Tops Day Nurseries: Corfe Mullen Nursery

Highly recommended.

We recently moved house and we reluctantly chose to move our 18-month-old’s nursery however we are just delighted with Tops Corfe Mullen. They have made this aspect of our move and the upheaval that comes with it all so much easier. The nursery staff are all so friendly, professional and informative. The journals and observations are thorough and it’s a joy to see so many photos. They sometimes venture out to the park/beach etc and always try to go outside when possible to play which we love. The setting is also really well thought out and full of natural toys. The team in Explorers have really gone above and beyond to welcome our little girl and we are so happy with our decision. Would recommend to anyone considering a move.

My son started in September this year and from the moment we looked around the nursery I knew I wanted to send him there. All the staff are really lovely and you can see that they all really care about what they do. I love that they provide regular updates via the app and I can see how much my son enjoys it there even though it’s only been two months! I would highly recommend.

They have helped me in many ways regarding reports and strategies to help my son. Every member of staff always go above and beyond for every child and are always there for parents too.

I ended up sending both my boys here and they both loved it, they both formed good friendships with the staff and other children. Such a lovely setting and amazing staff.

I would definitely recommend visiting the nursery and seeing it for yourself!

My son has spent three years at Tops Day Nursery - Corfe Mullen. He settled very well and loves going. Since the new manageress took over, the support and care both my son and myself have received has been excellent. He is a challenging child with many issues. There are a few members of staff that although they give good childcare, could do with understanding a parents point of view when telling you how your child has been and delivering it in an empathic way but mainly really happy.

Both my kids attend Tops Corfe Mullen and love it there. I love that they get so much outside play in the huge garden. The staff are all very friendly, it's got a nice family atmosphere and I love that Tops cares so much about the environment.

I have seen my son's ability to share with others and play in a group setting come on leaps and bounds.

As a child who thrives on being outdoors, the setting has really enabled this, with the fantastic garden space.

I love the fact that the staff are able to confidently tell me what he has done in the day, including how he has eaten. Also, the App the staff use to put updates of the children on is great and gives a real insight into their day.

Nothing's too much trouble and I felt comfortable and at ease the very first day I dropped him off.

My daughter currently attends Tops and she absolutely loves it. When we turn up in the morning, she squeals with excitement and can’t wait to get in there and have fun. The staff are absolutely amazing, so thoughtful, kind and caring. The whole setting is very well thought out and I think it’s great that they have regular outings, tooth brushing practice, different themes/focus every day, cooking and planting seeds to name a few things which make the nursery so special. I’d thoroughly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a place that I believe goes the extra mile.

Strongly recommend anyone who is a bit nervous to start nursery with their little one, to take them to Tops - Corfe Mullen. All your worries will disappear. Thank you girls.

I’m a first-time mum and I headed back to work when my son was just 7 months old. The staff at Tops Day Nursery Corfe Mullen have made the transition so easy. They send me updates and my son absolutely loves his time there.

After visiting a long list of nurseries I went to visit Tops in Corfe Mullen and it is one of the best things I have done. The staff were all so welcoming. As soon as I stepped through the door I knew this was the kind of setting my daughter (who was 8 months) could thrive in and I wasn’t wrong. She has attended since January 2019 and loves every minute of it. As soon as we pull into the car park and she realises where we are she is a happy baby and it is lovely to see her excited to see her key worker and equally that her key worker is pleased to see her. They are very thorough with their work and clearly all love what they do. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Fantastic staff and facilities. Both my children are thriving here and I’m sure they will continue to do so! Highly recommend Tops Corfe Mullen to anyone!

My son loves it here. He gets to do a variety of activities and goes on outings to a park, shop or even the dentist. The staff are amazing. They are all friendly and helpful. I love the skills they learn here. My son particularly enjoys cooking and playing in their huge garden. They have a large tech table too which is a favourite for most children. I love that the children self serve their own dinner. I highly recommend it.

Our children are at the Coffee Mullen setting and we have been delighted with both of their progress whilst at the setting, both in terms of their confidence and how much they have achieved on the EYFS criteria. I love getting the observations while I'm at work so I can see what they are doing. The girls are fantastic in the Explorers room and my youngest absolutely loves going in every day, we have never had any tears when taking him and he has been given extra opportunities because he has been identified as gifted, I didn't even know you could be as a baby!

My eldest left in July to start school. Before he started at Tops he was shy and wouldn't interact with children his own age but he really came out of his shell at the setting. He has gone on to make lots of friends at school and thrive, which I put down to the work everyone did with him at Tops. I think it's a wonderful nursery, they try to be sustainable in everything they do. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have two children at Tops Day Nursery - our eldest started when she was 18 months old and our youngest when he was 7 months old, they are now 5 and 3 respectively and we could not be happier with the level of care that they continue to receive at Tops. All of the settings provide varied and interesting activities for the children to do and each of the members of staff are kind, thoughtful and engaged with all of the children in their care. Communication with parents is fantastic and easily received through the eyLog parent app -often with 2 or more observations a week and daily diary updates as well. Our children have thrived at Tops and love going there - could not recommend it highly enough - and I do recommend it to anyone who is looking for outstanding childcare in the area.

The range of activities are excellent and we love receiving updates via the eyLog app. The girls love going and we love seeing their development. The bond they have with the staff, particularly the youngest, is lovely to see.
