They employ highly qualified, experienced staff to ensure that your children have the best possible care and education.

Storytime is very much a child-led environment, children are encouraged to be independent decision makers from an early age. This in partnership with a 'Key Person' approach helps the transition from home to nursery run smoothly.

Storytime offers an 'open door' policy allowing existing parents and prospective parents to view the nursery at all times. Robust safeguarding and recruitment procedures ensure that the children's safety and welfare are paramount. While all staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Service checks before commencing employment at Storytime.

I've had several children go through Storytime from 2 to preschool.
Storytime has the greatest team. All the staff are great and treat the children as if they were their own.
The lady is super welcoming at the front of house and whether your child is cared for by any of the ladies, you know they're
in safe hands.
I can't recommend it enough.

Our little boy has been going to Storytime since being a baby. He started in the baby room and is now in preschool. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The loveliest team you will ever meet. They treat every child how they would want their own to be treated and they’re friendly, approachable, professional
and understanding. From small thoughtful details to the big things that really matter- they are outstanding in all they do. As a mum who has previously worked in nurseries and sent both of my children to other nurseries before here- I can honestly say that Storytime tops them all. The manager does a fantastic job at running an amazing setting and I know my little one is in the safest of hands and is loved by all the team.

Storytime Private Day Nursery is so welcoming and very accommodating, my son has been going for three years now and loves going. He has so much fun, made great friends and staff are so lovely and have taught him so much over the years. It's a great place to put your little ones, they are in great hands,
they have lots of different varieties of food to offer, separate rooms to accommodate age ranges and a safe outdoor setting with a lot of things to play with. I would recommend Storytime to anybody who is looking for a safe space for their children.

My son attends Storytime Private Day Nursery and has settled in really well, at first he would be upset going in until the manager met us at the door every time he was in and he was happy to go into the manager's arms. H enjoys and looks forward to school and has learnt so much in his short time there.
The nursery continues to support him into his next steps and is, overall, great at working with the parents and children. They are also great at working with the community to raise awareness of things going on in the world, e.g. this week is Chinese New Year so the children get to go in dressed in red and try new foods. I have nothing bad to say about Storytime and thank them for taking care of my little boy.

I have a child at Storytime and another one attended before him. It is the hardest thing to leave your children and trust others to care for them, this nursery has loved and cared for them as if they were members of their own families. The staff are amazing, welcoming and they get to know your child,
so that they can cater for their needs. It says it all when they love going in and don't want to leave, it speaks volumes about how they are treated. Both of my children have flourished here and I will be forever glad I chose this nursery.

My two children both go to Storytime and absolutely love it; the staff are amazing, each and every one of them are friendly and caring, it’s a lovely environment to be in, my children don’t want to come home when I collect them because they’ve been so busy having fun! My oldest daughter also attended
this nursery eleven years or so ago! I would a million per cent recommend to anyone!

Both of my children currently attend Storytime Nursery and really love it.
The staff overall are very friendly, thoughtful and caring towards my children.
I feel confident leaving, knowing they are in safe hands.
I think they would benefit from better technology and an online system for updating
parents on their child’s progress regularly, especially as they approach school years.

Storytime is a fabulous nursery, brilliantly run, and they are amazing with the little ones. They have always gone above and beyond for my two boys, both of whom have thrived and blossomed from being at Storytime. My eldest is awaiting an autism diagnosis, and from noticing the signs in the beginning
and making his initial referral - right through to supporting him after he had left and started reception, the manager, Senco and all the staff were truly fabulous with him and also support me. My youngest still attends and runs into the nursery with a big smile on his face every day! I’m so glad I made the choice to send my boys to Storytime; thank you for everything you do! 10/10!

I absolutely love this nursery and its very caring, approachable, experienced and attentive staff.
This was my original number one choice for my son (who will be turning two at the end of June) for when I returned to work following my maternity leave when he was 9-months-old, however, as I was unable
to offer set days, he, unfortunately, couldn’t get a place.
I sent him to another nursery (which I will not name) and chose to move my son as soon as I was given set days at work as I felt his nursery wasn’t doing enough for him in terms of his learning and development. And what a difference this has made! He has come on leaps and bounds in terms of speech, gross motor skills, etc! It is obvious the staff at Storytime truly love their jobs and genuinely care about the children there. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

Brilliant nursery and staff. I am a first-time mum and was very nervous to send my baby to the nursery, but the manager and the girls were very reassuring and made sure my son was comfortable. He was hard work at first, but the girls were very patient with him, and now he loves it. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. I can’t explain how much this nursery has helped my little boy. The staff are friendly and make you feel like family. They go above and beyond and help in any way they can no matter what the situation is. We had trouble finding the right nursery for our son as he has medication, but
this is by far the best nursery he has attended. The communication between staff and parents is fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing nursery, my little boy has come on leaps and bounds and it's all down to the amazing staff in the nursery. Everyone is so polite and friendly and I wouldn't want my child to go anywhere else. I've got another little one on the way and I know for sure she will be going to this nursery.

What a nursery! All these lovely people will go above and beyond for you and your child. My son is a full-time child and has been since he was 1. He is now turning 4 and I couldn’t have chosen a better group of amazing people for him to grow up with.

My 1-year-old daughter has been at Storytime for 2 months now and wow! What a difference it has made! She is a very shy little girl but going to this nursery has helped so much with her social skills. She has developed so much in such a short time and comes home saying a new word to me every day! My
Daughter has some medical issues in regards to swallowing and digestion, the staff have been amazing with giving her prescribed medication and meals are always suitable for her dietary needs. The staff are so caring towards my daughter and communication is excellent. I am so glad I chose Storytime for my little girl she loves going to nursery.

The manager and the team are welcoming and caring professionals who look after the kids as if they were their own. Throughout Covid they have focused on creating a safe and secure environment to provide normality to the Kids and have provided a phased journey back to normality as restrictions were lifted.
My daughters have learnt so much and been well prepared for starting their journey into "big school" and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a place for their child to go to.

Throughout the past year and up to present day, the staff team at Storytime has coped fantastically during Covid conditions. At times, this has been a struggle for them, but they never let any parents down and pulled together. My son has thrived there, and I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

As my son was a lockdown baby, I was so nervous sending him to nursery but got a good feeling from Storytime from the first time I enquired with them.
The staff are brilliant, and my son loves going here two afternoons a week; he always has fun, and it’s helped him become more confident - I just wish
I could send him more!
I would very much recommend Storytime to anyone looking for a nursery in the area.
