My daughter is currently in the pre-school room. Since joining pre-school I have noticed an increase in confidence, better social skills and she has positive relationships with staff members in there.

The nursery is always clean and staff are always very welcoming when taking or collecting my daughter. My daughter is happy at ABC and enjoys attending. Security is excellent and I feel happy that my daughter will be safe when at nursery.

My daughter has attended ABC since 8 months old and is now in pre-school. The staff have always been caring and made my daughter feel happy to go to nursery. I have watched my daughter learn and be encouraged to do so whilst at ABC and her social skills have developed very quickly. If I have had any concerns the staff have worked with us as a family to overcome these. In addition whilst potty training, the staff carried on the system we used at home and so has resulted in my daughter having very few accidents. I am shocked and in disbelief about the Ofsted report and strongly dispute.

For nearly 6 years we have been bringing our two boys to ABC and we have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of the nursery. The facilities, inside and out, are outstanding, purpose built, safe, clean and comfortable for all of the children, married with an environment of care, trust and support from all of the staff, a parent couldn't ask for more. Both of our boys have grown into well balanced, extremely happy children, and our three years old, just like his older brother can't wait to get to pre-school every morning. Social development and the growth in confidence is clear to see, as is the early educational development and the preparation for school proper - we have no doubt that he will settle into his new school when he finally does leave ABC, all through the foundations laid in this well rounded, supporting environment. We'd be surprised if there was a better nursery in Wolverhampton.

My experience of ABC has always been that of a good one. My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old, she is now 4. I have seen her social skills and communication develop the most, as well as being able to demonstrate her ideas. Their standard of care and attention for the children was one of the reasons we chose them. Staff are very polite, helpful and easy to get along with. I can talk about any issues or concerns with my daughter's carer knowing the issues are being revered. I have, however, felt that since she has been in the juniors class, she has not developed as much as I would have liked. I believe that splitting the rooms for ability would enable the children to enhance their learning and not hold them back as they are now.

I am very happy with the care and facilities provided by ABC Nursery, having moved my child from another nursery in the local area as I was unsatisfied with the level and standard of care that was provided. I have seen a drastic improvement in my child's development for the better. The nursery was recommended to me by a family friend whose daughter also attends. I too have made recommendations. A little more pricey than other nurseries in the area but I guess you get what you pay for.

Our daughter settled in extremely well, thanks to the bonds she made with carers and staff. Nothing is too much for them, we receive a fantastic welcome every morning and wonderful informative handovers, in quite a challenging role they always show an interest in her welfare and learning, treating her as an individual rather than `just another child to care for’. Her confidence and social side have developed so much and everyone comments outside of nursery what a happy and sociable child she is. All her development is documented.

The facilities are outstanding inside and out, with each room having their own outdoor space and a large garden to explore. New toys to play with and the daily activities they do are incredible. The menus are varied, balancing nutrition perfectly. Security is fantastic and I have never worried about leaving her there. All communication received is clear and relevant.

I am yet to find a nursery so competent and equipped. My daughter loves it here!

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly 2 years. It has been a very positive experience, she enjoys attending and has made good progress.. The staff are always helpful and willing to discuss any issues. We regularly receive updates. We would recommend this nursery.
