Little Hands Day Care - Amblecote

We couldn’t have chosen anywhere better for our little boy. It is so reassuring knowing he is in safe hands and is cared for so well.

When I look back at photos from August 2022 to now and see how much she's developed, physically, emotionally and mentally, it makes me so proud and happy to know that we made the right decision with our nursery choice.

My daughter has attended Little Hands for nearly 3 years and has been there since she was a baby. This is an amazing nursery! As an Early Years practitioner myself I have a huge appreciation for the way in which they challenge the children academically with well thought-out provision, outdoor learning and key group activities. More importantly though, they provide such a high level of nurture and care for the children it’s like a home away from home. I have always felt my daughter is in extremely good hands, we have had a good relationship with all key workers and they never mind going the extra mile to ensure both the child and the parents are happy. Through my job role and as a parent I have seen a lot of nurseries in the local area and this one is gold dust! We highly recommend Little Hands Amblecote and will be sad to say goodbye in September when our little one goes to big school.

We were always updated every day with what they had been upto in the setting and their development has come on leaps and bounds since they started. They have given our children the best start to life and start to their learning journey.

My son has attended Little Hands since April 23. My daughter previously attended here in 2017. They have always cared for my children extremely well. My son currently loves attending and is full of stories of his day when I collect him. He in particular loves playing in their garden. They take the children into the garden a couple of times a day. All activities provided in the toddler room are of a high standard and the children are always well engaged. The meals offered are of fantastic choice and offer lots of healthy nutrients. I am kept up to date with everything my child does via an app which is updated throughout the day. I receive observations and lots of photos.

We are overall very pleased with this establishment.

The communication we receive as parents is spectacular. Emails and phone calls are always followed up promptly which for a parent is really reassuring and comforting. For us the positive communication and the personable approach that we receive from Little Hand really sets them apart from other settings in the area, making them our number 1 choice of childcare.

Great so far!

Our son has been attending Little Hands Day Care for over 9 months and has so much fun! It has been amazing to see him progress, learn new skills and forge relationships with staff and his peers. We love being able to view his online diary via their app to see what exciting things he has been doing/eating and receiving pictures (great to view throughout the day). The staff are amazing and are so kind and caring and the Baby Room feels like a home from home which is just the environment that we wanted. We are so happy that we picked this nursery!

Well, what can I say about Little Hands? Only that it is absolutely fantastic. I'm a first-time mother whose son started in September 2023, my son has a developmental speech delay and I was incredibly anxious about him being away from me for the first time. However, Little Hands have completely put my mind at ease. He is absolutely loving his nursery experience, and the changes in him already compared to a few months ago are absolutely outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, and can't do enough for you. The use of the app is fantastic too as I love to see what my little one is up to during the day. I just know by him attending this nursery, he is going to thrive. Thank you Little Hands!
