Train Station Day Nursery

Train station nursery has been a really positive experience for my child. They have come along in strides since starting nursery. The staff are all really caring and attentive and ensure the best environment for the child. I frequently get updates on how they are doing.

I do think the new drop-off and pick-up method needs refinement, and it would be helpful to have more detailed updates on daily learning or play activities, perhaps as short notes or bullet points in the app. This would help parents keep up to date on the full range of fun and educational activities offered, and support these alongside at home.

What a wonderful nursery, my son was so happy here and this was down to all the fantastic caring staff. The nursery is run exceptionally and professionally and every room has staff that go out of their way to make sure your little one is happy and well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone and will be sending my next child here. Great place with lovely passionate people.

All the staff have been amazing, and I honestly don't have a bad word to say about the nursery or the way my son has been looked after. He always comes home happy and excited to tell me about his day and what he's been doing. His confidence in all aspects has grown so much since starting here last year.

My daughter has been going to Train Station Nursery since she turned 6 months old. Her development and confidence through going to nursery is amazing and watching her reach milestones with the help of the nursery staff has been great. She thrives in everyday life and enjoys seeing her friends at nursery. The app gives you updates and information which puts my mind at ease whilst I'm not with her. I would definitely recommend the nursery as our experience over the last 2 years has been nothing but a joy.

The whole nursery from the day that my son started has been beyond amazing. My son has come on so much since being here, he is happy every single morning coming to nursery to ''see his friends''. I appreciate everything that the nursery has done for my son and also would like to thank the manager for all of her help with my son's EHCP applications. My son has a good bond with everybody at the nursery and it is going to be very sad that he has to leave. Thank you all so, so much.

I enrolled my son 4 weeks ago now and I love the setting and the staff. The nursery is so child-friendly and bright compared to others I had seen. The staff are all lovely and really do make you feel at ease. My son goes full-time (5 days per week) and is settling in so well and really enjoys going! I am glad I have chosen The Train Station for my son’s nursery journey.

Incredible setting, my daughter goes 4 days a week and loves it. The team are exceptional. My daughter enjoys going here and the parents being invited in to watch how they play is so good as you can see how your child interacts every day.

Wonderful nursery where staff have genuine connections with the children. The nursery is clean and bright with good quality toys and equipment. The soft play area is great and a real highlight for my daughter. My daughter struggled to settle but the staff worked hard to help her adapt and she now loves attending.

My first child went to this Nursery 10 years ago and now my second child. I didn’t think twice about my decision when it came to my child starting Nursery. All staff are amazing in all aspects! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since Sept, all the staff are amazing and made her transition very easy for her. Her speech and learning have come on a lot more since being at nursery and she always looks forward to her time in the nursery, waving me off before I leave and not the other way around, which gives me confidence in the staff.

Staff are very welcoming on every arrival and always have time for any questions or queries that a parent may have. It's always very well-cleaned and maintained, always activities are always shown on the TV as you walk into the nursery. My child absolutely loves going here and has learned so much thanks to the staff who are loving, caring patient and get to know each child.

Both of my children have attended this nursery from 9 months old; one back in 2016 and my youngest is there now. The staff are amazing, communication is fabulous and she comes out every day with a huge smile on her face. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

Amazing nursery, my daughter loves going to it, such a shame it's her last year. She gets on so well with all the staff, couldn't fault the nursery in any way. Would 100% recommend it to anyone thinking of sending their child there, they would be more than happy to know their children are in safe hands.

My little girl started Train Station Day Nursery not long after her first Birthday. I cannot thank the team enough for all their efforts and support. My little girl's confidence has progressed so much and she has smashed each of her milestones. We will all be sad to leave Train Station behind. If we could take you all with us to our new house, we would! I literally cannot speak highly enough of everyone. I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Train Station Nursery has been a blessing when it comes to my little boy's development. Starting just after his first birthday he has come on leaps and bounds with the fabulous staff and their support to keep him learning. Going back to work full time it’s always a worry that he won’t enjoy it but it couldn’t be further from the truth. He likes all the staff and if I mention going to nursery he goes to the door ready to see his favourite people. I really appreciated the stay and play session at Halloween too as it allowed me to experience some of what my little one gets to do on a daily basis.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the nursery. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help. I feel very comfortable leaving my son in their care, something I thought I would never feel comfortable with but they have made me feel confident and at ease. They are there to support not only my son but me as well, they want to see him succeed and meet his milestones. Thank you.

My little boy has now been at Train Station Day Nursery since October 2021 when he was 7 months old. I was amazed at how at ease the staff made me feel with the regular updates definitely made a difference in helping me feel better about being away from him. Since then he has thrived under the staff there. He has a little friendship group which is so lovely to see. They've helped me with things like weaning which as a 1st time was mum was daunting and they continue to offer support with the new challenges you face as they get bigger. Always backing decisions and helping along, like taking his dummy from him, the nursery was very supportive. The Manager and all the staff go above and beyond. He loves going, he is spoken about so highly by all the staff who look after him and spend time with him. Very happy with my choice and look forward to seeing the rest of his journey with Train Station
