They operate Monday to Friday from 7am until 6pm and are open throughout the year with the exception of two weeks at Christmas and New Year.
Nutritious hot lunches are served each day to the children and dietary and cultural requirements are taken into consideration. Systems are in place to ensure all staff are made aware of children’s allergies. Staff join children at snack and lunch times to create a relaxed and social occasion.
Fresh fruit is included every day and milk and water offered in plentiful supply. The menu currently changes on a three-week cycle and is displayed in each playroom.
At Kingsmeadows Nursery, the vision is to create a welcoming, friendly, safe and nurturing environment whilst ensuring they meet the individual needs of each child in accordance with current guidance and legislation.
The team works together with parents/carers and children to promote a culture of mutual respect where children are happy and have the confidence to reach their full potential.

This is a fantastic nursery! I have 2 daughters who have attended; one has recently graduated for primary school and the other started at Kingsmeadows last week. The carers have made a lasting impact on my oldest, are attentive to all of the children's needs, thoughtful and have a lovely calm energy that the children warm to. The office staff are friendly and professional, it's always a delight to see and speak with them. The facility is well-sized with great indoor and outdoor spaces. It has enough activities to keep the kids busy. I would highly recommend Kingsmeadows nursery!
