Montessori by Busy Bees Fortune Green

Our daughter has attended the Fortune Green Nursery twice per week for the past ten months. We have been delighted with the experience thanks to the kindness, care and attention from all of the staff. Our daughter is happy and secure at the nursery. She is a pre-schooler and whilst she is now ready for school, we know she will miss Busy Bees.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for 5 months, since she turned one. She is currently in the baby room and has settled in well. The staff are great and create a warm, friendly and welcoming environment for the kids. We chose this nursery based on the fact that it's Montessori but also because it's on the smaller side, making everything more personal and approachable. The lack of outdoor space is also not an issue since they use the (gated) park nearby, which everyone seems to really enjoy. Would highly recommend.

The team are so caring & couldn't ask for more in terms of how they nurture and look after our son. From settling in our son, he's been very happy & we really trust all the team to do the best for him. Our son has developed a lot in his time at Busy Bees, and he enjoys all the activities and sun he has there. The activities are well thought out for aiding development and are tailored to the interests of each child. The food is excellent and there is a lot of variety. The app is kept well updated and we really love seeing the photos. The nursery team are all very kind and makes it a homely atmosphere, which contributes to our son's happiness in his time there. We are very happy with Montessori by Busy Bees Fortune Green. The staff are very warm and professional, our child is well looked after. They have clear procedures that in case of an accident, as much as a fall from a stool, they would let us know, they would encourage children to correct their behaviour and apologise if they get physical with each other. They don't have a garden but they make up for it by taking the children out to Fortune Green Park, daily, where they play free or structured play, they observe the nature and learn. The nursery brings in extra teachers such as PE, Music, Yoga teacher and our child loves them too. The food is healthy and tasty, our child eats well every time. The staff uses an app to upload pictures and capture daily highlights, as well as document meals, this helps a lot as informational, also nice to see what my child is doing during the day. Our child is encouraged to develop life skills and emotional regulation which are very important to us.

This is a great nursery. My son started when he was 11 months old (now 19 months) and he’s very happy here. The staff are wonderful and caring and keep the children entertained with lots of different activities, including daily trips (weather permitting) to nearby Fortune Green, French, Spanish, sports and singing. I have plenty of feedback as to my son’s day via the app and on collection. The menu offered is nicely varied. So very much recommended!

Due to moving house, we sadly had to cut short my son's final term at Montessori by Busy Bees Fortune Green but we have had a wonderful experience over the past 4-5 years here. This is the second of my children to pass through the toddler- preschool room. Both of them have left well prepared for reception. I particularly like the way they foster independence in the children; encouraging them to pour their own water, cut up fruit or serve themselves. Equally the range of daily activities is stimulating and enriching. They offer great additional activities like music with the signing teacher. Although the nursery does not have an attached outdoor area, they attend the park every day- which is a 2 minute walk away. Staff, across all the rooms, are approachable, friendly and know the children well. Additional activities are held frequently for parents to attend such as reading to the children or Mother's Day breakfast. All in all a lovely nursery that has given my children a great start in life.

Busy Bees Fortune Green has been wonderfully welcoming to our son from the start. The energetic staff organise great activities and encourage the children's growth in many ways. He also likes the guest visits to teach the children languages, music and skills. The food is outstanding! Very friendly and engaging environment for children.

I’m incredibly impressed and happy with Busy Bees and my daughter absolutely loves it. The staff are wonderful and the activities and trips they arrange are brilliant my daughter has come on in leaps and bounds! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My daughter is very shy in nature and very attached to me. I was extremely anxious with her starting nursery and how she would adjust, but I can honestly say her transition has been nothing short of a miracle. From day one, she loved the nursery and adjusted well within the first week. The staff were excellent in supporting her, from her keyworker to the centre manager. And also managed my anxiety very well as a mum by giving regular updates via the app. I cannot fault the nursery in any way and would highly recommend it to others. My daughter comes home happy every day.

My son has been at Montessori by Busy Bees Fortune Green since the summer of 2022 and I could not be happier with the care, nurturing as well as educational support he has received. The team have been so lovely in helping him settle in and making sure he thrived. I could not be happier.

My son has been at Montessori by Busy Bees Fortune Green since May 2021 and I could not be happier with the care, nurturing as well as educational support he has received. From his very first day when I was encouraged to bring him in when I was worried his speech was delayed, as well as all through when the team has been so supportive in working with me to make sure his developmental and educational needs have been supported. He comes first at Busy Bees and his well-being is always first and foremost on the mind of the staff at the Fortune Green Nursery and no detail is too small. It has been a wonderful experience all round. It's a wonderful place for kids to start their pre school journey and parents can really drop off the kids and know that while they are there the kids are excellently cared for.

The centre director is also fantastic and she has made such an impact since she joined.

My daughter loves going to daycare! Her experience has been the most positive from day one. She gets to do a wide range of activities on a daily basis, interacts with other children, and loves everyone in the baby room!

I could not have chosen a better nursery for my son to attend. The staff are amazing, patient and caring. I was very happy with the settling-in process. The staff were very understanding. My child is very happy there. The activities that they do are so much fun. He loves exploring and getting messy. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

We have sent both our boys to Montessori by Busy Bees at Fortune Green and are so happy with our decision. We have strict dietary requirements that are so well met. We also love all the activities that are provided as well as the love and care that is so evident in all the carers. We've seen our boys grow and thrive in the nursery and would highly recommend it to any family.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees Fortune Green as a very happy place to send your child. My daughter has been there for a year (starting at the age of 11 months) and my second daughter will be starting later this year. The staff are all so kind and caring - my daughter adores them and goes into the nursery happily every morning. She has also developed in leaps and bounds and learns something new every day. The communication with the parents is great. 5 Stars.

I would like to give 5 stars to Busy Bees. My daughter attended this nursery since she was 13 months old. She started with the Practitioner who always impressed me with her way of approaching the babies and the older kids. She was like a second mom to my daughter and I am always grateful to both her and the other Assistant Practitioners. Amazing staff, I trusted them with my daughter 100%. We have fond memories of this nursery and I always recommend it to other parents. Busy Bees for me because they keep good staff and they are doing an amazing job with our little ones. Forever grateful.

Worst nursery in West Hampstead with a very incompetent management team. They have forgotten a child in the park (thankfully he was not harmed) and my kid came back home on multiple occasions with injuries that the staff could not explain. They also have been extremely bad at handling the COVID crisis, charging people for undue amounts, and sending solicitors instead of communicating with parents on outstanding fees that were not clear at all. Do not even consider going there.

Although we don't have relatives in the area, we always felt as part of this big family!
