Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery High Wycombe

I cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle highly enough! My daughter started on 14th August and she is absolutely loving it from day one. The app is brilliant - it keeps me fully updated with everything: what she's eaten, when her nappy was changed, and how she's getting on throughout the day. Being at work, it means the world to me to be able to check in and see exactly how she's doing at any moment. To be honest, I was really worried at first - she's only 7 months old and it felt such a big step. But seeing her settled, happy and cared for when I go to drop her and collect her completely put my heart at ease. She's happy there - and that means everything to me. If you're looking for a nursery, choose Monkey Puzzle - you won't regret it.

We are kept up to date on child's progress throughout the day and their activities. I love that all staff members seem to know the children's name and not just the ladies in the specific rooms, which gives a lovely family feel.

Nothing but the highest of praise for the whole team. My son clearly enjoys being there and is thriving in his development as a result. They are always friendly and attentive, and clearly explain things at every stage of the process. I'm delighted and it's very clear we made the best choice to send our son to them. I love the regular updates each week so I can see what he has been up to, and if you message in app they respond very quickly.

This nursery has been a true pillar of support for both my daughter and me. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their inclusivity is exceptional you never feel judged or "less than" other parents if you're struggling. They meet every child and every family exactly where they are, with warmth, patience and genuine care. These people have held my hand through every milestone and every challenge my daughter has faced; their guidance has been constant and heartfelt. It feels like a family rather than a nursery, a place where my daughter is celebrated, understood and encouraged every single day. I am deeply grateful for everything they do.

It's clear that the team genuinely cares about the children, and we feel so confident knowing our daughter is in such kind and capable hands. We would highly recommend this nursery to any family.

Wonderful staff and management, my son loves it there. I would definitelly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nursery. It is a safe, warm and loving place where your child can learn and grow everyday!

She has built special relationships with the team and even though reluctant to sometimes get out the house once there has the most amazing time we can see.

My son has settled in very well with the help of the lovely staff. I can tell that the team at monkey puzzle are very passionate about what they do. Each week they come up with new and creative ways to entertain the children. Since being at monkey puzzle, my little boy's confidence has grown when it comes to making friends and interacting with other children which is so nice to see. Monkey puzzle has been great from my little one's social and physical developments.

My son started nursery at Monkey Puzzle 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be more happier, they were very welcoming and took him in with open arms, I was worried as I was transferring him from a different nursery but my son was comfortable from the first day, he's even started eating vegetables and he hates them which says a lot haha, but overall amazing nursery and people. Would recommend to anyone looking for one.

My 11-month-old daughter recently started in the Baby Room and has been settling in well. She's been trying new foods and textures and loves it. Its lovely to see how the team focus on her individual needs and gross motor skills, especially being the youngest in the class where she gets lots of nurturing cuddles. She has been sleeping really well in nursery, and I appreciate the app updates on her care. The team have been warm, caring, and supportive, making the transition so much easier for both of us.

My daughter has a great time at nursery! She loves all the staff and feels safe with them. They do a variety of activities and spend a lot of time outdoors when the sun is out. She loves the day trips to the soft play and her sleep has improved greatly at nursery. I am really happy she has settled in so quickly and that is all down to the staff.

The staff are so totally focused on the health, development and wellbeing of the children but their call of duty extends to parents too which shows we made the right choice in choosing Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe!

My daughter started in the Baby Room last year June and has thrived immensely whilst attending this nursery. She's now in the Toddler Room and the staff have been very supportive in measuring and progressing her development according to her individual personality and needs. They have a number of events over the year for the children and close family to participate in. They also regularly engage and educate parents via the app. I couldn't recommend this setting more.

Everyone is really friendly, always free to help you and to answer your questions about your little one no matter how many times you've texted :) They're also really attentive with allergies and intolerances.

An absolutely wonderful nursery, the staff are so friendly and helpful. My children have come on leaps and bounds since attending. Nothing is too much for the staff, the trips, learning experiences and activities are incredible and my children are always well fed and looked after. Could not recommend enough!

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle for two years now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions we've made. He is thriving in every way, surrounded by the most nurturing, friendly, and supportive environment. I love that he knows every single staff member by name, along with his friends - it really shows how comfortable and confident he feels there. He walks into nursery every morning with excitement and absolutely no fuss, which speaks volumes. The fresh, healthy meals they provide are amazing too - he's usually full and content by the time he gets home! The learning-through-play approach has helped him develop so many new skills, and I truly appreciate the educational support he receives every day. What makes Monkey Puzzle even more special is how much they support families. No matter what you're going through, the team's communication, empathy, and compassion are outstanding. It feels like a real family community.

Excellent nursery! All the staff are really kind and helpful. My child is very happy after coming to nursery. Their food quality is excellent. My child learned lots of things from here. It is the best nursery I've ever seen.

Monkey puzzle has been amazing for our 11 month old. The caregivers are gentle, attentive to every detail and have been very patient with our son. Our child comes home happy and playful which has made us feel completely at ease. Our child gets to explore through many music time, sensory play and outdoor activities. Its amazing to see how much he enjoys and learn through play. I love the daily and weekly updates on the app. Huge shoutout to the babies room staff and i would highly recommend Monkey puzzle to any family looking for quality care.

For our oldest his wide ranging vocabulary is so impressive and thanks to the tasks the staff do with him. Thanks so much to all of you.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle High Wycombe for nearly a year and I couldn't be more pleased with his experience there. I love the weekly updates of what they get up to as well as specific updates about him from his key worker. I have loved attending the stay and play sessions that are run periodically throughout the year for special events (e.g. Mother's Day). I also appreciate the proactiveness from the management to seek feedback and new things to implement. I look forward to seeing the continued growth my son will experience as the years go by!
