We have been pleased with the service provided. Our daughter loves her time here and is progressing well. The staff know her well and care for her, keeping us well informed daily. Management are knowledgeable and communicates well.

I have only put very poor for value for money because I think all childcare is too expensive, the staff deserve to be paid at least what they are. The solution is that all childcare should be more heavily subsidised by the government.

I am fine with the Faversham branch nursery, my second child goes there. The staff are very nice and friendly, looking after kids. The management always will help with any issues and will make sure everything is solved. My kid is happy there.

We absolutely love the nursery. There have been some issues recently with staff changes but I realise it's an industry-wide issue. The staff at our child's nursery are wonderful - we adore them. They're kind and caring and help with spelling and learning other skills.

My son has been going to the nursery since he was nine months and is now two years old. He absolutely loves it there and the level of care and love he receives is second to none. He has a key person but all the staff really bond with the children. He knows their names and they all know him and say hi to him even if they aren't in his room. They did have some staffing issues but apart from a drop in App updates, which is now much better, the care level never dropped. He is coming on leaps and bounds under their teaching and we are so pleased.

Staff are committed to the growth and development of my children. They work hard to know my children well, in order to meet both their emotional and developmental needs. They are all well-trained and clearly committed to ongoing training for staff. Both of my children love coming to Townsend and often talk happily about the activities they participated in and what they have learned. Staff communicate well regarding the needs of my children, what they are learning and how I can support their learning from home. What I especially like is how the nursery fosters a strong sense of community for parents and children who attend. A highlight is the extracurricular activities that my children get to participate in (rugby and yoga), which they love! Would highly recommend them.

Staff are friendly and really take an interest in my child. They provide a great range of activities and experiences for the children and let the child lead in what they want to take part in. They also share what children have been doing daily, which is great for talking about the day in the evenings.
