Little Stars Nursery Stirling

We recently moved our children to Little Stars after a bad experience at another nursery. We were welcomed with open arms. My girls love the staff. They love the outdoor play and rugby tots sessions. Staff are incredibly helpful and always reply promptly to communication. We get daily updates and weekly newsletters which is great. it is a lovely nursery and we are very happy.

We have regular communication from the nursery in the form of daily report cards, weekly memos, and her online learning journal and I love seeing photos of the fun activities the kids have been up to.

Overall, I am happy with the care provided. The staff are approachable and friendly. My son enjoys going to Little Stars, and that's my main priority.

Friendly staff who always provide new and interesting activities for the children. My son may fuss about going to nursery but is always happy while he is there.

Despite poor weather, the staff manage to get the children outside to stretch their legs.

My son has been attending Little Stars nursery for three months now and has settled in really well. The staff are friendly and very attentive - my son has made some close connections with them. I never feel rushed if I want to chat about my son's progress at pick up. He also gets to paint and do activities we don't have the space or equipment for at home. The social side of nursery has really helped him come out of his shell too and he loves to watch and play with other children. The nursery give us a daily paper slip that has information of food eaten, sleep and nappies changed which is really helpful. We receive a weekly newsletter via e-mail which is always a good read as it is lovely to hear what the children get up to. We also get a weekly update of what our son has been up to on the Learning Journals app, including photos. We are very happy with the nursery and would recommend.

My son settled in really quickly at Little Stars, and is always happy and smiling when I pick him up. I think he's really benefited from the social aspect of both the staff and the other kids.

The staff are lovely and all seem genuinely passionate about the little man's progress. It's nice to see other people get excited over the little milestones (such as learning the word 'chicken').

The weekly newsletter is a nice touch, and the nursery keeps you well updated. It's good to see what the different age groups are up to as well, as it gives you an idea of where your little one will be when they're older. I also enjoy the updates through Learning Journal, and it's great to see photos of my son smiling while doing some messy activity that I don't have to clean up!

My son really enjoys his time in the nursery. They do different activities daily which keep him interested and learning. Rugby has been a hit with him so would love to see the kids enjoying more sport activities. Staff friendly, caring, and offer good updates daily. I like the weekly parent memo to keep us up to date.

We've used Little Stars Stirling for both our girls and always have had an excellent experience with them. The staff are wonderful - warm, friendly and welcoming and really know the children in their care. They do a lot of stimulating activities and our younger daughter, who currently attends, is always so excited to be going to nursery. Highly recommend.

My child has been at Little Stars Nursery since she was 10 months old, she has always enjoyed it and is consistently happy when we pick her up and drop her off, there has even been a couple of times she hasn’t want to come home! She seems to recognise and get excited to see, not just her friends, but the staff members too. The day ranges full of exciting activity for them and I love that she is out getting involved in different things. It’s been difficult with covid as we haven’t been allowed into the nursery but I feel like we have been kept up to date, I especially like the reviews and the pictures you get of them playing and updates on their days. These little details reassure me she is being well looked after.

Both my boys attend Little Stars Nursery Stirling and they love it, they sometimes even ask to go at the weekend! The staff are lovely, professional and I trust them to do the best for my boys. Nothing is too much bother for them. The boys do a wide range of activities at the nursery every day and are taken outside into the fabulous outdoor spaces as much as possible, which is a big advantage over some other nurseries in the area. The large capacity of the nursery means they can be accommodating when it comes to requesting any additional days or changes to days. My older boy will be going to school next year and the nursery is encouraging him to learn at his own pace, recently he's been excited to learn about numbers and counting. It gives me great peace of mind to know that when we drop our boys off at nursery, they will be well looked after, stimulated and happy.

They seem to go outside most days and participate in a wide range of activities which my wee one loves.

The staff and management team at Little Stars are excellent. My youngest requires additional support and the staff have been great at making sure we are always kept up to date of his progress and development. Our eldest also attends and always comes home excited to tell us all about the fun things she has done that day.

The nursery is a fun learning and interactive space for my child. The staff are very professional and have a good connection with the children.

My two children have recently joined Little Stars, and the settling in period was extensive not only for them but for us as parents to feel happy they were looked after and having their needs met. The staff are amazing and help support with lots of different worries and developmental stages. The online learning journals and Facebook parents page is a fab way to see what the kids have been up to during the day, especially when handovers are are not able to be lengthy due to the current COVID pandemic. I am really happy with the care the kids get.

My daughter is always very excited about nursery days and can't wait to get there to see all her friends.

We have been delighted with the level of care our son has received. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are so good with him. The range of activities is fantastic, and the meals/snacks provided are great. Staff take a genuine interest and our son could not be in better hands.

This nursery was great at helping our son transition into it from 18 months old, with phase in visits. Staff always remember the kids names and always give you a great summary of their day when we pick him up. Our son loves going in, he's excited when we walk up to the door. They have been fab help with his potty training too!

The staff are wonderful, both of my children love them all. I've always felt very comfortable dropping the kids there knowing they will have a great day.

Particularly this year when all the very quick changes occured with the pandemic, the staff were there to chat to, look after the kids and support us as much as possible, in a time where I'm sure they had lots of stresses of their own. They made us feel that our kids were part of their priorities, in a very challenging period and that shows us the magnitude of how much these guys love their job....and our kids.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was in the Caterpillar room - he is now a Bumblebee and he is loving it! He always has stories about what he did that day and talks about his friends by name. Speech, appetite, toileting and sleep have really come along. There seems to be a wide array of activities and the children get outside for play and walks. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Although I miss the communication we used to have before Covid, there is still brief verbal communication at drop off and pick up plus the online communication on Facebook and the Parent App.
