Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Bedford

Our daughter has thrived at Monkey Puzzle Bedford. She has been attended since she turned 1, and every morning she is so excited to come in. All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and our daughter has made firm friendships in her peers. Sending her to Monkey Puzzle was the best choice we could have made!

My son loves every second he spends at Monkey Puzzle. The team are lovely, super creative and keep the children entertained all day with really exciting activities. He is well fed and the food they have offers variety and is well balanced. His learning and development has come on leaps and bounds since starting, every week I pick him up he has picked up new skills and words. He loves going and he loves the team that look after him, thats all you can hope for with a nursery!

Everyone is very lovely, not only with kids but parents as well. They keep the real time diary of what my child is doing, what and how much she's eating etc which is very useful. My daughter has also been picking up some new skills since she started going. They are very good with providing nappies and wipes too.

I’m so happy with the nursery, the staff are so helpful and always willing to listen to any concerns. I was very nervous about leaving my child just through my own anxieties, the team have been fantastic at helping me feel more comfortable. They’re amazing and just wonderful people.

Monkey Puzzle, it’s not just a nursery, it’s a home, a family, a warm and welcome place to be. My daughter loves being at nursery. She loves all the teachers as her own mum and this makes me love this nursery. I always want the best for my daughter and everyone from Monkey Puzzle - it’s delivering this every day. I couldn’t ask for anything else. I took the best decision of taking her to Monkey Puzzle from age 1. Monkey Puzzle doesn’t just help my daughter, all staff helped me a lot to deal with a difficult situation I had with my daughter (from teething and late-night sleep to advice on good night sleep that I struggled with). Everyone showed so much support to me and my daughter and I’m so thankful everyday. I would like to thank everyone individual for all the hard work they’ve delivered everyday to make my daughter happy, proactive and dedicated. My daughter learns so much everyday and so do I. I couldn’t ask for anything else.

Amazing team, well informed about my child during the day and what he gets up to. Updates with pictures and activity’s they do in the week and also dress days where they come in pjs or their favourite characters.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle since she was 9 months old and is now preparing to leave for school. I absolutely love the nursery and cannot fault them for all the time and effort they put into looking after my child and helping her to learn and grow. She had learnt so much over the years and I truly believe she wouldn't be the wonderful little girl she is today if it wasn't for the help and support from all the staff at Monkey Puzzle. It's a very loving, clean and fun environment. I can’t recommend them enough!

My daughter always enjoys her time at Monkey Puzzle and loves telling us about all the lovely things she’s done during her sessions. The support my daughter has received, both developmentally with spelling, writing and counting, as well as on a more personal level, including dealing with feelings and emotions, has been fantastic and has really helped her excel and feel ready for big school in September. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my daughter feel welcome and empowered to be herself and grow.

I have two children at Monkey Puzzle, both of them have attended from about 11 months old. My eldest is now in pre-school room and my youngest is in the baby room. I can’t fault this nursery, my kids are so happy and content here. They have so much fun. I’m told the food is delicious and they always seem to have a good variation of healthy options. More recently they have catered to my child’s allergies. They’re cautious with sun cream and sun hats in the summer, but they’re also not afraid to wrap up warm and play outside in the colder months too. I love the parent app, it means I’m kept up to date with what they’re doing and eating through the day, I love getting photo updates too. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Monkey Puzzle have been amazing with my son. The staff team is amazing and I really can't recommend them enough. They have a huge outdoor space and a really great natural garden area. The facilities are really well maintained.

I am so delighted with how the manager and her team have turned this nursery around. The team are all so lovely, engaged, warm and welcoming. My sons love it there and it's just so nice to feel they are being well cared for and nurtured while I'm at work in London. If I could shower them with awards I would. For now, all I'll say is go and visit, I can't recommend the nursery enough.

My son has been looked after so well by the wonderful staff at Monkey Puzzle. He loves to go in each day and do the varied and fun activities and his development has definitely been aided by the learning environment they provide. The staff and management are very attentive to all children, their individual needs and also to all requests and contact with parents.

I particularly like the family app system which allows me to see what my son has been up to in the day and know he is being well cared for whilst I am at work.

I will be using them again for my next child.

Monkey Puzzle is just ace! My little girl has been attending full time since she was 10 months old and she will be 2 in December. She has always been happy to be there from leaving her early in the morning to picking her up in the evening! She just loves to be around the baby room staff and the children. The staff keep her so busy throughout the day and I get to check in on her using the fantastic web portal and learning book they have set up. They upload her daily timeline to reflect what she has been doing during the day and they post lots of pictures so I can always check on how she is doing. The staff are so welcoming and caring and I can just tell my little girl is settled there. I have recommended Monkey Puzzle to a few people and am excited for my little one's transition to there toddler room.

Monkey Puzzles have been absolutely amazing with my son and his SEN. They have supported me emotionally and invested so much of their time to help myself as well as providing extra help for my son. Would recommend them to everyone looking for a friendly and exceptional nursery.

Being a first-time mother and having to go back to work full time I was really reluctant to put my baby girl in a nursery, I viewed 3 or 4 and monkey puzzle was the only one that really stood out to me. My daughter struggles when I drop her off but staff are there straight away to comfort and distract her. She has been going for a couple of months now and whenever I pick her up she is always so content and happy. Compliments to all the wonderful staff in the baby room including the room leader, who has been absolutely fantastic with reassuring myself and making sure my daughter is well looked after. Messy play is heavily encouraged which my daughter loves and they really encourage her to develop herself. I have noticed that my daughter is more keen to try finger food and her motor skills have really improved as the nursery identify areas for development. I am so thankful for having such wonderful people look after my daughter and would definitely recommend.
