Chrysalis Day Nursery & Pre-school

Chrysalis Day Nursery is such a happy and caring environment for the children. My son couldn't be happier at nursery. He learns so much and is thriving.

We adore Chrysalis Nursery and all the staff. Our son is so happy and thriving. He has learnt so much and made great friendships and close bonds with his caregivers. I'm quite an anxious mum in terms of worrying about his safety and well-being but I have felt 100% at ease and trusting of his care from day one. A pleasure to have this reassurance going back to work. And the socials held for families and parents is the icing on the cake. We all feel looked after and one happy community.

My two children have been at this nursery and preschool for the past three years and I cannot fault it. The staff are so friendly and caring towards the children and go above and beyond to help them to develop and enjoy their time at nursery. The activities and facilities for the children are great and the updates provided through the app are insightful and frequent. They are continuously making improvements and bringing new ideas to engage the children, such as play equipment in the garden, gardening in the summer, themed activities throughout the year relating to the season or holiday, events such as a summer fun day and Christmas Santa grotto. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My three children have attended this wonderful setting and have thrived. The eldest two have transitioned to school and were so well prepared by the caring and nurturing staff at Chrysalis. The activities they do are so inspiring and they are so happy going in. The management are so helpful and caring, always willing to support the staff and children. The learning environments are lovely and always being updated with inspiring resources.

Chrysalis is an excellent childcare provider and educational facility. Both of our children are joyously happy there. They are treated with respect, warmth and love. Their interests are encouraged, and their relationship to learning has been nurtured from the beginning. Both embrace new things readily, and our oldest has just started school with great positivity and confidence. This is down to the extraordinary early years practitioners who go above and beyond to give the children the best start possible.

Having looked at a number of nurseries in our area, we chose Chrysalis at Loughton Cricket Club. We were not disappointed. Our daughter has received first-class learning and nurturing. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough; great care, healthy food, and attentive staff. We will miss Chrysalis when she leaves.

Our daughter has excelled since starting Chrysalis Day Nursery. The whole team are amazing and take excellent care of our daughter. Her social and vocabulary skills have improved massively. The team ease my mind and answer any questions we have.

We really love this nursery. The staff are very friendly and we can see a lot of improvement in our son's development. He always learns new things and is happy to share them with all the family.

Extremely professional staff who really care about the children. The activities are varied and fun and keep them entertained. My son runs in every morning and is always sad to leave.

I have full confidence that my daughter (who currently attends) is happy and loved and well looked after each day - she runs in with a smile on her face and I can't think of a better review than that.

We've noticed that since starting at Chrysalis Day Nursery our daughter's eating has really improved. She is much more willing to try different flavours and textures which she wouldn't have done before starting at the nursery.

My toddler always leaves with clean clothes and is really happy when picked up. He is fed very well and the food is very nutritious.

We are delighted with the care and learning opportunities provided by the nursery. We cannot fault it at all. The staff are professional and caring and know our son so well. He loves nursery, and as a family, we are delighted with our choice.

I can’t recommend Chrysalis enough.

My main concern with them being twins is that they would be "treated as one" but this has definitely not been the case. They have grown and developed as individual children and are encouraged to form friendships with other children as twins can tend to stick together which is great but I didn't want them isolating themselves away from others at nursery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chrysalis, it is a fantastic nursery.

We have used Chrysalis for both of our children and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff are caring and friendly and the children are stimulated with a variety of activities.

Staff at preschool went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and safe. Her English improved a lot in good time, staff are open and friendly. They actually listen to you and communicating with you on great levels. I love this place so much, my younger kids will attend this place too.

As a new mother returning to work and having to leave my 11 mth old for the 1st time, I was both sad and anxious like most new mothers; how would my little one cope without me? Would she be bored? Would she miss me? Chrysalis Day Nursery totally alleviated all my fears. After a 2 week settling in period, my child was already beginning to wave me off smiling and laughing. She absolutely loves Chrysalis and I can only put that down to the kindness of the staff and the activities which they do with them on a daily basis which stops them from having even a second to miss their mummies.

The staff are incredibly helpful and have always happily answered every query I have had. Every evening when I pick my child up they take the time to talk me through her day, what she has eaten, what she has done which is something I really appreciate.

I would recommend Chrysalis to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

My daughter loves her days spent at Chrysalis Nursery. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and approachable. I feel my daughter is in a safe, caring and fun environment. The emphasis on learning through play is fantastic and there is always a wide variety of activities for the children. My daughter especially loves taking part in music and movement and stretch and grow, playing in the home corner and dressing up. I couldn't be happier with the progress my daughter has made since joining Chrysalis Nursery and I would highly recommend Chrysalis Nursery to friends and family.
