Montessori by Busy Bees Fortune Green nursery is situated in leafy West Hampstead, right next to Fortune Green park. The nursery offers multiple spacious rooms, each dedicated to a specific age group, which will allow the children to develop at their own pace around others at a similar stage so that they can flourish & make friends throughout their stay at nursery.

Food is freshly prepared on site with NHS accredited menu and the fully equipped kitchen scored 5* from government's hygiene rating (November 2022). The nursery also provides extra curricular classes to support children's development such as Sport, Yoga, Music & Spanish (with native speaker teacher) classes to promote learning with a holistic yet fun approach.

The bright and airy rooms provide endless opportunities for children to explore activities they enjoy most based on their interest, which is blended with a Montessori approach. The nursery is well equipped with a variety of educational toys, role play equipment and activity corners to keep them engaged. Wonderful, caring nursery. Hygienic, creative, safe space. My children absolutely love it here. A lot of attention to detail. Wonderful outdoor space, activities, friendly staff and really wonderful teachers and carers. My children LOVE the staff. The best.

My son absolutely loved attending Busy Bees. The staff were truly wonderful with him - nurturing, kind, caring and fun. In the year he attended, he developed lots of new skills, and they supported him becoming more independent.

We absolutely love Montessori by Busy Bees at Fortune Green!
My son has been attending full time for the last 3-years (since aged 10-months) and has progressed from the baby room to the toddler room and currently attends the preschool. The staff are outstanding - nurturing, caring and professional.
The staff have been consistent over the 3-years, and my son is currently in a lovely educational environment where he is learning lots and is also developing lovely relationships with his peers. Last month our little girl started in the baby room (recently renovated!) and we were delighted that she had also had a seamless start - the staff have been so supportive and sensitive during this time of transition. There is plenty of variation in the meals provided to each of the age groups. Even though there is no outdoor space at the nursery, the children get lots of outdoor exercises, every day they make two trips to the adjacent park. I would recommend this excellent nursery to any parent.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at the nursery for having taken care of my daughter over the past 2 years. She always had a great time, was always happy to go to the nursery in the morning and was cared for so well by her key people. She really developed into an open, happy child
over the time she has been in the nursery. I also wanted to thank the nursery for being so accomodating and supportive to us when we were needed flexibility in our childcare.

This nursery was the best experience I could hope for my child. Besides having been recently renovated and being close to a public park with a safe area where children can play and explore nature, Busy Bees provided excellent personal care to my daughter. The best asset of this nursery is definitely
its staff: caring, engaging and willing to effectively adapt to the needs of the children they care for. When my daughter broke her leg the staff was able to provide one on one care so she could still go to the nursery.

This is a fantastic nursery with very caring teachers and staff. My son who is 3 years old, enjoys every minute he spends with his teachers. As a parent, I feel confident that my son is learning and happy when I drop him off in the mornings. The children get speciality teachers like the music man who
teaches them songs and nursery rhymes. The Fortune Green park nearby is excellent for daily walks and sports time. All the teachers and staff personally know every child and family that attends this nursery. We love it here!

My son really enjoys going to the nursery. The staff is great and none of my son's key workers left the nursery since he joined 2 years ago, which is a great sign. The staff is very nice, warm and playful with children. For us the quality of staff was the key reason to stay with the nursery.

Very qualified and competent staff, making our child feel at ease with them and with other children. The staff really care about the children and form close relationships with them, understanding their likes/dislikes. Many of the staff have been there a long time and are very experienced, this is something that appealed to me greatly. As both my wife and I work full-time we needed to feel happy and
confident that our daughters were being well looked after and have always been happy to go to nursery, having fun with their friends and enjoying a wide variety of activities.
Also thanks to the Manager for all her flexibility and support.

My older son (now 3) has been at the nursery for almost two years and my baby (8 months) also recently started. We have been consistently impressed by the warm and loving staff there and the small and personal nature of the nursery. The management and staff are well organised and plan interesting and
educational activities for the children every day. Also, with two active boys, it is important to me that the children are outside every day, and the nursery takes them to the park next door once or twice a day, weather permitting.
They have been extremely good with helping prepare my older son for having a sibling and also very good with settling the baby into nursery life.
I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone considering childcare options in the West Hampstead area.

My daughter has been going to Fortune Green from 4 months. Full time from 6 months. She is 1 in April 2018.
Honestly, she flaps in excitement when we take her into nursery and flaps when we collect her. I can’t cook so I’m grateful that she gets fed very well and a variety by their in-house chef.
She loves her veg and fruit! Her monthly development milestones are mainly thanks to the staff from clapping hands to a song, peek-a-boo, making gestures, crawling, putting objects into a container etc...the list just goes on.
You see, I’m surprised every day. She is good, smart, enjoys routine, so happy at home and outside, active, loves being independent and shows kindness. I try my best to follow their methods at home with their advice, reading her daily log and weekly updates from her personal page on their website and of course from following her. Not only my daughter is learning new things, I am too. 40 hours of her life per week is at Fortune Green and I’m the one who is grateful to the nursery.

My son started in this nursery when he was 5 months old and he is now 2 years. He is our first child so it was not easy to find the right place when I decided to go back to work.
We are very happy with Mace Montessori nursery and they exceeded our expectations.
The staff is very attentive and careful
(this is what you look when you leave your baby of 5 months!) and we adhere also to the Montessori approach which gives the freedom to the child and let him grow at his own rhythm.
There are also a lot of activities that help to develop them. And a secured website where you can see all that they are doing during the day with nice pictures.

My daughter started nursery in May 2017 when was only 10 months old. She's now been moved to the Toddler's room and continues to be very happy and the stimulation and freedom to explore has really contributed to her development I think.
Staff are multicultural, friendly and warm which is the most
important to me. My daughter loved her when she was in the baby room. Management is hands-on and very responsive.

I recommend this nursery to all parents. It is a fantastic setting where all your child's needs will be met. All the staff are fully qualified as well as having different qualifications in place. There is a chef who caters for all the children on site and caters for all children who have dietary requirements.
