My 2.4-month-old has been attending for almost a year now. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care that every single member of staff provides to my little girl. The staff are lovely and calm, the environment is calm and full of learning opportunities. My little one has learned many new words,
loves her routines at nursery and is incredibly independent for her age (insists on feeding herself, taking the empty plate to the kitchen and understands to help tidy up her own toys, started going potty whilst at nursery etc) all this thanks to the brilliant staff at Banana Moon. The food is cooked in their own kitchen and changing menus are posted on the wall. This is the best start in life a little one could have. I get updates throughout her session with photos and observations on the nursery app. Staff set up different environments with various practical activities throughout the day and little ones go outdoors every day. I could not ask for more.

All the staff at Banana Moon, Mere Green are very friendly and helpful.
When we though our child may need some additional support, all staff were very comforting and helpful. Action was taken straight away to support. They always keep the activities and environments engaging, creative and fun.

We have been really impressed with the staff, they are very friendly and caring towards the children and communicate well with parents.
The structured approach to activities is very beneficial for our child's development.
Our child really enjoys the lovely meals provided. The only downside is the
lack of outdoor space, which can't be helped - however the nursery make up for this with the programme of activities inside.

Our son has been attending for over a year now and we have been so impressed with the care he receives. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond. We always feel up to date with the things he is doing throughout the day, and it is clear to see the creativity and thought that
goes into the activities. The kitchen is fantastic, making sure to cater to the dietary requirements of our son, taking a load off our mind.
The nursery is incredibly well run and we would highly recommend.

This is my second child at Banana Moon and just like my first experience, this has been excellent. The staff are warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The nursery is light and bright and stimulating for little ones. The atmosphere is really lovely, the food options are fabulous. My daughter has settled
in well and come on leaps and bounds thanks to all the hard-working staff. Highly recommend, fab nursery.

The baby room has incredibly caring and knowledgeable early-year professionals working alongside other staff in the room. The caring team is creative and hard-working. My little boy has learnt so much! Great own kitchen onsite. The baby room has a separate sleeping room with cots which is another point
that stands them apart from other nurseries. The nursery occupies a purpose-built building which provides great indoor space, rather than lounge size rooms I have seen in other nurseries. Personally important to me that shoes are taken at the door before entering the baby room.

My daughter recently started at the nursery and she's settled in really quickly. The team are lovely and so friendly. There is a great range of activities and facilities. They take security seriously and the food is of great quality. It's easy to stay in touch with their app. Highly recommend.

Great nursery, lots of interesting activities for little ones, attentive management and welcoming staff. We have experienced baby room, toddlers and preschool, there are lots of children so lots going on. Would recommend if you want your child to experience a larger setting to prepare them for school

My daughter started nursery at 4-months at Banana Moon; she’s now 6-months old. She beams every time we walk into the baby room. The staff are really attentive and take really good care of her; they also update you on the app during the day with photos and what she has eaten, so useful. The manager
on our first visit went above and beyond with our question list and took the time to really answer them. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Love location, in house kitchen and opening hours personally and friendly professional staff.
All three of my children attended the nursery at different ages across three rooms.
Lots to play and various activities during the whole day alongside the early learning curriculum.

I have one child currently in babymoon, and another child who attended preschool last year. Both children have absolutely loved Banana Moon Mere Green and have really been cared for and looked after. The staff are friendly, considerate and understanding of individual children’s needs. The play and learning
activities help child development, and staff encourage continued learning. The meals and snacks are nutritious and homemade as both children have loved the food at nursery! The app is a great way of keeping updated on activities during the day with photos and key moments, which is lovely. I highly recommend Banana Moon Mere Green, and thanks to all the staff for the great organisation.

My son has just moved into the toddler room from the baby room and my daughter also attended the setting. We are absolutely delighted with the service provided. It is an extremely organised nursery and all of the staff are lovely and caring.
My son is always happy to go in and the staff really know
his personality. He has really come along since he started attending.
Parents are kept updated on the children’s activities and the standard of food provided is excellent.
My daughter has just started school and the staff made sure she was ready for the transition.
A lovely nursery and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My daughter has just left the nursery to go to school. She still talks about the staff and says about how much she misses them. This says it all! Fantastic nursery. Only good things to say and highly recommend it. The staff are excellent, so caring, friendly and fun. Lovely food as well!

We are really happy with the provision of care for our daughter and our son at Banana Moon Mere Green. They always come out beaming after fun-filled and varied days and we are happy that the menu offers them balanced and nutritious food. We are particularly encouraged by conversations we have with staff
about our children: staff demonstrate a strong understanding of their characters which demonstrates the level of individual care and attention achieved. Whatever the additional needs presented by our children (e.g. teething phases/selective eating phases) the staff go out of their way to accommodate them and make them comfortable and they keep us well informed.

Banana Moon Mere Green has looked after both our daughters who have moved through each of their rooms. The staff are caring and have built good bonds with our girls, and the communications via the app and conversations are detailed and helpful. The food provided on-site is great (ours prefer it to eating
at home I think!) and there’s been a real range and depth to the activities that take place, no mean feat especially during Covid. Speaking of Covid the nursery has taken all necessary steps and is open as often and whenever it is able to.
I’d highly recommend the nursery.

We were really lucky to find Banana Moon Mere Green at the start of the COVID pandemic. The whole team have been brilliant throughout. Excellent communications through these turbulent times, always keeping us informed and ensuring that they do everything they keep children attending and safe. Our daughter
really enjoys her time in the pre-school room. A huge variety of activities keep her occupied - although she does report that it can get ‘too loud’ which we presume is because everyone is having lots of fun. Although the outside space is limited, the kids get an opportunity to run around every day and the make the most of the room they have. The use of the app helps us feel connected with what is going on in the nursery and it works really well.
Special mention to the cooks (who are known by name in our household). They not only seem to produce tasty and healthy meals but (by all accounts) engage with the kids and are really part of the team.
