We can tell she loves going in each day and engaging in different activities, her social skills have developed so well as a result. I love seeing the videos and photos of the variety of things she gets involved in each day as she's always smiling and involving herself - her confidence has grown so much.
When I look back at photos from August 2022 to now and see how much she's developed, physically, emotionally and mentally, it makes me so proud and happy to know that we made the right decision with our nursery choice.

I have always felt my daughter is in extremely good hands, we have had a good relationship with all key workers and they never mind going the extra mile to ensure both the child and the parents are happy. We highly recommend Little Hands Amblecote and will be sad to say goodbye in September when our little one goes to big school.

get to know my son. The nursery itself is absolutely spotless and there are some great resources for the children to learn from. The menu is great with always healthy choices for the children. Updates are provided on the app throughout the day in a very timely manner and have good detail. The nursery management team are hands-on and is very quick to come back to you with any questions or queries. A great nursery!

You can tell that the staff absolutely love what they do and the children's happiness, well-being and learning journey are their first priorities. Every single morning we were always greeted with a friendly, happy, face and the children were always happy to go through the door, excited to see what the day brought them at Little Hands.
We were always updated every day with what they had been upto in the setting and their development has come on leaps and bounds since they started. They have given our children the best start to life and start to their learning journey.

The meals offered are of fantastic choice and offer lots of healthy nutrients. I am kept up to date with everything my child does via an app which is updated throughout the day. I receive observations and lots of photos.

to detail when creating educational tasks for all age levels. Sustainability is always on their minds and that shows in the learning activities and also the outside area where the children play. They have a forest area where kids can explore and get dirty which is what being a kid is all about.
The office and management staff are really approachable and quick at responding to any inquiries.

All the staff are always so happy and welcoming. Both children have always run through the doors into their rooms, more than happy to wave us off in the morning (if we even get so much as a glance back!). The secure and loving relationships that they have built not only with their key people but the wider teams are heartwarming to see.
The additional support we have had beyond the day-to-day standard care has been phenomenal too. When our daughter broke her leg, the level of concern and care shown by everyone was wonderful. And the amount of time the SENCO and others have spent with us discussing the concerns we've had about our son's potential additional needs is incredible.

is extremely knowledgeable in their roles and special care was taken to ensure my son's dietary requirements and allergies are adhered to. A massive mention has to go to my son's key worker who is a very special person; she is gentle and warm with my son upon entering the setting and is informative at hand-over. She is interested in my son's interests to incorporate these into his days and asks about my parenting practices to keep the consistency. My son talks fondly of all his teachers and I enjoy a strong rapport with all members of staff. There is a lovely atmosphere about the nursery and I feel as though I can always catch a manager regarding any query, big or small.

The communication we receive as parents is spectacular. Emails and phone calls are always followed up promptly which for a parent is really reassuring and comforting. For us the positive communication and the personable approach that we receive from Little Hand really sets them apart from other settings in the area, making them our number 1 choice of childcare.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and can't do enough for you. The use of the app is fantastic too as I love to see what my little one is up to during the day.
