Banana Moon Hatton is different to other nurseries in the area. Situated in three converted barns in a rural location and set in 6.5 acres, including fields, a paddock, an orchard, a tennis court and a vegetable plot, there is plenty of outdoor space to run around and have fun.

The team provides a safe and caring environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years, and is open from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm for 51 weeks of the year.

Banana Moon is able to accommodate 110 full-time children and able to offer sessions from half a day a week to five days a week.

The nursery is very close to the major road networks – the A46 and M40, and only minutes away from both Warwick Parkway and Hatton train stations for trains to London.

CCTV is installed in all rooms and there is a biometric fingerprint entry system, ensuring the safety of the children. The nursery offers two home-cooked hot meals each day, cooked on site by the talented nursery chef.

Staff are very experienced in Early Years Education and offer a very loving, stimulating home from home, in the most beautiful setting - come and see for yourself and visit Banana Moon Hatton.

My son has attended the nursery for just over a year and he absolutely loves it! All of the girls make him feel so welcome and he looks forward to coming to nursery every day!

Being a full-time working mum, it is a relief to know that my son is in safe hands with people who genuinely care about

him and our family. The outdoor area ensures that our active little guy gets his energy out in an amazing, natural environment.

He loves all of the extras the nursery offers as well, including Spanish!

Thank you to all of the girls for their hard work and dedication to the job!

My son thoroughly enjoys his days at nursery. He started when he was 1 and is now 2.5. We have experience of the baby room and the toddler room and can say that in both rooms staff plan age-appropriate and fun activities for them. The children also get lots of outdoor time and there are external companies
that come in and offer additional classes.

The owner of the nursery is very personable and friendly. You can tell she is completely dedicated to making the children, parents and staff happy, and wants to provide the best service possible. Communication is also good about various initiatives that parents are entitled to like tax-free childcare and 30 hours etc. Food is high quality and made on site, and the setting is beautiful and quite hidden so feels a safe environment. Very happy with all aspects of this setting!

Banana Moon at Hatton has been an incredible place for my kids, both my eldest who is now 6 and my youngest who is now 3.

We moved from London 3 years ago and we were worried about the transition for my eldest but the care and attention he received at the nursery really truly brought him out of

his shell and he loved it so much he didn’t want to come home!

Our daughter now attends and loves everything about the nursery. Because we have known the staff there for 3 years we know that she has been and will continue to get the fabulous care and focus to get her ready for reception and school.

Banana Moon Hatton is set in a rural location with outstanding space for the children. They go outside to the paddock in all weather and fulfil plenty of activities, games and learning including Forest school which my little boy loves. The staff all take an interest in the children and the atmosphere
is warm and inviting. The rooms are divided well and give children of all ages a great space to play - they are bright, light and colourful. The children are well cared for and are able to get involved in languages, cooking, crafts and much more.

My little boy started at Banana Moon in September 2017. After viewing a long list of nurseries we are so glad that our little boy now attends Banana Moon Day Nursery Hatton. We are so impressed with how quickly he has settled, this is due to the fab staff and management who have gone that extra mile
to ensure that my little boy felt welcome from the first day he started. They are always there to listen, support and provide detailed feedback daily. The nursery has amazing facilities and a great outdoor space which was a plus for my little boy who loves to be outside. The children take part in a range of activities daily as well as some extracurricular activities during the week. My little boy always leaves nursery at the end of each day excited to tell me all about what he has been doing during our drive home. I have and would recommend this nursery to anyone it is definitely the best that we visited in the Leamington, Warwick and surrounding villages/areas.

When my little one started at Banana Moon Hatton, he was incredibly clingy and found it hard to settle.
Staff were patient, kind and he quickly settled and within weeks was enjoying his nursery experience.
He is now extremely talkative, independent and growing into a lovely little boy.
I would highly
recommend it, it's in a beautiful setting and children have a wonderful experience there.

Banana Moon at Hatton truly is the best nursery in the Warwickshire area. My daughter has been going to Banana Moon at Hatton for 3 years and loves every day. The nursery is clean and vibrant. The children's artwork is fabulously displayed. The paddock is huge and there are so many toys, and mud kitchens,
and running through trees and tunnels. All the staff are professional, yet incredibly caring. I feel everyone at the nursery knows my daughter and cares for her. Her key workers have been amazing in every room and she has developed well. The owner of the nursery also makes you feel welcome from the minute you enter the door. We looked at several nurseries in the area, but none come close to how safe and nurturing Banana Moon at Hatton has been for our family.

My little boy started with Banana Moon Day Nursery Hatton just after his first birthday and absolutely loves going each and every week. The staff are friendly, helpful and make your child feel special and welcome. The outside space is unbeatable and the food choice is exceptional.

My little boy has

really developed and grown at Banana Moon and he only attends one day a week. It is not our closest nursery but I wouldn't dream of sending him anywhere else. I would highly recommend this nursery for anyone looking for a friendly, professional nursery with lots of space to play.

From day one that our son attended, the staff have always encouraged his confidence and personality. We were impressed that staff talked to him rather than us at the first meeting so they engaged immediately with him.

The activities carried out have always been varied, fun and suited to his age group,

however, it is also good to see the different age groups mix every day in the vast, safe outdoor space that this nursery offers. The food is "home cooked" on site which was a massive plus for us and the staff continue to be friendly and encouraging to us and our son. He has been there for 1 and a half years now and has made leaps and bounds in his development and confidence. Can't rate this nursery highly enough.

We are very pleased that we chose Banana Moon Day Nursery Hatton for our son nearly three years ago and his brother will be joining him soon. The children have access to wonderful resources and activities and have the best outside space of any nursery I have visited. The staff are welcoming, encouraging
and kind and get to know the children so well. A brilliant nursery!

I am very happy with the care and attention my son receives in the nursery, they were integral to his speech development and his overall confidence around other children, since being apart of the nursery he has successfully gone through potty training and continually surprises me with his development,
they have fantastic outside facilities and fantastic meals provided daily. I highly recommend this nursery there overall communication is very good.

My son started Banana Moon Hatton at 8 months old. As a first time mum returning to work was difficult, especially as we were struggling with separation anxiety. All staff involved in his care were very supportive in ensuring he was settling well and were extremely understanding on the difficult days.
He's now 13 months old and loves attending nursery. He enjoys playing with a wide variety of toys and activities that support his development. The extra activities such as Dandy Development and Twirling Toddlers he thoroughly enjoys participating in. He is very much a child that loves exploring the outdoors so the paddock being available in all weathers is amazing for him. He has a good relationship with his key worker and other practitioners around the nursery. The management treats every child and family as individual people. They arrange various different things throughout the year, photos, fayres, charity days, etc. Overall a wonderful nursery with fantastic staff all around.

Thank you very much for looking after my daughter at Banana Moon, who has been there over a year. The nursery management delivers a very personal approach, taking the needs of individual children into account. The nursery provides a lot of extracurricular activities, qualified and caring personnel and
extremely convenient arrangements for working parents ( 2 hot meals and long opening hours) Thank you

My child started Banana Moon Hatton last month and has already shown developments. She runs to the door each day excited about going to nursery.
When I collect her the staff are always very informative with what she has done on that day, what she has eaten, her behaviour etc. The impressive facilities
are always well used. The children go outside into the paddock daily which is great to know they have so much fresh air.
I find the nursery very personable and friendly. The staff have gone above and beyond to make my child feel welcome and help her settle. I feel very confident and happy that I chose the right nursery.

My daughter has attended the nursery for nearly two years and I am about to start my baby there this year. I could not be happier sending my girls here.
The staff are fabulous, great learning opportunities and my daughter has thrived here. The facilities are wonderful and I feel very happy sending
my daughter here. She loves it.
We are lucky she has had the same key worker for some time, who she adores. The food she is served is wonderful and she tends to want more than one portion. Not a problem!

I would definitely recommend Banana Moon Hatton as a nursery to other parents/carers. My daughter has been going since she was 9 months old and she is now 2 years old.
The effort that the staff put in with each child is outstanding, my daughter had quite bad separation anxiety but the staff were so
patient, understanding and encouraging it didn't take long for her to come round. She loves going and has come on leaps and bounds in her development. My son has now also started and he loves it too.
Hours are great for flexibility, I love the paddock that the children all have access to and the frequent events that the nursery hold.
Also no matter how many children they have they are all known and treated as individuals.

I had a huge problem, trying to find a nursery in Warwickshire, open long hours, with home cooked meals, and high security. I liked that you cannot tell from the outside, that there is a nursery their, as this for me elevates the safety.
The selection of activities both inside and outside, are extensive;
in addition there are extra sessions such as 'twirling toddlers', my daughter is already enrolled with the company, so did not take part at nursery, however I can recommend this company; my daughter loves the ballet and tap classes. Furthermore there are photo shoots and personalised Christmas cards and gifts, which for a busy mom; was such a relief and a lovely gift idea.
My daughter loved this nursery, and had such a lovely bond with her key worker, who she would receive a hug from each morning, she clearly felt very comfortable; my daughters speech, manners and organisational skills, improved immensely after just a few weeks of attending the nursery. In addition she loved the meals.
I felt very content leaving my child in their care.

As a family, we cannot praise Banana Moon Hatton enough to everyone! Staff, management, food and activities for the children are outstanding. We will always recommend this wonderful place to friends & family, and my son loves being there. The rooms are all of a great size and warm for your child with
lots of fun activities to do. The staff put the children at the very heart of everything and outdoor play is safe and fun for whatever age your child might be. Ample parking for both parents and staff too.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 34 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.941 for Banana Moon Day Nursery Hatton (Warwick) is calculated as follows: ( (387 Excellents x 5) + (18 Goods x 4) + (3 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 408 Ratings = 4.941
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Banana Moon Day Nursery Hatton (Warwick) is based on 34 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 110 number of registered child places is 22, which has been reached with 34 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
