New Beginnings Day Nursery Romford

This is an excellent nursery in all aspects. We have found the staff reliable, friendly and very well organised.

As a new parent I was extremely anxious about my child starting nursery, however, the staff, in particular, my child’s key worker at New Beginnings alleviated all my anxieties very quickly. Since starting, my daughter is more social, cruising, and enjoys all the activities she does at nursery. My daughter's key worker and the staff in the room have been outstanding in helping her settle. They have managed to mirror the routine from home which as made settling a smooth transition. The key workers are so patient and loving towards her and I cannot praise all of them enough.

We were extremely lucky to get a place and I would highly recommend New Beginnings.

I would struggle to find fault with the nursery or staff.

Can’t fault the care and professionalism of this nursery, they really do make sure each child is happy when settling in and make sure parents are given feedback as to how their child is while in their care.

There are never any questions that are too big or small for them to answer and the staff are always polite. My children love the food as well, a few good varied menus that cater for all dietary needs.

So glad we’ve had the opportunity to be a part of the New Beginnings family and my advice to parents reading this is put your name down on the waiting list after your 3 month scan.

Absolutely outstanding nursery, the staff are so caring and genuinely seem to love what they do. A lot of time and effort is put in to ensure my son is learning and happy. He has now been given extra help with his talking and all the staff have been involved with helping him. They do wonderfully creative activities and everywhere seems nice and clean. We are so pleased our son attends as he seems to love it and has developed into a confident, happy boy.

I feel so lucky having had both of my children attending this nursery. Six years or so since it has opened its doors the nursery keeps delivering excellent childcare at the highest standard. Clean and safe environment, lovely outdoor area, lovely food menu changing seasonally, professional and friendly staff, most if not all, are first-aiders are some of the features to highlight. Great educational activities,home-links and weekly feedback amongst the other. Every child’s needs are considered individually and the nursery offers an array of support if needed. For example, the nursery staff learned some of the language my son speaks at home and created an individual plan to support the development of his communication skills in English and ability to express his needs and emotions throughout the day at nursery. Needless to say, his confidence rocketed up in no time! But the main thing about this nursery is their consistency in maintaining high standards of care they accomplished! Highly recommended.

Wonderful clean environment, friendly staff and a genuine care and interest in my son. We are always greeted with a smile and the communication journal is excellent, good daily feedback into his progress and well-being. As I prepare for baby number 2, I know we do not have to look any further for a nursery.

My daughter loves nursery and this I believe is a testament to the team and management. Since she started over a year ago I have never had any concerns around the care she receives and her development and confidence has come on so much and I believe this is based on the support she gets whilst attending. After serious consideration, we chose New Beginnings as the nursery for our daughter. We are extremely happy with our decision. The staff are always helpful in providing support and assistance in the development of my daughter's learning and social skills. They do such lovely activities with the children and provide a great structure to their day. We love the outdoor space that is available for the children. The feedback book is an excellent aid in communicating with the teachers in the class - so useful.

The nursery is excellent overall, the safeguarding is excellent and the staff engagement with the parent is awesome.

From the first telephone enquiry we ever made to now, this nursery has always gone above and beyond to provide help to us as parents and an excellent environment within which our child is cared for. They take every aspect of childcare seriously and provide a tailored and personalised approach to the welfare of the little people within their care. We had specific dietary requests for our child and they couldn't have been more supportive of this.

The nursery has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are genuinely caring and approachable. They always have time to help you or have a chat if you need one. Their open and honest policies about how they care for your child makes us as parents very happy. It's most definitely a place for fun and expansion. The building is new and the detail that has gone into the rooms, garden and all the lovely displays shows how the children are well provisioned for.

They really are an excellent provider and we are really happy our child is there.

My children have the opportunity to learn and play. Those two aspects are so important, and I know my children are happy and well settled.

Communication with management has always been good. I’ve had payment issues a couple of times and they were very quick to respond.

Our 15-month-old daughter has been attending nursery since June and has settled in incredibly well. Previously our little boy also attended this nursery so we are thrilled that she will be able to have the same experiences and enjoy her time as much as he did.

Our child has attended New Beginnings Day Nursery Romford since July 2017. In this time we, as parents, have been impressed by the outstanding standard of the nursery and all of the nursery staff. The care provided to our daughter has been excellent and very nurturing, which has made our daughter's induction into nursery much easier, for her and for us! In our experience, New Beginnings takes a child orientated approach, with our daughter's care being very much shaped by her own individual needs where possible. We have also been impressed by how approachable and willing the management and staff have been in discussing any concerns or queries we might have. This was demonstrated in the managements willingness to adapt our daughter's food menu to eliminate food types we would prefer to delay introducing. Overall, New Beginnings is an excellent nursery that has given us, as new parents, great confidence that our precious daughter is in an environment where she can develop and flourish.

My son has been coming to New Beginnings for a few months now. I've been impressed with how quickly he has settled into the sweet pea room. He is happy to go off and play with the staff and is enjoying all the food given to him.

Communication between the staff and parents is also excellent, they always take time to give you the days highlights, any concerns and happy moments.

I would highly recommend the nursery.
