The staff are wonderful. My daughter absolutely loves her time there, she even wants to go on her days off. I feel highly informed of any issues or milestones that my daughter reaches. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with this nursery. My son started here at 1 year old and the staff were instantly fantastic, so kind, caring and genuinely invested in his progress and development. I always feel reassured he is in safe hands and get great updates throughout the day. My son's key workers - Lauren and
Michelle - and the rest of the team in the Bluebells room - are so lovely and supportive. Great food and meals, great range of activities. Would highly recommend

Our experience with this nursery has been absolutely amazing since day one. Our daughter started when she was 9 months old, Michelle and Lauren were incredible with her (nursery feels like a scary place to navigate when you've got to hand your small baby over). I have always felt like my daughter
was in very safe hands.
Now in the toddler area, she's looked after by her amazing key workers, and they're a part of our family now! We have nothing but positive things to say about everyone. They've helped her through all developmental milestones and I always get a funny story about something she's done that day!
The food menu is incredible, they eat like kings and queens.
My daughter loves the outdoor space there and we get lots of photos of her enjoying the sandpit.
The app is great for updates, photos and snapshots of activities they've been up to.
I can't recommend this nursery enough - in fact, we'll be sad for her to leave!

I always feel comfortable leaving my child at the nursery, they have some many lovely activities set up for the children and the outdoor space is in valuable for them.
The staff, especially in my child's room, are super kind and caring, I couldn't fault them.
I have had two children at the
nursery now and would always recommend it.

My 2 children attend Townsend Montessori. One since January 2024 and other January 2025. They have BOTH come on brilliantly and whenever I have had a problem, they've always been there to help and put plans in place to help. I have never been so grateful to have such amazing staff. Definitely
recommend!

My little boy started at the nursery in December 2023 and loves it. He is involved in lots of activities each day and it is great that he gets to spend so much time outdoors. All the staff care about the children and work hard to ensure all children are involved in activities. I couldn't be happier
with my choice and as the nursery is slightly larger than the nursery my child went to previously, it has meant that they are able to accommodate extra sessions when needed, which was impossible at the previous nursery.

Overall a great experience. Both children have had a positive experience. They have made great friends, and learn key developmental topics in a playful environment.
Since being taken over, the changes haven't always suited - the times of meals have meant our toddler comes home hungry, and fee
increases are understandable yet the times of sessions aren't adjustable. Little communication from head office regarding government childcare hours, fee breakdowns etc.
The staff and nursery are fantastic, the company can improve.

Our son has been at the nursery since 10 months. He’s now 2two. He’s very happy there, and the team in Poppies' room is great. One lady does a fantastic job looking after him. I’d recommend the nursery to other parents.

The nursery has been a pleasure for my son to go to. He has enjoyed going to the nursery and has come very far since going. He made some amazing bonds with the staff at the nursery. However, I noticed some staff didn’t communicate with each other regarding key children. My child is toilet trained;
however, was left in a nappy for hours without staff noticing - this was not the first time. Apart from that, I have never had a problem with the staff there.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Townsend Montessori Nursery. From the moment we enrolled our 1-year-old daughter, the staff have been incredibly supportive, attentive and nurturing. Our daughter has flourished under their care, quickly settling in and feeling right at home.
The
emphasis on Montessori principles has been evident in every aspect of her development. Not only has she begun to speak and express herself more confidently, but she's also taken her first steps with the encouragement and guidance of the dedicated staff.
The environment at Townsend Montessori Nursery is warm, inviting and conducive to learning and exploration. We've been amazed at the progress our daughter has made in such a short time, and we credit the staff for their dedication and expertise.
We couldn't recommend Townsend Montessori Nursery highly enough to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child's early development.

My daughter has come on a lot with her speech and confidence. The regular updates are good, as you know what activities they are doing. The staff always update you as well and have always got time to talk to you about your child and support the child to the best of their needs.

I would highly recommend this nursery!
Our daughter has been attending since October ‘23 (aged 2), and she has come a long way in her development! We get regular updates with photos and day-to-day activities, which is very reassuring!
The staff are so lovely and are so supportive.

My daughter is in the Bluebells Room and has been since she was 9 months old. Her key worker is a credit to the team, and the bond she has with my daughter is wonderful. She makes me feel like my daughter is safe and truly cared for. The workers at Montessori are very professional and personable.

Overall great experience, my son is always happy to go, play and learn. He has made incredible progress in all areas since he joined. The staff are very nice and always willing to help and support the child and parents, should there be such a need. I highly recommend the nursery.

The staff here are amazing with the children. The nursery is a lovely environment to be in and has a great atmosphere. My child is so happy and content here after such a short space of time attending the setting and has settled incredibly well. Daily updates are also really good, and it's so nice to
see what my child has been doing. So many new skills have been gained, and my child’s speech has come on leaps and bounds, along with counting and identifying colours. Overall, I couldn’t ask for more.

Our daughter loves this nursery. The amount of activities is amazing and the staff really do care about the children. I feel confident leaving my child here knowing she is safe and well cared for. My only wish is there was a more flexible pattern for shift working families, other than that it's an

This is my child's last year at the nursery and I couldn't be happier. No problems with the staff or running of the nursery. My son has come a long way since he first started, his confidence has grown massively and is always happy to go into nursery.

Fantastic staff and setting. Very supportive re resolving issues. My daughter is extremely happy here and takes part in so many activities including the usual painting, learning etx but also rugbytots, little kickers, and dance.

My son absolutely loves nursery. All the staff are fantastic and clearly adore my son, and he adores them back. A truly lovely place to send him. Staff are all aware of his food allergies and always make sure to keep him safe, by giving him something different, or similar.

My child loves going to nursery and the staff are so lovely and supportive.
They attend to my child’s specific needs and stick to routines we have at home e.g. sleep times.
They are also very attentive and supportive of my child’s special educational needs.
