Beechwood Pre-School

Our daughter has thrived at Beechwood. She skips in every morning with barely a backward glance. She loves learning through play and is now well prepared to start school in September. The staff are all very kind and caring and the added bonus of wrap around care is excellent.

I sent my son to this nursery from September. I dropped him straight away without any trial or settle in sessions due to the pandemic situation. The staff were so kind and helpful that my son settled in so well as if he was there for years. He enjoys the nursery and learns lots of things. He loves to go to the nursery every morning. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and cooperation. Very happy with the nursery and can recommend this nursery any day.

Our daughter has settled in very quickly at Beechwood Early Years Class nursery. She is enjoying the wide range of rich learning activities provided in the warm and nurturing environment that the staff are creating, even in these unprecedented times. The setting is fantastic in terms of learning environment, with a wealth of resources and extensive outside space to play used in all weathers. We have found the communication from staff responsive and effective giving reassurance and peace of mind that our daughter is happy and well-supported whilst at nursery.

Beechwood Early Years Class is a fantastic nursery. Our son absolutely loved it and went in every day with a big smile on his face. We saw him thrive in a happy, caring and stimulating environment. The individual attention he received was fantastic and nurtured his interests and developed his confidence right from day one. A great range of activities are provided and the amazing grounds enable the children to spend time learning outdoors. Forest school is a highlight. The staff are wonderful and their dedication to the children is clear to see every day. Their support and open communication with the parents is exceptional. We highly recommend it!

In just a few months time we saw a huge change in confidence and demeanor. We highly recommend this nursery and the lovely people working there.

We have been welcomed so well as a new family to Beechwood. Our son has flourished in the nursery thanks to the knowledgeable and kind-hearted staff members. He is happy to come to school and has made great friends. The nursery and school has a wonderful family ethos and we are so pleased we chose Beechwood. The experienced staff and qualified teachers made us feel comfortable in choosing it for our son. The wonderful grounds and forest school are an asset. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beechwood!

Our sons experience in Early Years Class at Beechwood has been especially good. Despite the difficulties from Covid-19, the school has provided a great environment, excellent communication and our son has thrived. We cannot fault the school and have no hesitation in recommending it.

My eldest child currently attends and it is amazing to watch her transform into a confident, happy and outgoing child. The Head of Pre-Prep and the Senior Early Years Practitioner are excellent and really take the time to know and understand the children who attend and make it a fun environment to learn in. Pastoral care is key and you can clearly see the care that the staff and teachers take with every child. We are so glad we chose Beechwood.

I would recommend the nursery highly!

My little one has just started attending the nursery in September and the staff have been excellent in dealing with the transition. Being bilingual and spoke very little English before joining, he made such big progress in only 2 months and he's definitely a lot more confident. He also really loves the after school care and the outside space is fantastic! He never seems to want to leave as he's having lots of fun playing.

I love how structured the days are and it most definitely prepares children for school. My daughter has learnt so much since attending. All the children that attend are so lovely and well behaved. I highly recommend the nursery at Beechwood, it’s fabulous!

Both my daughters have thrived in this setting. The youngest was always more timid but her confidence has grown enormously since attending Beechwood. The staff are lovely and each child is really treated as an individual. Forest school is a wonderful asset and the range of activities and opportunities for the children is great.

Excellent school facilities. Very good setting with its own grounds. Our son has made strong progress since starting here. He particularly enjoys the music lessons.

Lovely staff, beautiful grounds and small classes. Excellent learning environment meeting the needs individually for children. Both my children attended here and loved it. Safe place to bring children to. Classroom has an abundance of toys and learning materials.
