that each child gets personal attention and is well-cared for. It's a great environment and our daughter is very happy there.

Our daughter has loves Buttercups at Teddington. Having known the manager and the team there for almost two years, I would and in fact have recommended Buttercups at Teddington to families in the area, looking for a small but ambitious nursery with a warm atmosphere. The days are structured well and
the team work hard to balance structured activities with extra cuddles if needed, which helped my daughter settle in very quickly. In our experience, the team work incredibly hard to make every day exciting and unique. In the preschool room this means a different theme for their learning and play every week, such as animals, space or plants. My daughter loves this approach as the children are encouraged to ask questions and focus their learning in the direction they find most exciting. Our daughter has a great bond with her key worker, who is warm, smart and good fun. She is very encouraging and is helping our daughter become more resilient and independent.

The staff and the management team have been very lovely with my little one. All the activities are well designed for their age. They listen to our questions and accept suggestions regarding the baby routine.
The newsletter is really great with pictures of the babies during the week and always bring
activities/recipes to try at home. Overall Buttercups at Teddington is a really amazing nursery.

Buttercups at Teddington is a wonderful nursery/preschool. The staff are warm caring and professional. We always feel welcomed and safe. Returning to school after the lockdown was always going to be nerve testing but within a couple of days, we felt completely safe and reassured. They are doing their
utmost to keep everyone safe, and making sure the children are happy in this new environment we find ourselves in. Our son has learnt so much and he is always excited to go to school. He loves it so much. We are very grateful to everyone at Buttercups for taking such good care of him and for their effort and dedication in these extraordinary times. We couldn't recommend it enough.

As new parents, it was important for us to have a gradual setting in process at Buttercups, that helped our little one get used to the place and his primary carer. We were at no point rushed in the process and felt genuine empathy and friendliness. We also like receiving daily updates which are very

My child loves her time at Buttercups at Teddington. The structure and activities are great and certainly, she has developed from this during her time at Buttercups. All staff are lovely and very warm, my child already looks forward to going in the morning. Staff work hard at creating an environment
