Kids Planet Prestwich was rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in 2015, for the third consecutive time and not only provides the highest standard of nursery childcare and education but also a unique environment in which children are actively encouraged to explore, learn and to interact with others.

The nursery is purpose-built and has beautiful open plan rooms, secure outdoor play areas and also a separate roof terrace playground for pre-school children. The focus is on a stimulating environment where children can learn through play, with a separate approach for the different age groups.

Carers look to work in partnership with parents, tailoring services to suit any specific needs they or their children might have. Individual development is crucial and staff prepare children for the new challenges they will experience when they start school.

What a fantastic nursery! Our son has not long left the preschool room and our daughter is currently in the toddler's room. Both kids started around age 11 months and have loved every day at nursery.
The staff in all of the rooms are so nurturing and caring. The kids absolutely love going there and
we've not had any issues with settling in. We know they're so well looked after. The app is brilliant, it keeps us updated through the day with photos and meals/naps etc and we get a full rundown of the day when we pick up.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We love Kids Planet Prestwich! We've sent two kids there now and both have thrived/are thriving. The staff are absolutely incredible and treat the kids like family. The food always smells amazing in the morning when dropping off and both have not only eaten everything given there but sometimes have
more than one portion which is unheard of at home.
The outdoor space for all age groups is fantastic and the best we've seen from any of the nurseries we looked at when making a decision and the kids get loads of outdoor time which is fantastic.

Staff are always friendly and approachable. The information and updates are always handed over in a timely manner through various means either verbally, in-app or by email. My daughter always looks forward to attending, enjoying playing and learning, and enjoys the large variety of meals provided.

Really pleased that we chose Kids Planet Prestwich for our little boy. All the staff are really friendly and approachable and know my child well. They have been very accommodating with my child's needs. The nursery is a lovely purpose-built building which provides very well for the children. Communication

A fantastic nursery! Beautiful, modern and spotless. An incredible garden, fab activities, amazing food and the staff just go above and beyond in every way. My daughter started in babies, has gone through tots, is just leaving toddlers and going up to preschool, I'll be gutted when she leaves! Couldn't

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Prestwich for the past 3 years and absolutely loves it. The staff are wonderful - they build such a lovely relationship with the children and genuinely care about their well-being. Communication is great, we always receive a very quick response to any emails
sent to management in the office. The quality of food is excellent and has really helped my daughter to be more adventurous with trying new foods. They are great with catering for allergies/intolerances - my daughter is intolerant to wheat and dairy and she still has very similar meals (if not the equivalent) to the other children. Activities are varied and well thought out with occasional walks to the local church or park. A great, safe, outdoor space for each room to play separately and a large car park - have always managed to get a parking spot no matter what the time. Would highly recommend to parents looking at nurseries in this area!

My child has been at this nursery almost 2 years and is very settled and happy. His key worker is very understanding of his needs, but there have been times when other staff have been less supportive (particularly around potty training). Clear communication through the app and on pick up. Great range
of activities for the children’s playtime.

All staff at the nursery have gone above and beyond to help my daughter settle in comfortably. They have been patient with her and always make sure she is happy and content. As my daughter is speech delayed, they have set things in place to make sure she catches up and always encourage her. I cannot

We can’t thank the staff at Kids Planet enough for helping our little boy settle into the baby room. As a breastfed, non-walking, rather sensitive little one we were really apprehensive about sending him off to nursery. The staff in the baby room made the settling in process easy and our little one
now goes to the staff for cuddles and comfort as he would family. The food offered is varied and they cater for my son’s dairy allergy well. The extended opening hours are also really helpful for us as we work long days.

Our son has been with Kids Planet Prestwich since March 2023 when he joined the baby room. We receive consistent updates on his progress, daily activities, events at the nursery and of course his food/drink intake. We’re really pleased with the commitment of his key workers and the bonds they create
so the children can confidently develop. I love the six-seater buggy for tots, so they can go on day trips, and the creative ideas for events such as a spa day and themed craft activities.

A massive "thank you" for the truly wonderful experience our daughter enjoyed at Kids Planet Prestwich. For the past three and a half years that our daughter attended, she has been privileged to be on the receiving end of the highest standard of nursery education and care. The nursery practitioners
she has got to know from baby room to pre-school are so switched on and genuinely care about the children who attend, exhibiting a real warmth towards the children. Our daughter has progressed so well and enjoyed coming to nursery, settling into each room very well - a testament to the professionalism and dedication of the team. The quality of food is second to none with freshly prepared and wholesome menus with a great variety of dishes. This has opened our daughter's eyes (and mouth!) to some dishes that she probably wouldn't have had at home and she has loved the food. Last but not least, thank you to the management team who help set the culture to begin with.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Planet Prestwich since she was 8 months old - and is now in the pre school room.
I cannot recommend the nursery enough - the activities are so varied and fun, lots of outdoor time and the staff are all very friendly, approachable and caring.
The meal times are
healthy and interesting - and my daughter loves attending!

Our one year old attends the baby room. The staff are absolutely fantastic and she loves them! After only being cared for by family prior to this, they supported her to settle very quickly and always respond to any queries efficiently and effectively. We get a monthly review of her progress in addition
to daily updates. She eats very well with fresh homemade food each day and I would strongly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has been going to Kids Planet since December. She loves going and gets very excited when she sees the staff in the baby room. The staff are fantastic so kind and caring, you can see how much joy being with the kids gives them. They take the children's learning so seriously and encourage
the children to learn through play. The updates you get on the app are so reassuring and I can see that our daughter is genuinely happy there. Sometimes the IT goes down and you get handwritten notes on what they have been doing which is lovely but no communication that the tablet is down so can be a bit worrying but I trust the staff completely.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Prestwich since she turned 1 and was attending tots (now in toddlers), from a parent's outside point of view, it is an amazing nursery and my daughter has progressed so much since attending. For the price, it is worth it for my daughter's development and progression
and I wouldn’t change it for the world! So happy my daughter is attending Kids Planet Prestwich!

I would highly recommend this nursery. Since our first time visiting we felt welcome, the staff are friendly and my son loves it. He is thriving here and has great bonds with his carers. The food menus are exciting for those little taste buds to explore and the activities are varied throughout the day.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kids Planet. The room staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
