My son went from 2020 to 2023 when he started school. We all loved Snapdragons. The staff are professional and friendly, always taking the time to do a handover of my son's day. He loved going to nursery and taking part in forest school, yoga, farm vista etc. He learnt a lot about healthy eating and
enjoyed most meal times. He made some very special friends whom he still sees and asks to see all the time.

Snapdragons Nursery Keynsham is a lovely environment for my son, and I feel happy knowing he is in a safe, friendly and familiar environment on the days he attends. Whenever I have concerns about the development stages my son is undergoing, the staff always take time to discuss and reassure me. They
understand that every child is different and adapt their methods to ensure every child’s needs are met, which I find very reassuring.
Everyone on the team is always so friendly and welcoming, and I feel happy to be leaving my child in their care.
There is always a wide range of activities going on throughout the week, and I like that my son is able to experience a variety of different things.

My one-year-old joined in January, and the growth of his confidence, independence and knowledge in four months is outstanding! From fitting pieces into puzzles to giving me high fives when I leave is all down to Snapdragons and his key worker! I can’t thank them enough, and I would recommend
Snapdragons to everyone!

The staff at Snapdragons have done an amazing job, especially in the very challenging year. They have kept our children safe, and the company has communicated extremely well even when the clarity has not been there from the Government.
Our children always look forward to going into the nursery,
which is a testament to the staff and the activities they put on for them!

So pleased that we chose this lovely nursery. Out baby daughter settled immediately and absolutely enjoy is there to bits. The staff know her very well - all of her funny little ways. She enjoys lots of different and interesting activities - much more fun and innovative than what we do at home. She
sleeps and eats well there too, and I have complete confidence in the care that the staff provide. An excellent experience.

Excellent nursery. My daughter loves coming. She skips in and out. She has made lots of friends and always talks fondly of the staff looking after her. She has lots of opportunities to explore and try new things and do lots of messy play!

Our 1-year-old son joined in June 2020, excellent settling in, even with COVID, great staff, excellent communication, our son loves it there. Top class service. Our son has so much fun and is very well looked after. The staff made the transition for our son and us as 1st-time parents very easy as we
were all apprehensive at first. After 2 sessions this was gone due to the brilliant staff.

I am so glad I sent my children to Snapdragons. The staff are all so friendly and do everything they can to support and look after my children. My son was born premature and when he started nursery he was behind other children on his development. Snapdragons went over and above to help him catch up
and I know that his confidence and abilities today are largely due to the perseverance and support of the Snapdragons team. I have recommended Snapdragons to all my friends with young children in the local area and will continue to do so.

I currently have two girls attending Snapdragons Nursery and we have just returned after lockdown. The staff at the nursery are excellent - they care about the children and are attentive to their needs and emotions.
Communication has always been very good from both the nursery staff and head office
(within hours of government announcements there would be an email from the nursery to clarify the impact it had on us/them). We are really grateful for the support they have given us over the last few months in particular - plenty of fun ideas and activities were provided to keep the girls entertained.
Our return to nursery has also been smooth - even with the additional hygiene procedures - and this is mostly because the staff have a great bond with the girls and are experts in the art of distraction!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to others.

We are extremely happy with the care our little boy receives at Snapdragons. Every morning we are greeted by the friendliest of staff; if ever our son is clingy or upset when I leave the breakfast staff are wonderful in settling him and will often call me at work to reassure me that he’s ok.
Our
son has special needs in terms of his diet and the nursery and chefs have gone above and beyond to keep him safe.
The nursery itself is well equipped, with the outside area being particularly impressive. However, I feel it’s the staff which really make the nursery special.
It was my intention at preschool age to move our son closer to where we live, however, I have not been able to find anywhere which came close to the standard of care at Snapdragons.

My little boy joined the baby room in Sept 2019 and has settled in so well. He is always happy to see the staff and beams as soon as we walk to the baby cottage. I am really pleased with how well they care for him. He loves the food in particular and it nearly always says in his book that he has
eaten everything.

Our daughter has only been at nursery for a few weeks, so I can only comment on the settling in process really. I have been very impressed with the overall standard of the nursery. The quality of teaching and learning is high and there is always a fantastic range of activities. After only a few
short weeks, I feel as though the staff have really taken the time to get to know my daughter as an individual and this is consistently reflected in the feedback I receive from staff and in the communication book.

A very good nursery with excellent caring staff with whom I feel very confident leaving my child whilst I work. Great provisions including the new outdoor play area, food provisions and activities for my child to undertake. The care and activities provided have really enabled my child to flourish.

Snapdragons Nursery are really friendly and supportive when in difficult times. They look after my son to an excellent standard as my son has always come home happy. They have helped him to begin walking, as when he joined in February this year, he was unable to walk, roll or babble. I know as a
parent that the nursery is the best one in Keynsham.

Both our children have attended. Boy for 3 years and girl for two years. Both have really enjoyed their time. We feel their time has really helped their learning and social development.

I am really happy with the progress my son has made during his time at Snapdragons.
This is the only nursery I have felt at east whilst leaving my son. Being a single parent, this is hard to find. Thank you for helping my son on his journey, he has come on leaps and bounds.

The boys love the nursery and to be honest, that is the most important thing. Staff helped us help our son settle when he was having trouble.

As a family, we love Snapdragons, they have been so supportive through every stage of our son's progression and the arrival of his new sister.
Teddy's confidence has greatly improved and he has settled into preschool and has made a group of friends.
He goes into nursery jumping and always comes
out with a smile of his face.

All staff are excellent and make sure they provide the best care possible for my daughter. She has been coming to Snapdragons since she was 10 months old and is now 4.
Every member of staff has treated her as an individual and enabled her to grow and learn so much.
The office staff are extremely
helpful and go out of their way to answer all queries and make life as a working mum so much easier.
