The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and always on hand to answer any queries and provide help. The setting is fantastic and our children have learned a lot which has been a great step before starting school.

Staff work so incredibly hard for the benefit of the children. The organisation of additional events, graduation, trips, Halloween evenings are fabulous. Thank you.

Everyone is always really helpful and friendly, from the office staff to the caregivers. My daughter loves it so much, it's really hard to get her home sometimes!

We are currently halfway through the nursery years of our second child. So my children have been attending this nursery for approximately 6 years. In this time, we could not be happier with the care and attention my children have received at this nursery. They have developed great relationships with the staff over this time. My children's development has greatly increased thanks to the help of the teaching and development staff here and my eldest (now left this nursery) is academically ahead of his peers. I also greatly appreciate the level of food supplied and the healthy education that goes with it.

I have had a fantastic experience with this nursery. They always plan excellent activities with the children. I have a good detailed hand over at the end of the day. My children both love going.

My daughter has made lots of friends and looks forward to her days at nursery. I worried about changing nursery 6 months ago but Snapdragons was the best choice we could have made!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for half a day per week for 4 months. The staff are excellent with her and all know her name. She is always completing different activities which develop her learning and are engaging. The only criticism is the choice of food options - my daughter is not overly fussy at home but often doesn’t eat at nursery and the staff have mentioned that not a lot of children have been eating.

They have a genuine interest in our daughter's development and she has flourished in their care. The days are well structured and full of so many different activities including lots of fresh air in the huge gardens. Our daughter has so much fun whilst learning at the same time. The food is fantastic and very healthy. When our daughter started at 12 months we were nervous leaving her, but the staff were amazing, so reassuring and so caring both with our daughter and us! We are so happy we found Snapdragons.

The staff at Snapdragons are always warm and welcoming. They build a bond with your children which makes it feel as though you're leaving them in the care of family. The activities the children do are diverse and I feel confident that the time they are there is spent developing them in a positive way.

I love Snapdragons at Keynsham, it's a very friendly and warming place. All my children have attended and my youngest is still there. The staff are lovely and kind. All my children loved it. They are always doing new and creative things. The outside space is amazing and they always try to get them out for fresh air. My children always come home happy and full of all the exciting things they have done. I cannot fault Snapdragons in any way. They have played a huge part of our lives and for that, I am truly blessed.

Snapdragons is a fantastic environment. My daughter has flourished since she started attending and considering she happily runs off from me and waves goodbye as soon as we arrive - I'd happily say she loves it there. The staff are always so friendly, they recognise you, chat to you and really make you feel valued. I love how much time my daughter gets to spend outside exploring and playing in their large gardens getting fresh air! I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery. The communication with parents is fantastic and it really is a great place for your little one.

I found choosing a nursery quite hard, as it is a big decision entrusting your child into someone else's care. The nursery manager was very reassuring and encouraged me to look at other nurseries so I could make an informed decision. I was encouraged to 'stay and play' with my daughter, who started at 6 months. This enabled me to get a feel for the environment and how the other children interacted with the staff and each other. The staff are all really enthusiastic and clearly take a genuine interest in the children which is what you want as a parent.

A very welcoming nursery, our son has come on so much spending time at Snapdragons. He is always very happy when picking him up at the end of the day. The care staff show is excellent and we have recommended the nursery to family and friends. The chef and the food is out of this world. Facilities are good, only thing is the baby room seems over crowded on a Wednesday. Outside space is just wow!

Our experience over the past three and a half years have been great! I am really impressed with the professional approach to the care, learning and transparency. The development in both our young girls is testament to the continued efforts of all the staff and methodology approach of Snapdraggons. It's encouraging to see more and more innovation with activities, and media social communication, like the new online parenting portal and videos.

I find the nursery friendly, colourful, organised and a safe environment for my daughter. I was extremely nervous about leaving my daughter with someone she hardly knew but after just four sessions she has settled in incredibly well, and now cries when I collect her!

The most fabulous nursery and the only placer we would leave our boy. Fun, safe and a caring setting filled with laughter and the best food ever! Wish I could come every day.

When my son started Snapdraggons he was a little ill so not very patients and a little niggly, but the nursery manager and all the staff in the "Baby Room" were so compassionate and patient with both him and my worries. They have always been so helpful and accommodating. I cannot fault their service.
