What a wonderful nursery! Both my daughter and son have been at Banana Moon and both have thrived here! The paddock is a wonderful outdoor space and the staff in all of the rooms are kind, compassionate, nurturing and supportive.
My youngest son is now in Pre School and despite sometimes feeling
hesitate about going in, he always leaves saying how much of a good day he has had. There are always a fantastic range of opportunities for him to get involved with and the staff use their creativity in a fantastic way in order to keep the children engaged.
We have been very happy with the care and compassion that both of my children have received during their time at Banana Moon and both have thrived enormously during their time there. A huge thank you to staff who I feel go above and beyond.

My son has recently started at Banana Moon in Hatton, and I honestly wish I had found it sooner. The staff are absolutely lovely and consistently go above and beyond, always offering reassurance through regular updates. I was especially nervous during the settling-in sessions, but they were so
caring, patient, and understanding throughout, and always there to help. I truly can't thank them enough.
Since moving my son to this nursery, he has been so much happier, and that is entirely down to the staff and management. I love that when I collect him, I get to see the natural interactions between staff and children. It is so reassuring to see how happy and settled he is. You can genuinely see how much they care about the children.
The nursery itself is in a beautiful setting, with a paddock that my son absolutely loves and a lovely forest school area. It is also very clean, with spacious rooms and a wide variety of activities offered throughout the day.

Both my girls attend Banana Moon Hatton nursery having attending previous settings. They both settled so well and we have been so impressed by the dedication of the team. The daily feedback is individual and tailored and when we raised a couple of concerns around behaviour and communications skills
they came up with practical suggestions, they monitored the situation for us and were incredibly helpful and supportive. Our girls have thrived being there. Another element of the nursery we love is the paddock area. This allows the children to play in nature but also the staff come up with innovative ways of using this to teach the children. Often there will be an impromptu lesson from an item or a book brought in by a child, meaning the learning is organic as well as structured. This is an outstanding nursery.

This is such a wonderful nursery. The more we hear about others the luckier we feel to have found it.
Unlike at some nurseries, BM Hatton operates a fingerprint system which means as parents you can enter any time to see natural interactions whilst also feeling reassured that safety is paramount.
The staff are all wonderful and genuinely care about the children which is evident from the great relationships they have with them - our child talks about staff at home all the time!
The outdoor space is incomparable - a huge and beautiful paddock which is very well used for all sorts of different outdoor activities. This year they've also added a fantastic forest school element.
The food is nutritious and varied and they get two proper meals per day. They run regular Stay and Plays for parents which are so lovely and well thought out. The rooms are spacious, clean and well resourced. We lots of info about our child's day and progress.
Couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Such a lovely nursery. Wonderful staff and beautiful setting. Regularly receive updates via the app throughout the day everyday unlike many nurseries. Beautiful outdoor paddock area. The children get lots of lovely experiences and are very well looked after. Food is great and they cater well for
allergies- two hot meals cooked on site each day. They also offer term time only places. Very happy we chose this lovely nursery.

A lovely nursery, located in beautiful grounds! The children have lots of opportunity to explore the Paddock and spend time outside.
We receive regular updates on the app, and the staff are warm, attentive and friendly. We've been really impressed with the efforts they've put in to settling in and
the activities on offer.

Excellent, highly recommend. My daughter has been with the nursery for 3.5 years. The setting and outdoor space is amazing, the staff are all well trained, thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful and get to know your child. My daughter loves attending, happy to go every day and when we collect her she is
always happy, playing, laughing doing fun activities. My daughter needed some support in one particular area, the nursery spotted it from the get go, and every day they do a session with her.

Fantastic and well organised event for our son's graduation. Very personal speeches for all the children from there key worker. As a parent we feel that our son has been taking care of and support so well throughout nursery ( as his very shy) but now has so much confidence bcoz of the girls that
have looked after him. Thank you.

My daughter has attended Banana Moon since shortly after her first birthday, the staff are kind and caring and she has formed strong bonds with so many of them. She has just finished her time here ready to start preschool and we are very sad to say goodbye. The facilities and particularly the
outdoor space are brilliant and we wouldn't consider any other setting for our second born who we signed up as soon as I found out I was expecting!

Our son has been attending the under-2s room at this nursery for the past 7 months and we're really happy with the experience. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. He always comes home smiling, and it's clear he enjoys the wide range of activities-especially Boogie
Mites, Tiny Toes Ballet, messy play, and all the lovely sensory experiences. The meals seem to go down well too! We love that they take the children outside to the lovely paddock whenever the weather allows. Parking can get a bit tight during parent or grandparent events, but it's a minor issue overall. Highly recommend.

Banana Moon Hatton is honestly the best and most nurturing nursery out little girl has been to (her third due to moving area)
We have seen such a change in her confidence, social skills, communication and overall well being. The team know her, they know what she loves what she's been up to what
she doesn't like and are so in tune with her needs. I honestly cannot thank them enough for the love and kindness they give to our little girl who is slow to warm but is thriving so much in this environment already. We were really nervous about her starting school due to her being a bit slow to warm but with the love, care and preparation for her to be school ready that the team at Banana Moon Hatton have done we and her are so confident.
We cannot thank you enough for looking after and helping our little girl to grow and thrive in such a supportive, fun, loving and happy environment

Banana Moon Hatton is an excellent nursery with fantastic resources, grounds and friendly staff.
When my son first started we were impressed with the settling in process meaning he settled quickly.

My 18 month old loves Banana Moon and has settled in really well since he started 6 months ago. The staff are wonderful and very supportive. We get regular updates on the app and there is always a handover at the end of the day. The children spend so much time outside which is lovely! The paddock is
amazing. We are very happy we chose Banana Moon!

Nice location and building with appropriate facilities. Recent staff changes and rotas have made feedback about my child's day variable as sometimes staff changeover/cover at midday means they are unfamiliar with what my child has been up to in the morning. The food is reasonable and varied though
costs have increased recently and no breakdown of these have been made available which has been frustrating given the increase.

Three of my grandsons have had a wonderful experience at Banana Moon Hatton, each relishing on the daily activities, enjoying being outdoors in the paddock and engaging with all members of staff, internally and externally and the ability to learn so much. This nursery is truly outstanding.

My 16 month old son is having a wonderful time at Banana Moon in Hatton. He settled in so quickly and has made great connections with not only his key worker but all the staff. The staff are so attentive and the activities each day are really varied with lots of time outdoors in the amazing woodland
and paddock area. The food is prepared by an onsite chef and they have dedicated sleep areas which is a big plus. I also love frequency of updates and photos on the app - it's great to see what he gets up to each day!

The staff, the facilities and the overall wholesome nursery have benefited my nephew so much! He had developed in leaps and bounds, so proud of him for how far he has come, however, he would not be there if it wasn’t for the amazing experience he has had at Banana Moon Hatton. Thank you!

Such a lovely nursery, has lots of activities for children inside and outdoors. It’s great all the children get to play outside. My child has learnt so much here and loves going. Staff are amazing and very helpful. The best nursery by far.

Fabulous nursery, located on beautiful grounds. The children have a great space to play, both inside and out. We are extremely pleased our daughter is at Banana Moon Hatton, she loves it there. The nursery feels incredibly safe, and the staff are amazing.

Banana Moon Nursery has an amazing atmosphere, all staff are genuinely happy and have lovely natures.
My daughter went to this nursery a few months after it opened and is now starting high school in September. There was no doubt that my son would attend the nursery 10 years later. There are some
original staff still working there now who can remember my daughter, which just shows how well the nursery is working.
It is a very outdoorsy and creative nursery and the children are very well looked after.
The children explore the paddock in all weathers and not kept indoors all the time.
The staff go above and beyond to celebrate all the key dates in the year, which is a nice touch.
I also like the food menu they provide for the children, no boring food and they are very happy to cater for food preferences/allergies etc.
Overall I’m very pleased with how my son is looked after and how the nursery runs.
