Best are great, they have adapted really well to the extreme measures with Covid-19 and I feel that my daughter is as safe as possible and well looked after when I drop her off. Best adapt well to new changes, such as bringing in new lighting for the car park for drop off and pick up, making sure they update the app much more regularly so we can see how the children are getting on and what they are doing, providing us with food menus and generally keeping us informed at pick up and drop off. The staff turnover does worry me a little, although all the new staff members are great and seem to have a good induction plan that doesn't unsettle the children too much. My daughter doesn't seem phased at all about having new key workers, but she is older and this may have been unsettling when she was younger.

In general, I would highly recommend Best to other parents, it's a great nursery!

Best is wonderful. One of my children has just left for school and was so well prepared by Best. The other is still there.
They have a gentle and nurturing approach with so many fun activities, music, creativity and stories, and they have excellent resources for the children. It feels like a big happy loving family at the nursery.
The forest school method is great and the children have the opportunity to have ‘trips’ into the local community.
There are lovely cosy spaces created for rest within the nursery, that the children can access whenever they want at a time to suit them. My son's favourite used to be a boat filled with quilts and pillows!
The parent app is well developed and used regularly.
The food is healthy and varied and definitely supports healthy eating in toddlers.
The staff are all lovely and very committed to making the children feel comfortable whilst also challenging them with new experiences.

I couldn’t recommend it more!

My son has attended Nursery for the past five months, I have been really impressed so far with the whole experience especially in light of Covid and being Covid secure.
Even though I am not allowed to enter the nursery during drops off and collections because of Covid there is nothing as a parent I feel I am missing out on due to the online systems that enable me to see activities throughout the day and provides in-depth information about development and progress and it's so easy to use.

The staff are so friendly and feedback at the end of each day is always personal to my child nothing is too much trouble for the team and most importantly they are all so smiley and welcoming.

Whilst I felt the baby room provided very good care, unfortunately, we were not impressed with the care in the 2+ room. We felt that the space was too small for the amount of children there and there were not enough staff. The space was chaotic and it was not possible to adequately keep a close eye on all the children. On several occasions, the staff failed to notice when my son soiled himself and I collected him wet. He was potty trained at home. He once cut his head and none of the staff could tell us how he did it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your kind words regarding the 0-2 room. I am however disappointed with your comments regarding the 2+ room. During your time at Best Childcare, we never received any communications from yourselves regarding any of these issues, so these...

Our daughter has been at Best a year now and she has flourished during that time. She loves her days in the nursery and they have helped to make her a happy and confident little girl. The staff are very friendly and caring and seem to take the time to develop good bonds with the children. Would definitely recommend Best Childcare to anyone looking for a nursery for their precious little ones.

The nursery provides a variety of activities for the children through play.
Children are taught a variety of languages to expand their understanding and vocabulary.
The Forest School adaptation is excellent to interlink the outside world to learning experiences.

Staff are great with the children and getting parents involved with the 'parent station'.

After visiting 5 other nurseries we were very happy with our decision to put our daughter into Best Nursery. They have a forestry school ethos taking the children out regularly and teaching the children about their natural surroundings. They have music education, drama and dancing every week as well as healthy vegetarian meals. The staff are always smart, caring and conscientious when it comes to all the children and were more than happy to accommodate any special requirements you ask for which they have done with us.

Our daughter comes home every day with something new she has learnt from Best.

They are so professional and caring and passionate about the children and their learning. Every day there are lovely activities for the children to enjoy and explore, including external activities out and about their local community. The management ensure their high standards are understood and correlate with great care of the children. Thank you!

Our boys are very happy here and always have been since they both started aged 9 months. They cheer in the morning about going to nursery and often don't want to leave in the evening. The quality of teaching in a fun and engaging way is excellent, both boys are developing strong numeracy and phonics. The regular walking trips out from nursery to visit local parks/library/temple/building sites etc are always a highlight.

I believe that love and family matter, which is at the core of our nursery ethos and that every child and family feel this as they walk through our front gate.

All children are inspiring and it's my role to support them in their continuous learning and progression while recognizing the unique needs of every child.
