The Den Day Nursery

An excellent day nursery, with lovely clean facilities plenty of provision for children and lots of supportive staff. My daughter is very happy here.

The Den is a fantastic nursery. Our daughter has been there since she was 10 months old and loves it. The staff are amazing and all of them know every child by name offering a real personal touch. I would highly recommend this to any parent or guardian looking for childcare.

My daughter has been going to The Den Day Nursery from 9 months - she is now 4yrs old. In all this time I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with the Den. Every member of the team has always been professional, kind and above all loving and caring. My daughter has loved every moment and her development has been encouraged for being there. The facility, programme, range of activities, food menu - everything is of the utmost highest standard. I could go on.... thank you to all the team it has been a fantastic experience, I have always been able to go to work knowing my baby is being well looked after, protected and loved.

Excellent service provided. Could not fault. My daughter loves it and I know she couldn't be in a better place. 10/10.

The Den is a fantastic nursery: my son loves going and has done since he started. The feedback from staff is excellent, and all staff are pleasant, professional, and fun. The Den caters extremely well for my son's multiple food allergies.

The entire team at The Den are fantastic! They offer a very personal yet professional service and my two children are very happy there. I highly recommend!

My son has been in The Den for 9 months and I have been very impressed with how the staff and management there go about caring for children. Everything is very professional and the staff are all warm and friendly with a genuine love for kids, giving the nursery a family feel. He enjoys his time spent at The Den Day Nursery and has formed bonds with the staff, which allows us to feel comfortable leaving him.

The educational element of The Den Day Nursery is outstanding as my son has come on leaps and bounds since he started there, with feedback from staff about his development with the use of daily communication books, and parent's evenings, to discuss his progress with his keyworker.

I would highly recommend The Den Day Nursery to any parent looking for a value for money daycare facility.

I can't recommend The Den Day Nursery enough. We were very thorough in our search for a daycare provider as our daughter has numerous allergies. We were greeted warmly and from the offset, we knew this was the Nursery for us. The detailed prospectus and parents handbook were of great reassurance to us and the Manager's professionalism and warmth was second to none.

The staggered complimentary settling in process was fantastic and our daughter's keyworker could not have done anything more. The communication book and Den belongings bag were a lovely touch but the homely environment is fantastic. Small rooms with welcoming staff who have genuinely cared for our daughter. We can't thank them enough.

We did view newer settings but The Den Day Nursery offered so much more.

My child has attended The Den Nursery for several years, I could not fault it in any way. The introduction of a key worker system a few years back was fantastic. This enabled me to come in on their parents evenings and discuss my son's progress in the nursery. All the staff are very professional and caring for all the children in The Den. Could not be happier with the service provided.

Excellent nursery and staff. Would highly recommend, manger extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Feel very at ease dropping our children off knowing they are in safe hands and in a positive environment. Great value for money our children have really enjoyed going and have gained lots of confidence and made lots of friends always new activities going on on a daily basis. Couldn't recommend enough.

Great nursery, my nieces and nephew love it. Fantastic staff and lots of fun and educational things to do. Clean and safe, and good value for money. I would highly recommend this nursery to all my friends and family.

I am delighted with the Nursery we have chosen. The settling in process was very thorough and considered every aspect for our daughter. They have a very comprehensive Parent's Handbook so we were very reassured before we even started. The baby room is well laid out with a lot for babies to do and over staffed which I also found reassuring as our daughter is very young and may require more supervision or time for feeding etc.

There is a nice feel to the Nursery and the manager informs me that the team are all qualified which was not something shared in the other Nurseries I viewed. I found the planning very detailed and I am impressed at how child centered it is, as a teacher I was unaware of the effort that went into planning in a daycare facility.

Overall I wouldn't put my child anywhere else.
