The enthusiastic staff team remained with the nursery and continue to provide quality care in a safe, homely, loving environment. The busy, friendly nursery is safely tucked away from the busy traffic of the Newtownards Road.

Amazingly supportive team with our son going through the terrible twos! Highly recommend! The team are outstanding, compassionate and caring and helped support our child and our family with our individual needs.
The online portal would be great as an app for access instead of a website.
Parking is limited and sometimes tricky to get a car parked.
At pick up times and drop off it would be great if someone could come out physically and let me know they have seen me.
Hard to answer the questions about facilities etc., with Covid we aren’t able to see inside the nursery although on the online portal the rooms look fantastic.
Staff are friendly, caring and so informative, very helpful and enthusiastic. The nursery has been amazing at accommodating me when I have needed extra hours and days. There is a real family feel to the nursery and I love that! I would highly recommend the nursery and have done so to others!
Both my husband and I are really pleased with our young children attending here, we feel it has a warm, welcome and safe environment. The kids seem to have a lot of fun here and settled in well. We particularly love the app! All the staff are very friendly. Overall excellent daycare.
Clearly Kids is a brilliant nursery and I couldn’t recommend them enough, I have had both of my boys attend this nursery over the last four years and they both have loved their time here, the staff are professional, kind and seem passionate about their jobs. There are plenty of activities to keep the children entertained and learning through play and the staff keep parents up to date regularly through the app, I love seeing photos of the boys happily playing throughout the day.
My kids are very happy there and enjoy all the activities that are provided for them. Very engaging and fun.
Managers are also fantastic.
When I had my down syndrome baby boy, I was referred to this nursery and they offer a place for my 2-year-old daughter and my 6-month-old boy. Being an Asian mummy with a disabled child I am so not familiar with these childcare places, but every member of staff is willing to help and they are all happy, with big smiles every day. They help out a lot in all possible ways, this helps a lot and gives me some time to study. I am truly appreciative and I am so happy I've found them.
This meant that once I was back to work full time I knew he was happy to be left in Bright Sparks as he was so well looked after.
Every day I pick him up he is playing away, professional interacting with staff and other babies.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any friends or family.
We will miss the little man and wish you all the best with your new arrival.

Brilliant day nursery, my son went in on his first day without a problem, no tears or being upset. Went to pick him up a bit early and could see how happy he was playing and interacting with staff and other children!
