Train Station Day Nursery

Excellent nursery my child loves it and that's the main thing. The communication between parents and staff is great and they have an app that keeps us up to date with what our child has been doing that day. All the staff are all brilliant and even more so with the children.

Train station day nursery is the perfect place for our little girl. After being born just before lockdown, she was very shy and clingy. The Train Station nursery has brought her out of her shell into a confident, fun-loving little girl. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. And the parents' app is a brilliant way to check in with what our daughter has been up to during the day. Both of my children have attended The Train Station nursery and I can honestly say there is no other place I would trust.

Both of my boys have now attended The Train Station nursery. My eldest is now in school but loved his time there. My youngest started last September. It’s taken him a while to come out of his shell but he’s getting there eventually, thanks to the friendly, lovely staff. Staff are always friendly and caring and cater for each child’s needs and are always on hand for progress checks. The place itself is very warming, child friendly and a great place to be. My boy loves going on the days he does. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Lovely staff and brilliant nursery, always helping me as a parent and helping support my children’s needs. I could not ask for more, so supportive and helpful would recommend this nursery to anybody! Thank you Train Station.

Amazing staff, my daughter has settled in very well and has great relationships with the staff. They all go the extra mile to make her feel happy. Great service and the staff and manager have great communication with myself and my daughter. Great setup within the nursery, would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nursery place for their child.

I would really recommend this nursery. My little one started at 9 months and has come on loads since starting and she really enjoys it. The staff are great with her and are really friendly and they make sure your child is cared for and what I think is great is that they update you throughout the day on the App of what your little one is doing.

My son has attended Train Station full time from 12 months to aged 4 when he leaves for school in a couple of weeks. I have come to know most of the staff during this time. I could not have found a better home for my son. The nursery is bright, clean and engaging. The staff are, without exception caring, loving, professional and very competent. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone thinking of sending their children here.

All 3 of my children have attended this nursery, and I couldn't be happier. The staff here treat the children with real care, making sure each individual's needs are met. The year I first had my youngest, the staff decided to have the children make me a mothers day card with all 3 of them on it. This makes it feel more personal and cared for. Through Covid, they have been incredibly patient about concerns and made sure to keep everyone safe and clean. All my children have loved it here.

This nursery is very good and I would recommend and definitely use again and the only reason for this is because of the nursery manager. She is the only reason. She is understanding, empathetic and is approachable. The baby room staff and setting is excellent and they do such a good job and the staff do try to meet parents needs at all times, no matter how difficult a parent is, especially when your baby is so precious. My little girl has been here for four years and I will miss the manager going out of her way making the extra effort with my child to make her journey extra special for her. The nursery time for myself as a parent and for my child has been a journey and it should be special in both ways and this wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the excellent communication and understanding of the manger and her hard work. She is a credit to the nursery and to the team.

I have a granddaughter and grandson, they both attend Train Station Nursery. The staff and manager are excellent with the children they make sure that your child is happy. My granddaughter who went first loves it here she's made so many friends and come on leaps and bounds. She tells me when it's time for nursery, all the staff are excellent and my mind is at rest knowing she's happy and learning. As for my grandson, he will not go to people he doesn't know so when he started at Train Station in 2 days he goes in there as a very happy boy. He's come on loads learning new things. The staff are brilliant with the children and puts your mind at rest knowing that your child is happy and learning at the same time. Very happy, I'm so glad my daughter picked this nursery, the learning my grandkids have done is amazing I can't thank Train Station enough for making them welcome and at ease. A big thank you to all the staff and manager.

Leaving our most precious treasure - our son in Train Station Nursery I can be sure he will be wonderfully cared for.

Both my children attended Train Station Day Nursery and both adored going. Their confidence grew so much because of the activities that they did that involved playtime, crafts, reading and football which they both particularly loved. They made some lovely friends and I can't fault any of the staff, they are all amazing. My son was completely ready for school when he left and my daughter is due to start in September which she is ready for thanks to nursery but she will really miss going every day. I would highly recommend the nursery and the staff do everything to build the trust required to leave our children in a safe and fun environment.

Amazing nursery. Cleanest one I've visited, friendly professional staff and brilliant routines for the children. Great security system verified with fingerprint technology which ensures that only the correct people can enter which is very reassuring. Fun activities for the children suitable for their ages. My son really enjoys it. The staff have worked hard with him to help him overcome separation and social anxiety and have done this successfully. 5-star nursery!

Absolutely brilliant nursery. The staff are excellent. They try their best to accommodate all of your child's needs. They make sure each child is treated as an individual. My son loves getting up to go to nursery. They always have interesting activities going on and visits from the children's favourite super heroes or Disney characters. I would recommend this nursery all day long.

There isn't enough characters to fill in how impressed I've been with everybody involved at the nursery. My little boy was quite nervous with separation anxiety and from starting there to now not wanting to come home when I pick him up is amazing...he can count to 30, almost write his name and a proper social butterfly. It's a really lovely nursery with amazing staff you make sure you have the time needed to go over anything 'little one' related! I have and will recommend this nursery to all my mummy friends :-)

I never thought I would trust a nursery to look after my son because of his health problems but the staff are so helpful and friendly and really make me feel comfortable leaving him in a morning and knowing he will be safe, cared for and extremely happy when I pick him up.

The staff at Train are great. My little girl loves Nursery and would stay there all the time if she could. Her key worker and Room manager over the past 9 months have been amazing. They have both made what was a difficult time leaving my baby a lot easier. Management are professional and approachable and more than understanding re my crazy shifts. I couldn't really ask for more. On a daily basis the activities vary recently my daughter loved 'beach day', meeting Minnie, messy play in many forms. Everyday I always fer a full breakdown of what she been doing/eating etc that day something I know my friends at other places don't get In as much detail. Very happy with Train and look forward to future years watching even more development and happy times x

This nursery is brilliant. The staff are so pleasant. I was really worried about my son settling in as he gets quite anxious at being left but after only 2 settling in sessions he is starting 2 full days. The security really is of a high standard. I couldn't really rate this nursery any lower than a 5 star.

I love this nursery the staff are so helpful and they are so lovely towards the parents of the children that go and the children adore the staff so much since my little boy joined this nursery he wouldn't talk proper he used to say made up words the only words he said proper was mummy daddy nana that it but now he is so fluent he can put sentences together and spell and he sings he dances he so confident the staff have done such a brilliant job with with. Cant thank the staff enough. My little boy always wants to go to nursery even at weekends because he loves playing with his friends so much. Its a fanatic place for every child.
