ABC Childcare Wolverhampton Business Park

ABC is an all-round wonderful nursery. All three of my children have attended ABC Business Park over the past six years. I couldn't ask for a better nursery. The staff are so friendly, helpful and informative. My children are always so happy to attend nursery and, over the years, have made some lovely memories and amazing relationships with the staff there. I know my children are in good hands whilst I'm at work. I cannot recommend ABC enough to all my friends and family.

My child has thrived through the guidance and support of the staff at ABC Childcare Wolverhampton Business Park. He has always been extremely well cared for and nurtured to an impeccable standard. He speaks so highly of both children and staff and is thrilled to share the wonderful activities that staff provide to support his learning. I feel as though I have built excellent relationships with all staff, not only his key worker, and they are all eager to update on my child's progress, daily activities and his personal little mannerisms. His key worker is knowledgeable in where my child is academically and provides the next steps and challenges to extend learning, as well as addressing his occasional behavioural misconceptions. Management are professional, friendly and approachable and provides wonderful opportunities for parents and carers, including focussed stay and play sessions, sing-a-longs and (a favourite of mine) the weekly round-up post. ABC is really a home-from-home for my child.

ABC Childcare is an excellent nursery, I have been impressed with the care provided from baby to pre-school. There is a good balance between learning and play and the staff are very focused on their key children, offering an excellent insight into their development.

Our daughter loves attending ABC Childcare Wolverhampton Business Park, she has great bonds with her key workers and always comes out with a smile on her face. She also loves telling us stories about her day! We have seen her grow so much since attending ABC Childcare, in her confidence, social skills and playing with other children. She is also very interested in Phonics and Maths activities which are evidently delivered in a fun, age appropriate way.

We were really pleased to have chosen ABC Childcare for our daughter’s first nursery. The staff are super friendly and took good care of our baby and helped her settle. The app that they use is great, super informative and a great source of communication. I wish all nurseries had this! ABC do lots of activities with the kids as my daughter brought home lots of handmade cards and a cake! Very sad to be leaving. I would recommend this nursery.

Overall our son had the best 3 years at ABC. All the staff loved caring for him and that clearly could be seen. He will miss going.

Great place, staff really friendly, always willing to help. The team go the extra mile to ensure the kids are happy and jovial. Really good, I would recommend it to anyone. Better than most previously looked at.

ABC have been a great support to our daughter who has been attending since she was 10 months old. As a child of additional needs, the nursery have gone above and beyond to support my daughter's development. They have continued to take on guidance from us and the local support authorities and have put it into practice. They’ve made it a safe and encouraging environment allowing her to flourish.

Honest review, this nursery is very good and I would recommend it. Highs for me, the staff are incredible and have such a great bond with the children, they have helped with development and also struggles I’ve had with potty training/weaning, etc. The centre is clean and well equipped. Lows for me, it actually has nothing to do with the children, it’s the admin of bills, etc. It’s a tired system that’s not effective and I’ve had a number of things I’ve had to challenge over the last 4 years. That said, I can deal with the admin side of things, especially if my children are getting the best childcare. One thing I’d like to be reviewed is day swaps for sickness (there’s so much of it), pre covid the centre was very flexible and cooperative. Which meant I could be flexible with work. Now it’s ‘don’t use it, lose it’ approach and it's been a difficult time expense-wise. Eg I’d pay for a day's childcare and lose a days wage which adds up.

All the staff at ABC are friendly and cater to your child's needs as well as possible. My son is always happy to go into nursery. They are always doing something fun and they celebrate a range of different cultures. Great nursery, definitely recommend.

ABC have been a great choice for my child, he enjoys every day and every interaction is pleasant. The nursery staff are very warm and attentive with the children and do their best every day. I believe at board level and accounts level more of a down-to-earth approach could be taken as it all appears very much business as usual and we say, you do, but I understand that is the nature of business however a little more balance would be great. Overall I would recommend the setting and its staff and feel ABC are worth engaging with if I feel I have any issues and that they are taken on board.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was around 12/13 months old and is now in his final stretch before leaving to go to full-time school in September 2022. Since he has been there the staff at the nursery have been very caring and attentive and my child has formed very strong bonds with his key workers and all the other staff. We receive regular updates including daily updates for what they have eaten during that day. The staff are always pleasant and happy. I myself find them very friendly. My child is always settled and at the times he hasn’t been the nursery are compassionate and do everything they can to settle him. His development has always come on in leaps and bounds and flourishes with the help of the staff there. They are very diverse celebrating all events/religious celebrations and make them fun for the children to get involved with. I am very impressed with how they incorporate Makaton/sign language I think it’s a valuable thing for children to be taught.

I highly recommend this nursery based on the fact that they are very supportive towards both children and parents. I couldn't thank the team enough for everything that they do whether it's supporting the child within the facilities or keeping them in the loop if the child is off, whatever the reason may be via the app. Furthermore, the indoor and outdoor facilities at this nursery are excellent. I wish I had found this nursery sooner than I did!

Brilliant nursery, my son loves all the staff. Have regular updates on him throughout the day. Always brings home something he has made which I love. All celebrations are celebrated. Never had a problem here my son loves it. He has a wide choice of meals throughout the month, can't fault the nursery it's brilliant. Would highly recommend.

The nursery has exceeded all our expectations. The staff are helpful, friendly and have supported my child throughout their journey at nursery. My child has without double developed so much since being there and always comes out smiling. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

Fantastic. Cannot recommend enough. This isn't a nursery, it's an extended family. Each and every staff member always go above and beyond. Keep up the good work, I'm proud of each and every one of you!

Our little boy has been at this centre since he about 18 months old, and I genuinely wouldn't want my child to go anywhere else. He has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the tireless hard work that the team put in. It is such a safe environment, where he is learning, playing and making friends. Also in the current climate, they are brilliant with Covid and safety of the children and staff. Honestly can't recommend this place enough.

My son has attended since June this year and his confidence and expressive skills have progressed a lot. I am very happy with the structure and routine at ABC and cannot rate all members of staff highly enough!

I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody!
