I love that I can see what my child is doing each day and the live observations that are done with my child.

Hi, I’m Olivia, and I’m delighted to be part of the KP team at Woodside, having joined us in July this year.
As a proud mum of two, I understand first-hand how important it is to choose the right nursery for your child. Leaving your little one in someone else’s care is a big decision, and as a parent myself, I know how important it is to feel completely confident that your child is safe, happy, loved and well cared for.
I have worked in childcare management since 2021 and have a real passion for providing the highest quality care and creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child can feel secure, confident and encouraged to learn and grow.
I take my role very seriously and believe that every child deserves to be treated as an individual, with patience, kindness and respect. I always aim to give children the same level of care and attention that I would want for my own children.
For me, working in early years is about much more than simply providing childcare. It’s about building trusting relationships with children and their families, supporting each child’s individual development and giving parents the reassurance that their little one is in safe and caring hands.
Choosing a nursery is a huge step for any family, and I want parents to feel welcomed, listened to and confident from the very first visit. I’m incredibly proud to be part of Woodside and look forward to welcoming new families and helping make the start of their nursery journey a happy and positive one.
