Step by Step Private Nursery Cumbernauld

We're delighted with Step By Step and their role in our daughter's life. They're much more than just day care for children; we actively see them developing skills that will assist them in early years education and we're acutely aware of how much our daughter loves spending time with the other children and the staff.

It's a friendly, safe and supportive nursery and we're delighted to have a child there.

I am delighted with the service Step by Step provide for my daughter. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities excellent. It has made the return to work following maternity leave as stress free as possible knowing how well she is cared for.

This is a fantastic nursery who I trust look after my son extremely well when he is there. He enjoys going to nursery and talks about his friends and his teacher when he is home with fondness. They manage to take groups of children on outdoor activities on a very regular basis come rain or shine. They encourage healthy eating and teach the children in an interesting and engaging way!

Step by Step has been a part of our family for over 11 years and don’t know where we would be without it. The manager and her team go above and beyond and treat everyone as an individual. Our grandchildren have flourished and grown to become young independent children and that’s all down to Step by Step Private Nursery.

Couldn't recommend Step by Step more! The staff are caring, kind and approachable. They take the time to get to know each child and build strong relationships with the family as a whole. There is something different every week for the children to learn and explore and a great home to nursery link through events, challenges and Facebook.

Everyone at the nursery is dedicated and I cannot praise them highly enough.

As a parent, I feel my opinion is valued and they are always keen to consult with both children and their grown-ups to deliver the best care possible. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

An excellent nursery with its best feature being the caring and attentive nature of its staff and management. A diverse range of learning experiences are covered and the communication back to parents is great.

Step by Step Cumbernauld are able to integrate the CFE experiences and outcomes in a way which is seamless and natural. No only do they cover all of the relevant points, but they go further and are able to cater for my child in a very loving, safe and extremely positive environment.

Staff are always eager to involve parents and assist us in continuing the child's education at home with a great sense of continuity. Couldn't be happier with SBS Cumbernauld.

As a dad who works away, I am always delighted to see the way my children are progressing through the online learning journals. It is clear to see how well the staff know my girls. I feel confident they are safe, given lots of love and have great fun.

Step by Step is a great nursery. They teach the kids amazing things and give them all their own time with their key workers to help their development! All the staff are friendly, helpful and genuine too.

Fantastic nursery, with professional and dedicated staff. They provide such a caring environment and put so much effort into the activities for the kids. Can't fault it. The staff really go the extra mile and work so well together as a team.

My daughter has excelled in many of her key milestones and a lot of this is down to the interaction and teachings of the staff at Step by Step Cumbernauld. I am able to go to work each day knowing my daughter is safe, learning and more importantly having fun.

Staff are so committed to exploring different and exciting activities, resources and thoughtful touches to the nursery environment. Group activities are varied and engaging, every day there is something familiar but often new twists. The work that goes into making the children feel safe, loved and nurtured is second to none. So very glad we found this nursery and love to watch the developments in my daughters learning.Very high standard with excellent, regular updates using learning journals to group photos on the closed Facebook site. Staff take responsibility seriously and lead on projects such as forest schools. The use of the outdoor space is creative and used daily which is excellent.

I am so happy with the service we get from Step by Step. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming, as is the atmosphere in the nursery. They worked so hard to help our son settle in and really got to know him. The learning experiences come in such varieties and staff are always going the extra mile, for example holding parents days at weekends and keeping us updated through Facebook. We really couldn't ask for more.

Fabulous nursery, they really invest in the children and are constantly doing new things with them to help the children develop in so many areas. The staff are all wonderful. I can't recommend it enough!

My daughter has attended Step by Step nursery for the past 3 years. So glad we chose this nursery!! They have provided a safe nurturing environment for her to have fun, learn and grow and they've helped her develop into a happy confident toddler.
