Twisty Tails Nursery (Colindale)

My daughter loves coming to Twisty Tails Nursery - Colindale. She is very happy and I can see that she learns and enjoys the daily activities. We can see the feedback in the nurseries app and track what my daughter has been learning.

I am absolutely happy that our daughter has enjoyed the nursery in the last 6-months. The staff are amazing and very supportive. They provide daily/weekly/quarterly updates with photos, which is great. Thank you!

My son attended this nursery in the baby room and in the over 2-year-olds room and he enjoyed being in both areas. We benefited from a long and flexible settling period, which helped my son get used to the new environment. He loved the nursery team and being with the children. The nursery team are always reassuring to the children and parents and kept me well informed of his progress and daily activities. He has come a long way in terms of learning, communication, and independence. I highly recommend Twisty Tails.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good location. Care towards my son from all staff is excellent. My son has started expressing/pointing to an object that he needs or what he wants to say since he joined Twisty Tail Nursery. Activities played in nursery are quite good. Information from Tapestry helps us to know what my child development is and how we can work on it at home to encourage him. as a parent, I am happy to see my son getting engaged with good teachers and his peers.

The outdoor area is spacious with decent outdoor equipment that's sufficient enough to keep them busy whilst they are out there. The management and entire staff members are lovely and are always willing to help, support and listen. I would recommend the nursery to friends and family.

Very accommodating staff. Friendly. Always willing to take my son for an extra session, flexible. There has been an incident regarding a food allergy but this was dealt with promptly and attentively by management. At times there child/adult ration seems less but this has now been addressed. On the whole happy with the care. Thank you.

My twin boys have been going to Twisty Tails Nursery - Colindale since April this year. I am really pleased with the care they are receiving. The staff are excellent, very caring and always have a smile on their faces. My boys are very happy and they have loved it since their first week. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone.

We are very happy with the nursery and all the staff. They organize different and lovely activities each day. There is good communication when I have concerns they will always listen and help.

I am thankful for the staffs patience and support especially when this is my first child and we are especially close to each other. He is now very happy and settled at the nursery and I go to work knowing he is well taken care of. A nursery that I will certainly recommend.

Overall I am satisfied with the nursery. It's my 2nd son that frequents Twisty Tails and they enjoy it very much. I would recommend it to my friends.

My experience has been really good and my child loves spending time at the nursery. He is learning a lot and now makes friends easily. He tries different fruits and vegetables at nursery and is now very good at eating vegetables at home. The staff are lovely and the environment is always really clean and welcoming.
