Kindred Wanstead Nursery and Pre-School

We have sent both our children to this nursery. My eldest went here first and is now in reception at school. Kindred was such a big part in her development and were always informative on what she was doing, if she had a fall and if they had concerns about her. Every time at drop-offs it felt as if I was leaving her with a family member, knowing she was safe and well looked after. Now, my son is here and the level of care is still of the highest standard. I have nothing but the upmost respect and gratitude for each member of staff, of what they do and the level of care they provide. Staff are always kind and considerate, and most important they put the kids safety and well being first. If you send your child to Kindred you won’t have to worry after making that decision.

Kindred Wanstead came recommended by an extremely close friend of the family. Despite being a 20 minute drive I would happily drive a further hour just so my child can continue to attend here. I cannot commend the level of care given to my 8-month-old and the staff all treat him as if he was their own. The staff made my babies settling in period so amazing we had almost no tears. There is no task to big for the teachers who go above and beyond. Weeks later he is so excited to go to nursery and always has a wonderful time. The Famly app has literally been my best friend! Despite being away from my baby I am kept up to date throughout the day regarding his feedings, nappy changes and also his playtime so it doesn’t feel like I’m away from him. My baby is truly happy here and I am so glad we chose Kindred for our son.

Our only issue has ever been some of the inflexibility around policies and procedures - but hey, no one's perfect, there is always room for improvement, and we have been happy with this nursery throughout - your children are in safe and supportive hands if you choose this provision for your children.

We could not be happier with Kindred in Wanstead! The staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. They reassured us so much when our little one was settling in. We love seeing the regularly updated app with notes, timings and photos to see what our little one is up to. We really are so impressed with their ethos, structure, organisation and spirit.

Kindred Wanstead is a caring childcare provider. Both of our children have attended Kindred and the thing we like about the nursery setting is the care that the children receive from the staff. The management team are also very visible, open to discussions, responsive to requests, and know all of the families. The nursery takes time to get to know each child and their families and looks after them with this in mind. Both of our children were happy, safe and formed lovely friendships with other children at the nursery, as the nurturing nature of the nursery emphasises.

Members of staff are amazing, they genuinely seem to love our child and the feeling is mutual. Our child has never resisted going to nursery and has been very happy to return after recent events.

Management are very informative and responsive to any questions or concerns.

They have also been amazing during the Covid virus situation. Information has been clear and they even send us activities and keep communication and interaction open during this time.

The nursery have been amazing. My daughter absolutely loves going and loves all the staff. She has learnt so much from them. Since lockdown she has really missed it, she misses all her friends and constantly talks about missing the staff members. They have been so fair and supportive during the recent events. Each day we have been emailed activities for the children to keep them busy and always learning. I cannot rate them enough. An outstanding nursery.

My three children have all attended this nursery, I currently have a 3-year-old who attends four days per week. I have been using this nursery since 2013. The love and care shown to my children has been so consistent. I couldn't be happier with how my children are cared for. The nursery staff are excellent. There is very little staff turnover, which is a testament to how the nursery is run, it's a particular testament to the manager. She has always been so flexible and understanding and helpful, no matter the issue. The staff are friendly and engage with the parents. They are so kind and loving to the children, they seem genuinely happy to see my son every day. I am very happy with how the nursery managed the coronavirus problem, they have not asked us to pay any fees which I greatly appreciate. Excellent nursery, well run top-quality staff.

Wonderful nursery, my 16-month-old just loves it. She has opened up and become a more outgoing, happy child since she started there. They undertake a broad range of activities plus nice initiatives such as fundraising for charity and celebrating key days in the calendar. Very happy with the service.

We are always surprised by how much our daughter learns at nursery. They really do go above and beyond.

Our eldest was at Kindred for nearly four years, from 7-months-old until he started school and our youngest has been there for nearly two years. The staff have always been caring and passionate and we have always felt our children have been safe, well looked after and nurtured. It is a friendly and welcoming environment and both our children have made very happy memories there.

My son started at the Kindred Nursery in Wanstead this January and he absolutely loves it. This is the first time he been to a nursery and the staff are very knowledgeable on how to make the settling week as comfortable and stress-free as possible for him, but also for us parents. Every day we receive information on what he did that day, and how his day has been. It is nice to see him develop and grow into a curious and confident little man. We are very happy that we chose Kindred nursery and would recommend it to everyone!

It feels like dropping her with a family and we are delighted with our decision to send her here!

Our baby started at Nursery when she was 7.5 months old. She settled in well with the support from the lovely and caring staff. We love the fact that she can play outside every day. Regular updates on the online learning journey provide us with a snapshot of what she is getting up to during the day, the photos and videos of her are particularly nice. Daily we get the care diary to show us what she ate and how she slept etc. We have been kept well informed of her progress at Nursery. The manager and deputy are very helpful when we have any questions and it is very reassuring to see them around during drop off and pick up times.

Our friends and family must be bored of me going on and on about how great this nursery is. It is wonderful. Our daughter started (with only a short time on the waiting list) at eight months old and we've never looked back. The thorough, loving settling period spanned a week, which was key. I can't speak highly enough of the care our little girl has had, the love from everyone (managers, keyworkers, people I don't know the name of even ... but they all know her). When we drop her off she's happy and when we pick her up there's always a friendly face to tell us how the day has gone. Notable maybe ... our daughter was born premature and the nursery has been fab with helping us track her development, with lots of care taken over parent evenings etc. No one is ever too busy to answer a question or find someone who can. We love you Wanstead Kindred, thank you so much.

Both our children have been going to this nursery. Older one for past two and half years, younger for just over a year. Our children love the nursery, the teachers, the activities and their friends. Nursery has proven that we can go to work without worrying about our kids all day long, we know they're happy there, they're playing and eating healthy food and enjoying their time with their friends. The teachers and the management are really caring and love the kids, it feels like a small family and we are very happy with the service nursery provides. It is easy to discuss any issues (if there are any) and we know things will be resolved if we raise them with staff, as they're always open to discussions and ideas for improvement. When our older daughter was starting this nursery we actually viewed several nurseries to choose from and I have to say we've never regretted choosing this one over the others, as it surely proved itself to be the best in the area and most importantly our kids love it.

Our experience with Zeeba NUrsery has been absolutely fantastic. Both our children go there and both can't wait to go every week. The staff are incredible, so professional but all kind, caring and loving. We love the electronic systems that they use so we can find out what they have both been up too and what they've eaten. The children get given a good variety of food. We can't falt Zeeba at all and it puts our minds at ease to know our children are having a good time learning and playing whilst we have to work. I recommend Zeeba Nursery to anybody that will listen.
