Zeeba Daycare Chantrelle is a private day care nursery situated on the ground floor of Chantrelle Court within the Barratt Homes Estate in the London Borough of Lewisham.

The nursery is open full-time from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm caring for children from 3 months to 5 years.

Children access the nursery's secure and spacious garden on a daily basis giving freedom to explore and be physically active.

The forest school area offers children the opportunity to grow vegetables and herbs.

The nursery's on-site chef prepares all the children's meals fresh on the premises each day and the menus are designed in conjunction with a paediatric dietician.

This ensures that all of the children receive the recommended daily allowance of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Our son attends the nursery three days a week, for just over a year. He loves to go there. Staff is professional and developed positive relationships with our children. Constant communication is a plus, as we always know what children in a specific age group worked on in a particular week. Pictures
support weekly letters and can be looked at on Facebook. Developmental reviews have been conducted on a termly basis, which helps to track progress and various milestones. Our son has a particular diet and they catered to the needs of our child. Overall, very happy with the nursery.

My little girl has been to this nursery since she was 9 months old (now 2 years old). She loves going to nursery. The staff are extremely helpful and love interacting with the children and parents. She has learnt a lot and the staff always have new things going on which I believe, really helps my child

I’ve had two kids in this nursery, since 2018, one of them started off in the baby room and now has grown up in the last room which is preschool. Over time I have watched the nursery help her grow and develop. Lately, I am so impressed with the preschool leader and her teaching/nurturing ethos for the
children. The management is approachable and responds to any queries or issues quickly and appropriately. The staff make me feel like my child is important to them and I can see a bond and love between the carers and my child. I feel happy knowing I’m leaving her in safe capable hands where she will have so much fun. There is a range of activities, both play and learning, as well as celebrating different cultures at appropriate times of the year. I will be enrolling my third child here too.

Our little girl has been at Zeeba Chantrelle for the past 2 years and has come on leaps and bounds. She has formed really close relationships with the staff and a close group of peers far exceeding our expectations. She genuinely looks forward to going to Zeeba and is excited when we tell her that's
where she's going. Staff show genuine care and attention to the individual and regularly feedback to parents; including excellent use of the family app to demonstrate activities. Our girl eats (nearly) all the food which is planned meticulously and almost certainly to higher nutritional standards than she gets at home. As she moved into pre-school, we also noticed an increase in the range and planning of activities. The nursery maintains high standards of cleanliness. Zeeba have been thoughtful and responsive to our requests, including changes. They try to avoid sending children home where that can be avoided. Managers and staff are available for conversations at short notice.

Zeeba Daycare is in a fabulous, newly refurbished building with excellent facilities. I remember moving into my estate, just 30 seconds away from Zeeba Daycare over 3 years ago, desperately wanting my girls to go to that nursery. The staff are approachable and treat children as individuals, seeing
the positive changes and excitement in my daughter's attitude and behaviour makes me so happy, knowing that she enjoys going into nursery and she comes home singing and dancing.

Zeeba Chantrelle is like home to my son. He’s been there since 2018. It is a great place to learn and have fun with genuinely caring staff.
The new management also truly care about kids, and staff emotional intelligence, and I was very pleased to see how contemporary themes like black awareness, diversity

We absolutely love Zeeba Nursery! My son joined the baby room 3-months-ago when he was 9-months-old. The baby room is large, very clean, and has a separate dark sleeping area for nap time. They also have access to a large garden in the back. The staff are just so warm and friendly, my son seems to have
built a wonderful relationship with each of them, and often beams with happiness when we arrive at nursery! We get a daily verbal report on all the things he gets up to, and he regularly brings home the most gorgeous pieces of art now proudly displayed on our fridge. We also have access to this brilliant online portal with access to photos and periodic reports on his progress. Zeeba is absolutely brilliant, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the baby room, we feel lucky to have a place there.

Our son has been at Zeeba Chantrelle for the last 1.5 years. In this time, he has truly flourished - his speech and confidence have improved greatly, and he’s really enjoying going to Zeeba. We feel that they really prepare children for reception, and they are exposed to a lot of different learning
tools and experiences. We also like the app updates, especially now that we can’t enter the building because of Covid.

Our little girl has been attending Zeeba since July 2018 and went through all the rooms. She is now in Pre-School. All staff are lovely and seems to really care. I have two children in the nursery, one in the pre-school class, and another at the baby room. The nursery is excellent. There are many activities in the pre-school class - ranging from arts, literacy, forest school and etc. The nursery has its own garden and they do bring the kids out for a walk sometimes.
My daughter will tell me she wants to go to Zeeba on weekends, I guess she must have had great fun during the week. The staff and manager have also been supportive and they do provide daily feedback.

I am so happy with Zeeba Daycare and my daughter absolutely loves it! She gets so excited to go in and see all the staff/key workers - they are all so lovely and I also love the fact they give us parents feedback on how she got on during that day everytime we go to pick her up.

My little Cub has been attending Zeeba since he was 6 months old, he is now 2 years old and thriving. He loves going to nursery and has the biggest smile on his face when we drop him or pick him up. I’ve had amazing care since day one, I strongly feel that your best nursery experience is when you form
strong bonds with the staff and are clear on what’s important to you. I only have love for Zeeba’s, I always recommend them to everyone. They take great effort in keeping the nursery clean and tidy, it’s colourful and inviting and full of educational toys, the garden is a big plus for a London nursery. The chef’s menus are delicious and nutritious and exposed our babe to a world of different flavours from around the globe. I’ve noticed so many more innovative changes in the last year, keep it up ladies, I see your efforts and love for all the kids. We appreciate you, you are family and super valuable to us Expats.

Zeeba Chantrelle is located very conveniently for us as it's only a couple of minutes from where we live.
The opening times are great as well as we can do early drop-offs or late pick-ups if necessary.
The menu is quite varied with fruits and vegetables included on a daily basis, which is very important
for us as well.


I would appreciate more learning activities during the day, like writing and crafts though. Perhaps even some homework - my child is at preschool and I would like them to gradually get ready for school.
Also, I would appreciate more assistance with toilet routine and hygiene.


There is an own garden as well, which means the children go out every day, however, they do go out for a walk once a week as well around the local area, which is nice.


My child has been at Zeeba since the age of 12 months and overall the experience is good and the management is flexible and I am happy I can agree on the routines that work for my child.

Lovely people, professional approach, happy faces. A great facility that promotes learning and emotional development. The staff is friendly and experienced, making sure that you can trust your child is in good hands. Even though my baby girl enjoyed her time at the nursery she was a bit grumpy at home,
I had a reassuring conversation with her key person who provided me with useful tips to keep her entertained at home and made me feel confident about her development and wellbeing. The level of care is of a high standard. When my little one had a stye her key person looked after her eye so tenaciously that the stye went away in two days. My daughter has always a smile when I drop her off every morning and that makes me smile too.
